Jeffrey Epstein's newly discovered 1997 address book, published by Insider on Tuesday, connects dozens of new names to Epstein and traces previously known relationships back to the 1990s. One of the new names belongs to Cristina Greeven Cuomo, a New York editor and entrepreneur. She married Chris Cuomo, a CNN anchor and brother of Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York, in 2001. The book lists Greeven Cuomo under a minor misspelling of her birth name, Cristina Greeven. Her entry refers to Manhattan File, a New York society magazine she published after her father purchased it in 1994. The same entry

A “major gang war” between ruthless Bronx crews that are fearless of cops has left a 13-year-old boy and two other teens dead in just the past five days, law-enforcement sources told The Post on Monday. “We can’t keep them in [jail], and they’re going after each other," a high-ranking police source said, referring to juvenile suspects who end up back on the streets after being sent to family court instead of being prosecuted as adults. The U.N. human rights chief on Monday demanded comprehensive reparations be made to compensate countries that have suffered what she called the deadly legacies of slavery, colonial rule and racial discrimination. Former Chilean Socialist President Michelle Bachelet presented to the U.N. Human Rights Council a report she hopes will change the definition of racism and highlight its impact. It comes after her intervention last month calling on the world to immediately dismantle systemic racism against people of African descent and “make amends” to the oppressed while groups like Black Lives Matter should receive “funding, public recognition and support.” Others have also joined her demands for massive financial redistributions

Critical race theory (CRT) and education in the United States as a whole is shaping up to be a huge campaign issue for 2022 and 2024. And that's terrible news for Democrats. Recent polling backs up this perspective.
Exhibit A: A recent Harvard CAPS/Harris poll found 61 percent of registered voters said children should not be taught that America is “structurally racist.”
Exhibit B: A YouGov-Economist poll says almost 6-in-10 American voters have an unfavorable view of critical race theory.

Following the unrest on January 6th, 2021, the media and their political allies set about to paint what happened as the worst thing to hit the country since the Civil War. Joe Biden bandied that line about multiple times while Nancy Pelosi feigned deep concern. The reality of the situation always made those comparisons ludicrous, including comparisons to 9/11, where 3,000 people died and terrorists literally attempted to blow up the Capitol Building. Further, there’s a fairly objective case to be made that the BLM riots of 2020 were far worse, as well, seeing dozens of deaths and billions in destruction. Protests erupted yesterday in all of Cuba’s major cities against the nation’s ruling Communist dictatorship following over six decades of oppression. Protesters chanted “freedom,” “enough” and “unite,” and demanded the dissolution of their nation’s communist dictatorship. Protesters had specific complaints about the nation’s food shortages, high prices, and handling of the coronavirus outbreak, which were correctly attributed to their government. The Biden administration was initially silent on the protests, and only commented that they’d vow to condemn any violence in Cuba. Critical Race Theory is liable to end for reasons very similar to the reasons the Salem witch trials ended.
In January 1692, nine-year-old Elizabeth (Betty) Parris and 11-year-old Abigail Williams (the daughter and niece of Samuel Parris, minister of Salem Village) began having fits, including violent contortions and uncontrollable outbursts of screaming. After a local doctor, William Griggs, diagnosed bewitchment, other young girls in the community began to exhibit similar symptoms.
A special court, the court of Oyer and Terminer convened in Salem to hear the cases; and based on spectral evidence the first convicted witch, Bridget Bishop, was hanged that June.

L ast Wednesday, former President Trump filed a class action lawsuit against Twitter, Facebook, and Google pursuant to their partisan censorship of viewpoints that conflict with those of their CEOs and employees. The next day, Trump took to the Wall Street Journal, where he summed up his most compelling argument for suing: “If they can do it to me, they can do it to you.” Ironically, this echoes what Bernie Sanders told the New York Times last March: “[Y]esterday it was Donald Trump who was banned, and tomorrow, it could be somebody else.” If Trump and Sanders take the same position on Big Tech censorship, the issue deserves serious attention.

This is interesting. In the middle of his CPAC speech President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell story about a Pennsylvania U.S. Attorney who was intending to investigate voter fraud in Philadelphia and was blocked by Attorney General Bill Barr. The excerpt is below (snip) In previous comments attributed to AG Bill Barr, he claimed to have seen no evidence of election fraud. The Atlantic Article cites Bill Barr stating to an AP journalist December 1st 2020: ” To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,”

When hammer thrower Gwen Berry decided to protest the national anthem at an Olympic trials event last month, she raised the prospect that athletes will try to use the Tokyo Olympics to disparage their own nation.
If they do so, they will get precious little support at home.
The latest I&I/TIPP poll finds that the public overwhelmingly rejects athletes showing disrespect for the American flag at international games.
The poll found that 79% of the public say it’s important “for professional athletes to publicly respect the American flag on the international level,” with 60% saying it is “very important.”
Just 16% of the adults surveyed think it’s not important.

