WASHINGTON, DC— A former FBI official delivered devastating testimony Thursday against former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann — saying he’s “100% confident” the defendant denied acting “on behalf of any particular client” when he handed over since-debunked information linking Donald Trump and Russia.“I think it was pretty close to the beginning of the meeting. Part of his introduction to the meeting,” former FBI general counsel James Baker told jurors in Washington, DC, federal court.Baker’s account directly supports the sole charge against Sussmann as a result of special counsel John Durham’s probe into alleged law-breaking in connection with the FBI and Robert Mueller’s probes of purported Trump-Russia ties

The judge was appointed by Obama. We know there are at least 3 Clinton donors on the jury. There is a good chance Sussmann will walk.

Sussman is an outright liar which is why he's working for Clinton who shares that attribute.

Allegation that Sussman brought to the FBI are extreme and serious. The last word in FBI is investigation. Shouldn’t have the FBI investigated Sussman, his allegations, his connections and sources before accepting this as the truth? Should they not investigated the possibility such and accusation was politically motivated? I am not sure by they articles that this happened. It looks as if they took his word for it hook line and sinker with out looking into his sources. The article seem to point out the fact they were concerned with such a possible connection but nothing was done to prove his allegations and sources. You would have to have proven to me the sources before I would go forward or at least do undercover surveillance to try to secretly find out about the source’s legitimacy. Not sure this was done or actually mentioned in the article. I feel such an accusation should not have been accepted from a single person’s word who seemed not willing to reveal his sources. Red flags would have gone up in my mind.
Sussman should have know people fall hard around the Clintons when doing them a favor and are never protected by them even if promised. Haven’t the Democrats learned you stay clear and far away as possible from the Clintons.

Prosecution needs to remind the jury of all the pain and expense this lie caused to the American people.

Sussman has calculated the odds. Three Clinton supporters on the jury and an Obama Judge, not too bad for someone accused of lying to the government. He may be confident he will walk and if he does, this whole thing goes away. Durham loses. Clinton wins as usual.
What is the penalty for lying to the government? Sussman knows who runs the pursuit of justice in that corrupt city. He is playing the odds that he skates and is able to live another day to do it all over again. Even if he is convicted, you can bet he knows he won’t be subjected to the kind of treatment the J6 prisoners have received.
Three years to bring a single charge of lying to the government? And we’re supposed to expect that Hillary Clinton’s collusion with the FBI to bring down a sitting President will ever be prosecuted. Come on, man! At the rate the investigation has proceeded so far, Clinton will be dead and buried and justice will still be nowhere to be found.

Durham is ONLY about political theater. His entire charade for the last several years is only to provide cover for the ruling classed keep the "Rubes", You and I, quiet while they continue down the path to destruction pf America.
If Durham were actually a patriot, there was enough evidence to bring charges prior to the election and America might have been spared. I truly believe Barr and Durham are as much to blame for the state of affairs in America as Biden.

Just love how that will sell each other out. I'm waiting for the hammer to drop when Obama is brought into the mess.

Sussmann may or may not skate. Frankly, I find it weird that Durham's team agreed to seat the three jurors who were Billary allies. And a judge appointed by the Obiemeister himself. How insane is that to hold the trial in the dims' own backyard. Yeah, I know Mr. Durham. It's a shorter commute for you.
If Sussmann skates, it will serve Obie's and Billary's objective to isolate him from others in Obie's administration and paint him as the russia collusion bad guy and lock him up. Then everybody else like Obie, McCabe, Comey, Page, Riceroni, valjar, and especially Billary can simply proclaim, "job done, washed our hands of this pubbie smear and now we are ready to destroy Trump 2024".

Someone has to take a fall. Sussman is as good a fall guy as anyone. And the FBI can skate saying it acted in good faith on bad information, and was forced to stay quiet due to "interference" with the campaign. And the band will play on. Sussman may get a little time and a nice book contract to "tell all", like they all do. Then Durham can close shop, deferring future prosecutions to DOJ. And that's the name of that tune.

I would say that no matter what the evidence and testimony shows beyond a reasonable doubt, that an instance of jury nullification leading to the defendant being found not guilty will loom large in the decision of the Democrat loaded up jury in DC.

The question we should all be asking is why isn't Judicial Watch or some group like them filing a class action suit against Hillary Clinton and her campaign to recoup the 32 million of taxpayer money that was spent on the feckless Mueller campaign? Why is no charging Hillary with an attempt to overthrow the sitting President. Why isn't there a Jan 6th commission looking into this travesty? I hope the Republicans start speaking out and calling out this disgusting attack on the American people.
