Tucker Carlson addresses a New York Times article about Ray Epps, one of the men accused of planning the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol on 'Tucker Carlson Tonight:'
"So for weeks, as you know, the January 6th committee Hass been holding hearings. They've been widely covered on the other channels. We haven't seen the news value in them. But there is a bit of news to emerge from that story and we want to get to it now. So the New York Times has written hundreds and hundreds of articles about January 6th since it happened, describing it as a riot and insurrection

Two religious leaders plan to join a lawsuit filed by a synagogue in Boynton Beach, Florida against a state law banning abortion at 15 weeks gestation.
The two leaders, one Unitarian and one Buddhist, will argue that the law violates the state Constitution’s right to privacy and freedom of religion (via NBC):
The retired Unitarian Rev. Harris Riordan and the Buddhist minister Maya Malay confirmed they will file a lawsuit in state court next week, echoing arguments from Rabbi Barry Silver. Silver intends to file his own amended complaint next week along with Rabbi Arthur Wascow, the founder and director of the progressive Jewish organization the Shalom Center.

Arizona prosecutors are seeking a prison sentence for a former Democrat mayor who has pleaded guilty to ballot harvesting in the 2020 primary election.
Former San Luis, Arizona, Mayor Guillermina Fuentes, a major local Democrat operative, pleaded guilty last month to felony ballot harvesting after having been indicted in December 2020. Another Democrat operative, Alma Juarez, was also indicted at the time and pleaded guilty in March of this year.
Ballot harvesting is where political operatives collect ballots from voters and turn them in on their behalf. Arizona officials made ballot harvesting illegal in 2016.

House Democrats have passed two measures that would codify abortion into federal law to counter the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v Jackson, which returned the power to regulate abortions to the states.
The first bill, titled the Women’s Health Protection Act, was written to shield health care providers and mothers seeking to terminate the life of pre-born children from any state restrictions. The legislation passed in a 219-to-210 vote with zero support from Republicans.
The second bill is titled Ensuring Access to Abortion Act and would protect mothers who cross state lines from receiving any penalties for breaking state laws. The measure passed 223 to 205.

Joe Manchin didn’t completely torpedo the $500 billion in Green New Deal climate change spending, but he did stall it for a month saying he would not support the climate change spending until he sees July’s inflation numbers in August, which should be a warning.
If you think carefully about it, it’s a classic Manchin head-fake. The July and August inflation numbers, to be released in August and September respectively, are almost guaranteed to be lower than June.
July/Aug are the two months we are in right now where inflation is hitting a plateau.

Before crossing into East Jerusalem, Biden removed the Israeli flags from his motorcade — “a move that may be seen as undermining Israeli sovereignty”:
And he pledged $100 million of aid to a Palestinian hospital network while there:
But this led to gaffe No. 2 as no Israeli officials were allowed to attend the ceremony:
And “Israelis are furious”:

One of the biggest stories in national media right now has been, in one form or another, about how a ten-year-old-girl was raped, got impreganted, and due to her residency in the state of Ohio was forced to travel to Indiana for an abortion.
The story took off after Joe Biden referenced it in the immediate aftermath of leftist outrage over Roe’s overturning at the Supreme Court. Mind you, aboprtion was not made illegal with that ruling; it was simply returned to the states to decide on a course of action. After all, nothing in the Constitution lays out a legal framework for federalizing infanticide.

Detectives say the illegal alien charged with rape admitted to raping a 10-year-old girl who traveled from Ohio to Indiana to have an abortion two times. The girl’s mother, in an interview with Telemundo, is seemingly defending him.
As Breitbart News reported, 27-year-old illegal alien Gerson Fuentes has been arrested and charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who then became pregnant. The girl’s case was later cited by President Joe Biden and the establishment media after she traveled to Indiana from Ohio to have an abortion on June 30 at six weeks and three days pregnant.

