The US city run by Muslim Americans

Original Article

Posted By: FL_Absentee_Voter, 11/16/2021 10:28:23 AM

A walk down the main street in Hamtramck, Michigan, feels like a tour around the world. [snip] This month, the Midwestern city of 28,000 has reached a milestone. Hamtramck has elected an all-Muslim City Council and a Muslim mayor, becoming the first in the US to have a Muslim-American government. Once faced with discrimination, Muslim residents have become integral to this multicultural city, and now make up more than half its population.

Comments:

A ban on bars near mosques - churches, too? Article doesn't say. Pride flags torn down when displayed and it seems to be okay. For many reasons, Hamtramck bears watching.

Yes it bears watching. 100% muslim rule is not diversity, which is the Dim shibboleth. Someday i wish a coherent Dim would explain to me what the Dim world outlook is. This non-diverse city however is certainly a creature that lives in the Dim domain. Let’s see how the various Dim subdomains comport themselves. The normal Dim MO is to create failure which becomes a crisis which justifies some grab of power and the treasury. A muslim controlled city would seem to present them with something new.

What concerns me, about where we are going as a country, is that we seem to be moving to a tribal society instead of a united country with a common set of ideals under the US constitution. I don't want to live in Afghanistan West.

There is no such thing as a muslim American. Muslims do not assimilate, and do not recognize our system of government. They only tolerate it until they can get a majority, and then out with anything not Sharia. There will soon be no multiculturalism in this place. It has been claimed for islam. Your new choices are submit or die.

I suspect the non-Muslim part is black as back in the 90s I was in the auto parts business and our department sent the only black guy we had along with a white guy up to Hamtramck to deal with a problem. He reported back to me that he felt safe there but with 'that white boy beside me' he was very uneasy. Aaron was a gem and we could talk frankly about color.

I would not be too impressed here. Their agenda has always been to replace civilian Christian government with their own theological cult Islam. Just a different arm of the same bunch who want to do the same, those same people who attend Davos and Glasgow type summits. Now the food fight between those two groups would be very interesting to watch.

It's happening elsewhere, and not just Muslims. Our county is now 15% non-Hispanic white, 15% black, 25% Hispanic and 45% Asian, mainly Indian. My immediate neighbors are "Persian" and Ethiopean. It used to be the most "Red" county in the USA, electing Ron Paul and Tom DeLay. Things change, whether you like it or not.

If you want to find out what Islam does when it takes over, watch what happens in other countries when Islam moves in. Check Turkey and Asia Minor (or Anatolia). Saul was from Anatolia. Anatolia was Greek and Christian. A century ago, Christians made up 20% of Turkey's population, the figure is now just 0.2%. Under Islam, Christians are not given a choice of convert or die. It is “learn to live under Sharia.” Christianity can sustain itself under communism and Nazism. It cannot sustain itself under Sharia.

The White House responded Tuesday to the plea of an Afghan interpreter who helped rescue then-Sen. Joe Biden and two other senators in a 2008 snowstorm, reiterating the president’s pledge to use diplomacy to work to evacuate remaining allies still in Afghanistan who wish to leave. “We will get you out, we will honor your service, and we're committed to doing exactly that,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said. The Wall Street Journal reported the interpreter – only identified as Mohammed by the newspaper – his wife and four children are in hiding from the Taliban after a “years-long attempt” to leave Afghanistan got mired in bureaucracy.
