Special counsel John Durham issued trial subpoenas for members of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee as he pushed his theory of a “joint venture” in the case against Democratic cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann, who represented the Clinton campaign, and Rodney Joffe.Clinton’s campaign, the DNC, the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, and the Perkins Coie law firm are fighting Durham’s efforts to compel the submission of withheld documents, arguing their claims of attorney-client privilege should keep the records concealed. However, Durham is continuing his legal pressure as he insists those groups played a coordinated role in pushing false Trump-Russia collusion claims.

The Durham show is nothing more than political theater!. All this info was available prior to the election and he could have stopped the communist takeover of America. Nothing more than Deep State Hacks, Barr and Durham will go down in history as traitors!

Heres the new Democrat narrative: "Like everyone else in politics, we were doing oppo research. But we never for one moment considered that a few of the people we hired would create stories out of whole cloth."

It appears Durham is working his way up the food chain and I can’t help but wonder if he has the Old Hag as his ultimate goal. I would like to think so but if this plays out as it has been going she will be dead and buried long before that day arrives. Wouldn’t it be a red letter day if this happens? I just want President Trump to be able to get the justice he deserves. What this witch did to him during the campaign and then during his time as President is unconscionable. The wheels of Justice grind slowly but I hope they grind so fine that no one escapes being held accountable for what they have done. This whole situation dovetails nicely into the theft of the election in 2020. Let’s hope that will finally get the attention it deserves.

What's this "joint venture" stuff? Lawyers choose their words carefully, I know, but this sounds like CONSPIRACY to me.

Be patient--hard to do. If Durham moves too fast the DOJ will pull the plug on Durham.

Joint Venture = RICO. This will move slowly but will envelope much of the HRC org.

I’ve had doubts about Durham all along and thought he was probably just another Sessions or Barr. But it just may be that, the more he learns about The Beast and her team, the more disgusted he becomes and now he may be out for blood. I pray that that’s the case, anyway. It would be truly sweet if he nailed PIAPS right around October 15, 2022.

Pay attention to the parsing: It's not Hillary they're after, it's her CAMPAIGN. She, of course, will claim zero knowledge of r responsibility for what her CAMPAIGN did. Besides, at this point, what difference does it make?

Crooked hillary has to be up at night wondering how far Durham will go...that makes the effort almost worthwhile ...her proclivity towards unlawful game playing seems to be coming to the surface...and I'm thinking she's not sleeping well these days...of course her use of alcohol is well known in DC...so I'm thinking she's got Amazon delivering continuous packages of goodies....

This is becoming more obvious by the day. Durham’s ONLY task is to take Hillary (and Bill) out for good. Once that is done, so is he.

Everything seems to be coming into focus...The whole enchilada with her minions of lawyers. All the pieces are coming together, even the January 6th faux insurection. The Smartest woman in the world is guilty as sin and we know it.
When we take over congress and then the White House, President Trump won't have to think about reelection and the Hillary Titanic will go down. This will be her legacy. I can wait for a couple of years for that to heppen.

This doesn’t sound like someone who is just going thru the motions. I think the Clintons and Co. have pi$$ed off Durham and he is not taking any crap from them any longer.
FTA-
Durham pushed back Saturday.
“The goal of the joint venture could not have been more clear: it was to gather and disseminate derogatory non-public information regarding the internet activities of a political candidate and his associates,” he wrote.
“And that venture was far from collateral to the charged crime. Indeed, the above-described joint venture was the very project that led Tech Executive-1 to rely upon the defendant’s services; the very project that gave rise to the Russian Bank-1 allegations; the very project that prompted agents of the Clinton Campaign to meet with Tech Executive-1; and the very project that caused the defendant to meet with the FBI General Counsel and lie to him about the clients who were behind all of this work," Durham said.

The naysayers continue to flock to these threads with their now threadbare cynicism. Kash Patel, no dummy, believes that what Durham is doing is the real deal and that the time it is taking to prove (operative word meaning “with evidence”) a conspiracy. Durham is no Barr. You won’t see him giving interviews or bloviating about this and that or writing a phony book. He is known to be a meticulous dead serious guy. I would not want him on my trail.
In the meantime Hill & Co’s former allies are ratting. Mark Elias. A biggie. There will be more as Durham closes the trap on the other conspirators.
The press they are all getting is definitely not attractive. I see her out in her woods with gallons of Chateau Box.

I got lost in my own woods. This sentence should have said:
Kash Patel, no dummy, believes that what Durham is doing is the real deal and that the time it is taking to prove (operative word meaning “with evidence”) a conspiracy is not at all unusual. In his experienced view (something none of us has) a sprawling investigation of this type, leading to actual prosecutions with actual hard evidence of crime(s) committed could be expected to take 2-5 years or longer.
As the Brits say, “In due course”...

I don't see anything about inventing FALSE information in order to sway the election. This reads like "everybody does it" dirty pool, and that's how Hillary and her tame media will spin it! Poor FBI got lied to... right! When do the crimes done to AMERICA get investigated?!

One of the things not talked about is the way dimocrats on congressional committees and the courts stripped away attorney client privilege with DJT.
Dollar Bill Clinton, in the run up to impeachment asserted attorney-client privilege 97 times, I recall, each time claiming conversations between government lawyers and himself were covered by attorney client privilege. The courts said no, but Clinton was able to delay, delay, delay.

#9, there is NO way that Illary’s campaign would have done this without her full approval and participation. She can claim otherwise but it won’t fly.

It is a lot easier to explain to your children there is no Santa Claus nor Easter Bunny. And that leaves a bigger scar. The Clinton scars are mostly just keloids. Can they hurt us any more than what they have already done? When does it quit being a shock?

#4,...Rinktum,......" I just want President Trump to be able to get the justice he deserves."
My two cents,......."I just want America to get the justice that we deserve".
Hellary, Bubba, Hussein Obammy, Bi-DUMB, the PigLousy, Chuckie Schumer et all deserve to be in prison. Preferably in Gitmo locked up in little metal sheds sweating and suffering in tropical heat,

If these findings go to court and parties are found guilty they need to be punished as traitors. This, I feel is treason and I am not opposed to implementing the death penalty if it still legally applies. Minimally life in prison without parole. If found guilty of breaking laws, and if the law does not come down hard on these people, and no one is held accountable there will be no deterrent for such future activities. I hope Durham takes a play out of the Democrat playbook and politicizes these findings along with releasing the findings at or near a major election cycle. If Hillary is implicated in these findings she should not be given special treatment. She is not above the law.