As an 82-year-old man, Donald Pierce likely had vague recollections of the end of World War II and vivid memories from the decades that followed. There’s no doubt Mr. Pierce witnessed examples of beauty over those years, as well as episodes of utter viciousness. He could likely recall instances of the violence that accompanied Jim Crow prior to 1964. He would have seen detailed footage and coverage of the 1970 slaughter of four protesting students at Kent State University, and of course, he saw extensive documentation of the mercilessness that was unleashed on September 11th, 2001.
While Mr. Pierce was coming down the home stretch in the November of his years,

Former first daughter Ivanka Trump is “heartbroken” over the death of her mother Ivana, she said in her first public statement since news of the 73-year-old’s passing broke.
“Heartbroken by the passing of my mother,” Ivanka Trump wrote in an Instagram post alongside old photos of Ivana Trump and herself. “Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate and wickedly funny. She modeled strength, tenacity and determination in her every action.”

The new leadership at CNN came in declaring that they wanted to get away from the biased journalism that has been the hallmark of CNN for the past few years.
But it sounds like Don Lemon is throwing a bit of a fit over the concept of being an objective unbiased journalist — something he doesn’t exactly know how to be. He doesn’t think it’s right to be “fair” to Republicans, because he believes that Republicans are such a danger to society.
Listen to the audacity and the lunacy of his twisted rant:

Starting with the organic rise of the Tea Party in 2008, a slate of enthusiastic patriots announced their candidacy for public office. The goal was to stop President Barack Obama’s leftward tilt while also changing the elitist GOP agenda, which too often seemed “uni-party.”
Fast forward to Donald Trump’s historic 2016 White House win. “America First” MAGA candidates threw their hats into various campaign rings—city councils, state legislatures, and Congress. Yet, no matter how hard many Tea Party and MAGA candidates worked, most could not compete with GOP coffers that easily paid for radio spots, television ads, colorful billboards, and glossy flyers that promoted the same Establishment candidates

"Biden shakes hands with the air … again” is the label on a video clip of President Joe Biden after he receives \the Presidential Medal of Honor from Israeli Isaac Herzog at an event in Jerusalem.[snip] But that’s not the most embarrassing handshake flub at this event.
After carefully making his way down to his chair, Biden smiles — as though happy with his achievement — and then he and Harzog watch a pop duet sing a Hebrew rendition of “Let it Be.”
At the end of the song, they walk over to the singers,

Headlines lately have not been encouraging for the faithful. A Gallup poll shows that the percentage of Americans who believe in God has fallen to 81 percent—a drop of 10 percent over the last decade and an all-time low. This accelerating trend is especially pronounced among young adults. (Snip)
Perhaps surprisingly, our survey discovered that the perceived message of science has played a leading role in the loss of faith. We found that scientific theories about the unguided evolution of life have, in particular, led more people to reject belief in God than worries about suffering, disease, or death.

Unwilling to take their political and legal losses like the good citizens of a democratic republic and work within the system, Democrats are more and more demanding they get their way through harassment that includes the threat of violence. What has set this country apart since its birth is unraveling.
The U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs ruling, the “unflinching repudiation” of Roe v. Wade, set an already fuming political left on fire. And the flame still burns. White hot.
“The six justices who overturned Roe should never know peace again,” a Harvard law instructor, and democratic socialist, tweeted

A previously unnoticed Proud Boys member, Robert Fussell, has shredded conspiracy theories about January 6 pushed by the House January 6 Select Committee and federal prosecutors
Journalist Carter Walker of Pennsylvania’s Lancaster Online newspaper punches far above the paper’s fighting weight. Walker reported on July 7 that Robert Fussell revealed himself to be the third Proud Boys member that the federal prosecutors were trying to find in their conspiracy theory of a “seditious conspiracy.”

Earlier Thursday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had an epic meltdown after she was heckled by comedian Alex Stein on the Capitol steps. Ocasio-Cortez wrote that she wanted to “deck” Stein. Later she spoke to a reporter and posted a streaming video about the incident where she accused Capitol Police officers of conspiring with the January 6th rioters.
Ocasio-Cortez argued to Wu, saying police rousted Stein after pressure from her and House (Democrat) leadership, “FYI we had to escalate to House leadership to get them to stop him and run his info. They did not until members intervened and pressed them to.”

