Queen Elizabeth II became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee earlier this year after marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, Realms and the Commonwealth. (Snip)Buckingham Palace shared that the queen’s attendance at events throughout the Platinum Jubilee weekend will likely only be confirmed on "the day itself," and Prince William and wife Kate Middleton were tapped to lead the Jubilee celebrations as the most senior members of the royal family. (Snip)The palace confirmed that only working senior members will appear on the balcony, which means Prince Andrew, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, won’t be present.

Attorneys for Gibson's Bakery in Oberlin have asked a Lorain County judge to order their clients be paid a $36 million-plus judgment they're owed by Oberlin College after the college failed to file an appropriate motion with a state appeals court.(Snip) As a result, the college should pay what a jury and court determined was owed the family bakery and its owners from a 2019 civil trial--plus interest, attorneys for the Gibsons argued.(Snip)"The bakery continues to labor under the effects of the stigma created" by Oberlin College and Raimondo, the Gibsons' attorneys wrote, "but without the relief awarded by the jury."

As posted recently, Oberlin College is seeking to have the Ohio Supreme Court hear an appeal from the massive $32 million judgment entered after jury trial in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas as affirmed by the 9th District Court of Appeals. There has been an appeal bond place since trial issued by Zurich American Insurance Company securing the judgment plus future interest in the amount of $36 million, as a condition of a stay of judgment issued by the trial court.

In the coming days, the Nations that adhere to the World Health Organization (WHO) will vote on resolutions regarding the WHO’s management of pandemics. These resolutions will transfer sovereignty regarding the health of citizens to a supranational body that is largely financed by the pharmaceutical industry and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. If these resolutions are approved by a majority, the WHO will have exclusive international authority in the case of a pandemic to impose all the rules, including quarantines, lockdowns, obligatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports. (Snip) ...its members cannot be either tried or convicted if they commit crimes.

In the wake of the myriad failures during the covid pandemic response, World Health Organization officials did little self reflection. Instead, they decided that they needed even more power over the global population. Subsequently, the idea of a Global Pandemic Treaty was born. COVID-19 illustrated the need for enhanced preparedness and closer cooperation at global level.(Snip)The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts. Then you read the fine print and you realize the W.H.O will have total authority over emergency operations in the United States if there’s ever a “public health emergency.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell took three Republican senators along on a surprise trip to Kyiv Saturday for a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky--where he called on the US to designate Russia as a “terrorist state.”(Snip)McConnell...(Snip)made the trip just two days after their fellow Republican, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, forced a temporary halt to the massive military and humanitarian aid bill.(Snip)A top Zelensky aide wrote that the visit signaled an imminent end to the impasse in Congress. “Today, our state has the strong bipartisan and bicameral support of American friends,” Andrij Sybiha wrote on Facebook. “And the American people.”

The immediate and most obvious speculation (including by me) was that the leak was by a liberal/leftist, likely a law clerk, trying to create a firestorm of protest that would pressure one of those five Justices to wobble, much like Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly switched his vote on Obamacare in 2012.(Snip)So an activist could leak using a false narrative that Alito represents the majority, can generate the protests and the energy in the base, can create an issue for the midterms, and at the end of the day, Roe survives, which can be spun as a victory for the protesters, proving the mob was able to intimidate the Justices.

A shocking number of elderly citizens died in the first wave of COVID, and not always from the virus but from severe malnutrition and dehydration, and by protocols that used euthanasia drugs and “end-of -life pathways” as a first-line of treatment for any symptoms, according to a recent analysis published in the C2C Journal. Of all countries in the west, Canada was the deadliest place to be an at-risk long-term care home resident. “At the end of May 2020, Canada was reporting that 81 percent of the country’s Covid-19 deaths took place in LTCFs [long-term care facilities],” writes Anna Farrow,

Last week, I reported that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Alabama Public Health officials were investigating a mysterious outbreak of hepatitis among young children in Alabama. Outbreaks had also been reported in Europe and Israel. The investigators were concerned that the pathogen was an adenovirus known to cause gastrointestinal problems in kids but usually without such severity. Now one official indicates that the cause may be tied to covid. Not the pathogens, but the lockdowns.(Snip)Not only did the lockdowns fail to stop the spread, but it appears that childhood health was sacrificed on the altar of “science.”

In Delaware Wednesday night J.D. Vance had the stage to himself, taking questions from voters in a townhall hosted by NewsMax.(Snip)As for Trump’s endorsement, Vance chalked it up to debate performance. “I think he sort of came to think that a lot of the other guys were just you know, sloganeering and talking points, and didn’t actually believe the things that they were saying,” Vance said.(Snip)The townhall format gave Vance a bigger bullhorn, but much of what he had to say reiterated points from previous debates. Vance railed at big tech censorship, got loud applause for his border plan, and stood firm on his skepticism of involvement in Ukraine.

The jury’s original award was $31,614,531 plus interest that adds more than $4.5 million to the final award based on an interest rate of 5 percent over the 1,045 days since the “date of filing.”
