In remarks reported in a forthcoming book, Army General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, compared President Donald Trump to the Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler and his supporters to Nazi brownshirts. Milley said he feared a military coup from Trump, who had decided to contest the results of the 2020 election. Trump responded to the accusation in a blistering statement on Thursday.
“Despite massive Voter Fraud and Irregularities during the 2020 Presidential Election Scam, that we are now seeing play out in very big and important States, I never threatened, or spoke about, to anyone, a coup of our Government. So ridiculous!” the former president wrote.

This is just one bogus book after another all designed to separate Trump and his supporters in case he runs in 2024. They know we will crawl over broken glass to support him. If Milley would have had the balls to say it to Trump's face he would have been fired on the spot.
It won't work, MSM scuzzbags. We don't believe a word you say.

Whatever the dems accuse the Republicans of doing, they’re doing it. Do they think people are so dumb that they won’t notice the pattern?

Uhmmm...a "Coup" is the overthrow of an existing Govt., Trump WAS the existing Govt. at that time. Milly's (and many others) resistance to anything/everything Trump while he was still in office was/is more of a "Coup" than anything Trump did

Dems always falsely accuse Repubs of what the Dems are ACTUALLY doing.
Milley is helping the coup, fraudulent elections, anti-constitutionalist in the top of the military. VERY dangerous times. If they keep it up, their dreams may come true.

If Milley and other top officials informally planned for different ways
to stop Trump before Jan.20, 2021 then General Mark Milley should
be tried for treason by trying to overthrow the sitting President which was Trump.

I wonder if he has named those military leaders who were planning the coup with Trump.
Or was it to be a one man coup by Trump. As the French expression so succinctly puts it “un coup militaire sans militaire.”
I’m writing a book that says Trump hired Milly to urinate on obama’s bed, but milly couldn’t that night because he was busy with John.
Really, to think the security of the nation is in any way in the hands of cheap political operatives like this guy is nauseating and terrifying.

Gen Milley has exposed himself as the ultimate left wing “Perfumed Prince” with no regard for the purpose of the military. He should be removed from his position ASAP.

Quote from Milley: “They may try, but they’re not going to f**king succeed,” Milley reportedly said. “You can’t do this without the military. You can’t do this without the CIA and the FBI. We’re the guys with the guns.”
The former VC and NVA say, "Hi, general Dinky Dau. You numba ten."

#15. that shows how totally corrupt all the people around the President were (are). At some point, you have to trust people.....and 80-90% of the people around the President were all backstabbing corruptocrats, lying to him every time they opened their mouths.

What a disgusting man! He has revealed his intemperate character. He never should have been promoted to his current position.
It is outrageous that he would call 80+million American patriots who voted for and support President Trump "Brownshirts". This also exposes his foolishness, his unthinking silliness. It's insulting and disgusting. The law-breakers, the ones issuing threats of violence and committing violence were all on the Left, in the Democrat ranks.
There's been enough ignorant rhetoric going around. And the Democrats ought to stop demonizing their political rivals instead of making them enemies, because it puts them
One other thing, had President Trump had any inclination toward dictatorship, he sure never demonstrated it throughout the four years when the Dem/Left made one attempt after another to oust him. THEY were the schemers and coup-plotters. Furthermore, we never saw DJT attempt to use power outside of those belonging to the Presidency as the Constitution delineates.

Re #15, in the article, President Trump explains why he nominated Milley - Because Mattis and Obama could not stand Milley, he thought Milley must be a good bet.

Trump did not know Milley from Adam at the time Trump nominated Milley to be the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US military. That nomination, like most other nominations made by Republican Presidents was based upon Presidential Staff and Republican Congressional recommendations. Since we know now that there were elements in both the Republican congressional conference and in the White House staff who were out to sabotage the “outsider” Trump from the get-go instead of giving Trump legitimate advice, you can make a pretty good educated guess how the Milley nomination was moved forward by the White House staff and was confirmed by the Republican Senate.
