Afew decades ago, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) robots, DNA sequencers, and high-speed computers fostered and accompanied quite a scientific revolution in virology. Acknowledging this radical change, some illustrious scholars alerted their scientific community on a hazardous drift away from investigating the viral ecology, pathogenesis, and disease potential, along with viral identification by testing. “In summary”, wrote Calisher and al. (2001),
remarkable advances in molecular genetics have allowed rapid and precise identifications of viruses and of their genomes; however, such characterizations thus far can provide only limited information about the phenotype and disease potential of a virus.

I picked this up from CTH—John Durham has a new filing in the Michael Sussmann case:
GOVERNMENT’S REPLY CONCERNING THE PARTIES’ MOTIONS IN LIMINE AND
RULE 404(b) OBJECTIONS
I’ve been holding back in commenting on each and every filing, waiting for something really new to come up. What we see here is a very nice overview of what Durham refers to as a “joint venture”. In other words, a conspiracy involving two or more persons. When you substitute the true names for the descriptive monikers (Tech Executive-1, and so forth) you end up with a very nice narrative that describes the interaction among the players in the joint venture or conspiracy.

In a very late-night filing by Special Counsel John Durham {pdf HERE}, in the case against former Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann, the special counsel gives the most detailed construct of the “joint venture” between the Clinton team and allies to fabricate a Russian Collusion Conspiracy Theory against Donald Trump in 2016.
(Snip) Durham is focused on the people outside government who fabricated information and triggered years of false accusations against Donald Trump, which ultimately included the creation of a special counsel, Robert Mueller.(Snip)Durham is focused on who, how and why they originated the Trump-Russia lies, and whether any laws were broken as they pushed those lies into government institutions which created

Deborah G. Rosenbaum, the US Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological defense programs (ASD(NCB)), testified to the House subcommittee on Intelligence and Special Operations on April 1, 2022, that “I can say to you unequivocally there are no offensive biologic weapons in the Ukraine laboratories that the United States has been involved with.” With this testimony, the US Department of Defense has made a clear statement that there were no OFFENSIVE biological weapons that the US was involved with. (snip This international convention (treaty) allows that the development, production and stockpiling of “defensive” biological weapons are perfectly legal.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump’s social media platform—Truth Social—migrated to Rumble Cloud on April 22 as it attempts to onboard millions of internet users on the network.
Truth Social, created by Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), “successfully” migrated its website and mobile applications to Rumble’s cloud infrastructure, according to an April 22 news release.
This migration will ensure that the network can easily “scale significantly” on a “cancel-culture-free” cloud platform, the release said.
Truth Social is the first significant customer to onboard Rumble’s cloud business service.
Devin Nunes, CEO of TMTG, said the migration was “a major stride toward rescuing the internet from the grip of the Big Tech tyrants.”

A blizzard of petitions, motions, and counter-motions have been filed in response to Special Counsel John Durham’s April 6 request for documents from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign withheld from federal investigators under attorney-client “privilege.”
Durham is seeking communications—primarily 38 email exchanges between the DNC and Clinton’s campaign and their law firm Perkins Coie and Fusion GPS, the “opposition research” contractor that circulated debunked claims of an alleged “secret server” link between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank—in his case against Michael Sussmann.(snip)Since April 18, the DNC, Clinton Campaign, Fusion GPS, and Perkins Coie have all petitioned to intervene in the case to challenge Durham’s

Over a dozen members of The People’s Convoy gathered outside California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s mansion in Fair Oaks, less than 20 miles northeast of the state Capitol, at about 12:30 p.m. on April 20, to protest vaccine mandates and Assembly Bill (AB) 2223.
About six California Highway Patrol officers told protesters to “ease off the bullhorn” and stop honking their horns. Though the supporters stopped honking their horns after police arrived, one of the protestors continued to speak loudly over the bullhorn.
The day before, more than 100 ralliers from The People’s Convoy joined over a thousand others, who were protesting AB 2223, at the steps of the state Capitol building

Paxlovid has been deemed one of the gold standard Covid treatments in the U.S., even being touted by President Joe Biden at his State of the Union address this year.
Some of those who used the drug to treat the virus are reporting an interesting phenomena, though.
The drug, developed by Pfizer, is believed to be highly effective at preventing hospitalization or death in a person that has already been infected with the virus, but some who had their symptoms initially clear up after using the drug are reporting feeling symptoms again later on.
There are multiple reports that a people will also start testing positive for Covid once again after

Any remaining people unbothered by the “queer” activists pushing for children to question their gender, screw with their biological chemistry via hormone pills and even potentially mutilate their genitals, should immediately listen to an episode this week of The New York Times’s “The Daily” podcast.
If it doesn’t fill everyone with shock and horror, it’s all over and the monsters of this country have won. That two-part episode, “When Texas Went After Transgender Care,” features a lesbian mother and her biological daughter, Grayson, who is 17 and has attempted to become a male.

With another batch of 11,000 Pfizer documents, released April 1, 2022, old suspicions have gained fresh support. snip) the first bombshell revelation is that natural immunity works, and Pfizer has known it all along.
The clinical trial data showed there was no difference in outcomes between those with previous COVID infection and those who got the shot. Neither group experienced severe infection. Natural immunity was also statistically identical to the shot in terms of the risk of infection.
(snip)
The second revelation is that side effects from the shots were more severe in younger people, aged 18 to 55, than those aged 55 and older.

A dozen Democrats have urged for a comprehensive plan to address the expected influx of migrants at the southern border before the Biden administration ends Title 42 expulsions.
The White House said on April 20 it’s “planning and preparing for the end” of the Trump-era public health order, which was implemented amid the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 and has since been rejecting asylum-seekers at U.S. borders.
The ongoing migrant expulsions policy is set to expire on May 23 under the Biden administration, as press secretary Jennifer Psaki said current funding levels will not meet the needs of law enforcement agencies once Title 42 is lifted.
