Washington state suspends a physician
assistant for prescribing ivermectin

A lot of people are angry that more doctors aren’t prescribing ivermectin when they first get diagnosed with COVID. However, a Washington State physician assistant lost his license because he prescribed ivermectin. Most doctors, having invested years upwards of seven years of their lives in preparing to be a physician, don’t want to destroy that career over a politically incorrect prescription. Andrea Salcedo, who to my great surprise has degrees in journalism, is a terrible writer.

Comments:

So…both ivermectin and hydrochorquine (spelling?)which have a proven track record in several other countries for effectively curing this virus is bad. Yet we’re all being held hostage with daily threats and loss of employment and freedom if we don’t take a vaccine that has a proven track record of being a cause of death. Am I missing anything?

Everything I’ve read suggests you have to take the Ivermectin as soon as you suspect you have Covid. It doesn’t work if you’re so sick you have to be hospitalized and given oxygen.

Doctors are following the stampede, not leading the way out of this mess. Character is the biggest shortage in our current medical system. When they spot someone with character, they target them to be trampled by the stampede. Remember that in the Nuremberg trials, following orders was not a defense. There are people on medical and pharmacy boards that will face worse punishment than merely being fired.

Thank you for the source, #3. A very good read. The conclusion in this scientific study reads as follows: "Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally." In the 3rd paragraph of the Introduction of this article, there is "scientific evidence" cited that demonstrates Ivermectin's efficacy in 27 different studies. So...why is a preponderance of the "scientific" medical community NOT following the "scientific evidence" for this drug when it comes to Covid-19? Why?

#4, I can answer that, however, I believe you already know the answer. We are not promoting drug therapies that have been shown to work because this virus is a political tool that is being used by the democrat party to gain control, more power and money for them and their supporters. At its heart, this has never been about public health and has always been about public control. These soulless ghouls just ignore the deaths and suffering they are causing because they are fascists. “Everything in the State, nothing outside the State, nothing against the State.” And done by any means possible.

I appreciate that this PA is trying to save people's lives. And I do believe that ivermectin does either kill the virus directly (seems most likely from in vitro studies) or at least prevents reproduction of the virus. Either way, it is a useful drug. Look at India's experience. From my understanding of what ivermectin does, prescribing it late in the disease when the virus has already caused serious damage is likely to be of limited value. Even if the ivermectin quickly wipes out all the virus, the huge systemic damage the virus has caused to multiple organs remains, and the patient needs whatever medical support possible to have a chance to survive this pre-existing injury. Is it a waste of time to give ivermectin at late stages of the disease? I don't know, but it is clearly most effective when given in the first few days when the number of viruses is low, and the amount of harm that they have done is low, and when stopping the virus will result in a quick return to normal health. Best wishes to PA Miller, he is braver and smarter than a lot of MDs.

I posted this in another thread yesterday. The NIH has quietly recognized ivermectin. Second entry down on this page: https://www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov/tables/table-2e/ Doesn't WA state want to follow the 'science'? Maybe someone should ask them that 'on-air'. Perhaps Project Veritas could get the clowns in the state agency to answer that question. And get the name of the person in the bureaucracy that decided to pull the license of that PA.

Thanks for the link #12. Given the zero fanfare, I presume it is a CYA put in place so at some future date they can point to this and say, "We had that listed as a treatment back in summer of 2021."

This brave man should indeed move to a red state - not that we are not having the exact lack of moral integrity in our medical system BUT it is not as bad. Just like our broken education system, he could help lead a righteous revolution in medicine. My son is in WA state this week. He has found several Christian physicians in his rural pretty red area and they gave him a sheet with exact info where to get hcq, ivermectin.

Until recently, conservatives were the party of business. They defended the business world not as a necessary evil or because of its efficiencies, but because they thought it exemplified an enterprising, individualist morality. It respected rights of contract, served as an arena for creativity, and allowed socially useful competition. Even now, Republicans condemn the Left’s programs as creeping socialism, seemingly forgetful of the last decade in which corporations became the vanguard of the cultural revolution.

It was probably the worst day of Alec Baldwin's life when he accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie "Rust" on Oct. 21. It's a time to feel terrible about a 42-year-old woman with a husband and a young son. Then, CNN's Jake Tapper used it in one of his commentaries to denounce the entire Republican Party for making this tragedy an occasion for jokes. For four continuous years, Alec Baldwin maliciously caricatured President Trump in numerous ‘comedy’ sketches on Saturday Night Live. The cycle worked as follows: The ‘brains’ in Washington contrived a scandal or outrage for that week, often related to the phony Russian Collusion narrative that loomed over Trump’s 4-year term. The figurative rifles were fired resting on the shoulders of shady lawyers, porn stars, dismissed or disgruntled personnel, anonymous ‘insiders’ and ‘leakers’.

For a very long time, based on a few short snippets of random videos that people outside and inside of the Capitol shot on January 6, conservatives have been arguing that significant numbers of the people who entered the Capitol that day did so because the Capitol Police let them in. Their presence there wasn’t an insurrection or even an unauthorized trespass—they had a right to be there once the “guardians” of the Capitol opened the door. NEW YORK — Health officials on Friday offered more evidence that vaccinations offer better protection against COVID-19 than immunity from a prior infection. Unvaccinated people who had been infected months earlier were 5 times more likely to get COVID-19 than fully vaccinated people who didn’t have a prior infection, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concluded in a new study. “These data show, pretty strongly, that the vaccines are more protective against symptomatic COVID,” said Dr. Mike Saag, an infectious disease expert at the University of Alabama.
