In the wake of Attorney General Merrick Garland’s announcement that he plans to sic the FBI on concerned parents who speak out at school board meetings against critical race theory and COVID restrictions, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) blasted the Biden administration and said Americans should “be afraid of your government.” “Moms at school boards are being told that they’re criminals, potential domestic terrorists, for the crime of dissent, and I think criminalizing dissent is something that we should all be appalled with,” Paul told Fox News. Garland claimed that there has been a “disturbing trend” of teachers being threatened or harassed.

Comments:

“When the people fear the government there is tyranny, when the government fears the people there is liberty.”

Rand Paul speaks as one who's eyes have been opened. Maybe his sense of urgency was amplified by the assault he and his wife experienced on the street by Democrat thugs.

I am fully afraid of our government. Never would I have guessed they could SWAT team ordinary Americans, and confine them in solitary for months for visiting DC. I had no idea the government could imprison people without charges, and without bail, all approved by DC Democrat judges and prosecutors. I thought there was some integrity in at least a few people, but there is none. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Janet Reno prosecutions for child abuse that never happened, FBI and CIA raids on the Trump campaign, FBI leading Jan 6 violence, IRS releasing tax payer confidential information to the Justice Dept on flashdrives. Really a great group of guys there, top to the bottom of the rank and file. Everyone confesses when interrogated, like they did in the Soviet Union. It would behoove everyone to utilize fully their second amendment rights.

There are few things more disgusting than when the judicial branch joins in with a vendetta against a defendant because of the political climate. In April, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter, and third-degree murder in the death of George Floyd. I’m not a fan of police brutality, but what happened to Chauvin at the hands of his own department and the local judiciary was nothing short of using one man as a human sacrifice to appease the mob. The decision to keep the trial in Minneapolis in view of the existing riots

Watch: [Video] “This is segregation based off of your own fears and your own personal interests,” the unidentified father argued. “The people in this country have had enough, and we are fighting back.” “I have something to give you,” he then said. “Security, would you do me a favor? Viruses and other infectious organisms have been around since long before humans walked the planet. While many microorganisms are helpful and necessary for human survival and function, others bring disease and death. Immunity is what prevents humans from being wiped out by a particularly virulent bug. The CDC defines immunity as “protection from an infectious disease. If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.” How does one achieve immunity? As the CDC explains, there are two ways. Natural immunity is acquired from exposure to the disease organism through infection with the actual disease.

Shortly after the ‘War Against COVID’ began, the government designated two new categories of American citizens -- the largely arbitrary classification of ‘essential’ and ‘nonessential’ workers. Firefighters and paramedics were deemed essential, for good reasons. But now, like their colleagues on the frontline in the medical profession, these brave men and women -- once heralded as heroes -- are now scorned as villains. In the state of California, they have gone from heroes to zeroes in the eyes of despotic Democrats, who have given them an ultimatum: get vaccinated or get fired.

In 1787, an imperial Russian governor named Grigory Potemkin constructed a pretty village facade, a theatre set, actually, that's since become known as a Potemkin Village. His aim was to fool the passing empress, Catherine the Great, into thinking all was well on her journey through war-ravaged Crimea, when in fact it was not. It now looks like the White House has viewed that story as a how-to guide -- this time, to fool the passing voters. According to Ed Morrissey at Hot Air: Today's deep question: Why does Biden use a stage set instead of the White House? The “fake set” question first came up a week ago,

What if we hadn't had a similarly accuracy-challenged little Fauci-gnome-man spreading fear and hysteria? What if the CDC hadn't illegally changed the death coding requirements in early 2020 to count anyone dying with COVID-19 as dying from COVID-19?
