Unwilling to take their political and legal losses like the good citizens of a democratic republic and work within the system, Democrats are more and more demanding they get their way through harassment that includes the threat of violence. What has set this country apart since its birth is unraveling.
The U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs ruling, the “unflinching repudiation” of Roe v. Wade, set an already fuming political left on fire. And the flame still burns. White hot.
“The six justices who overturned Roe should never know peace again,” a Harvard law instructor, and democratic socialist, tweeted

FTA - "This country was at one time different, exceptional. But it’s been twisted and spindled and mutilated by the left. Welcome to the jungle, it sure seems like it gets worse here every day."
And welcome to Amerika. This mob behavior is the very reason why no democrat should ever hold high office ever again and why our own msm must go the way of Air America. All of whom support a violent antifa.
Harvard law professor, based on your tweet cited in the I & I editorial, now just who is the fascist here?

Like criminals, the 'Rats will find out eventually that the law at which they scoff is there to protect them from the pushed-too-far mob's revenge.

The Progressives/Democrats are by word and deed proving that they are the true insurrectionists in this country. It is ironic that they seem to be totally obvious to their deplorable hypocrisy when they accuse anybody that disagrees with them of being insurrectionists. The country needs protection from them. After all, it was one of their’s that was caught armed and ready to murder a Supreme Court Justice.
Students of this “Harvard law professor” should demand their money back.

Constitutions, laws, regulations, contracts, agreements, moral legal or ethical principles, traditions, logic, religion, mental consistency, whatever, are only means to an end for the Left.
They only give them lip service when useful. This is why they can espouse conflicting principles and logic at the same time — they don’t really care.
All they care about is whatever they want at that moment and they will take any position, any action, to get what they want.

The rule of law is only good to dim-0s as long as they get their way.

As we become increasingly african we begin to adopt the laws of the jungle, tribal warfare, pack attacks, and mob rule.

These people are truly acting like a 2 yr old throwing a temper tantrum. They are an embarrassment to this country. We just have to treat them like 2 yr olds - when they misbehave, they have time out. We need the republicans in congress to start getting a backbone and stick up for the country. Laws are laws - if you don't like them, work within the system to change them. Majority rules, not 2 yr olds.

I, for one, am sick of the phrase "rule of law." Rule of law in and of itself means nothing positive and can carry a boat load of negative. All totalitarian governments have the rule of law to enforce their will. Does that justify the law? I think not.
It is time to qualify "the rule of law" with one or both terms: just or moral. We live under a government that promulgates unjust laws every day. We live in a society that is legalistic to the point that simple existence means you are violating at least one law.
The rule of law only has meaning when it is just and fairly enforced. Can anyone say that about our legal system today?