It is now clear that the January 6 Committee is attempting to weave a ‘witness tampering’ narrative in an effort to indict Trump.
RINO Liz Cheney on Tuesday revealed the January 6 panel notified the Justice Department that Trump called one of its witnesses who has not testified yet.
According to Cheney, the witness did not take Trump’s call and instead told their lawyer about Trump’s attempt to speak with them.
“After our last hearing. President Trump tried to call a witness in our investigation. A witness you have not yet seen in these hearings,” Cheney said on Tuesday.
“That person declined to answer or respond to President Trump’s call

On Wednesday, the former owner of the infamous Studio 54 nightclub in Manhattan died by assisted suicide in Switzerland.
Mark Fleischman bought and reopened the now defunct club in 1981 after the previous owners were jailed on tax evasion charges. The club was a haven of sex, drugs, and chaos, where stars like Andy Warhol, Liza Minnelli, and Diana Ross once partied.(Tweet) The 82-year-old Fleischman fell ill with an undiagnosed condition that destroyed his quality of life in 2016.

Jeffrey Rosen had a secret on January 6, 2021.
The then-acting attorney general—Rosen was appointed on December 24, 2020 to replace departing Attorney General William Barr—had assembled a team of elite and highly skilled government agents at Quantico, a nexus point between the FBI and U.S. military, the weekend before Congress met to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election. At the same time he was rejecting President Donald Trump’s last-minute appeals to investigate election fraud, Rosen was managing a hush-hush operation in advance of planned rallies and protests in Washington on January 6.
“Rosen made a unilateral decision to take the preparatory steps to deploy Justice Department

Ruth Sent Us, the group which posted home address for the six conservative Supreme Court Justices and invited people to protest at their homes on a weekly basis has been permanently banned by Twitter. Ruth Sent Us first posted the home addresses more than two months ago. As I pointed out at the time, they were using a specific gimmick to create plausible deniability. The addresses listed on their map gave the street name and city. But if you followed a link to their TikTok channel, they had previously posted videos shot at all six of the justices’ homes. In some of the clips, they would walk by a mailbox

Republicans are actively courting Hispanic voters in key competitive House districts, hoping to peel away voters from Democrats repeating their historical pattern of investing little and late in reaching out to Latinos.
The GOP’s approach is a danger to Democrats, as Hispanic voters are likely to play a key role in at least a dozen districts in the November midterm elections.
“It couldn’t be a starker contrast between Republicans and Democrats as we engage and do outreach to minority voters, and specifically the Hispanic community,” said Danielle Alvarez, communications director for the GOP.

Secret Service agents deleted text messages exchanged around the time of the Capitol riot, according to a government watchdog that sought the communications as part of their investigation into the Jan. 6 insurrection.
The Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General said messages sent between Jan. 5 and 6 were deleted “as part of a device-replacement program,” according to a letter to lawmakers, dated Wednesday, obtained by the Associated Press.
The messages were erased after OIG requested electronic communications between the agents during its probe into the Capitol siege.

Joe Manchin on Thursday rejected Senate Democrats’ proposed energy and climate investments, as well as their goals of increasing taxes on the wealthy and large corporations, according to a Democrat briefed on the discussions.
Instead the West Virginia senator said “unequivocally” during a meeting with Majority Leader Chuck Schumer that he will only support reducing drug prices and a two-year extension of Affordable Care Act subsidies as components of a party-line bill designed to evade a filibuster, the person said.
Manchin’s rejection at the meeting blew up weeks of discussions over a larger legislative package. It leaves a slim health-care focused bill as the only option

A new report from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity claims that most of President Biden's top officials have no business experience at all.
Economists Stephen Moore and Jon Decker analyzed the work records and resumes of 68 officials, including Biden himself and his Cabinet members, advisers and regulatory officials.
Moore has been a frequent commentator on tax issues and advised Trump on his tax plan, along with former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain. Along with Larry Kudlow, he helped pen the Trump 2017 tax cuts.