Thousands of Cubans took to the streets from Havana to Santiago on Sunday in rarely seen protests, expressing frustration over pandemic restrictions, the pace of COVID-19 vaccinations and what they said was government neglect. The images of protests in Cuba that have gone viral on social media prompted officials in the United States to call for an American-led intervention to topple the ruling government in Havana.Thousands of Cubans marched on Havana's Malecon promenade and elsewhere on the island on Sunday to protest food shortages and high prices amid the coronavirus crisis, in one of biggest anti-government demonstrations in memory.

A teenage boy was killed among three people killed in a spate of six shootings in the span of 14 hours in New York City on Sunday. Jaryan Elliot, 13, was standing outside Angels Café with a friend on East 187th Street in the Bronx's Belmont neighborhood at around 3.15pm when he was gunned down in what police believe was a gang-related shooting, the NYPD said. The gunman approached Jaryan in a black vehicle, stepped out and began firing, hitting him once in the chest and once in the leg, police said. Jaryan was taken to Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Back when ESPN was watchable, I confess to having a petite faiblesse for Rachel Nichols. She was cute and congenial, and — unlike many females broadcasting male sports — she rarely pretended to know more than she did. These past weeks, however, Nichols has found herself embroiled in a petite scandale. Her transgression? Objecting to the professional mugging she received at the hand of ESPN's "diversity" goons.
I would have preferred to portray my beloved Rachel as pure victim, but the story's not quite that simple.

COVID has been a wrecking ball on the U.S. and world’s economies, devastating businesses, families, and individuals. How much of what we have been told by government “experts,” parroted by the media, has been false, either by design or incompetence? (snip) Isn’t a basic tenet of public health investigating the origin of contagious infectious disease, not just place but time? (snip) 11.6% of individuals in a lung cancer clinical trial, months before the known COVID outbreak, had already been exposed to the virus. As antibodies take several weeks post infection to develop, it’s likely that some individuals had active infections in August 2019

The gunman in a murder-suicide at the Houston aquarium was a career criminal who suffered from mental illness and was out on bond at the time of the shooting. Danny Cazares, 39, fatally shot Gabriel Moriones Vargas, 28, and injured his wife before tuning the gun on himself in a seemingly random act of violence on Thursday night. Houston police said in a statement that Cazares had a history of mental illness and was arrested three times in the last year. All three times, he was released from jail on bond. The most recent was in April after he was charged with felony possession of a weapon,

Former Food and Drug Administration commissioner Dr Scott Gottlieb has urged Pfizer to launch the federal authorization process for its COVID-19 booster shot as soon as possible as the spread of the highly-contagious Delta variant ramps up around the United States. As we previously reported there are thousands out in the streets across Cuba, from small towns to big cities, calling for freedom from the Communist government and chanting “we are not afraid!”
People are saying it’s the largest mass protest since 1959. If you know your Cuban history, that’s the last time the government changed hands — when Fidel Castro took power. So, that’s an incredibly significant thing to say. From NY Times:
Carolina Barrero, a Cuban activist, went even further. “It is the most massive popular demonstration to protest the government that we have experienced in Cuba since ’59,”

Earlier today, demonstrations against Cuba’s Communist dictatorship broke out across the island. The New York Times, long an apologist for Castro’s tyranny, acknowledges the current reality:
Shouting “Freedom” and other anti-government slogans, hundreds of Cubans took to the streets in cities around the country on Sunday to protest food and medicine shortages, in a remarkable eruption of discontent not seen in nearly 30 years.
Heh. Yes, “Freedom” is an anti-government slogan. The Times, though, is pretty much always on the side of government, especially when the government is socialist.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has withdrawn its claim that a Capitol riot suspect was found to be in possession of a “fully constructed” LEGO set depicting the U.S. Capitol; the LEGO set was still contained in a box, the DOJ said Friday.
As Breitbart News reported last week:
Robert Morss, a substitute social studies teacher, allegedly engaged in violent behavior during the riot, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette …
In court documents filed July 2, as the Department of Justice pushed for Morss to be detained until trial, the federal government noted:
During his arrest, law enforcement recovered some

Elon Musk may have a rat problem. Fans of the South African billionaire’s electric cars say rats, mice and rodents are chomping down on their Teslas. And despite having dropped tens of thousands of dollars to buy the pricey vehicles, Tesla refuses to cover the damage.(Snip)The pest apparently found its way into Williams’ Tesla and gobbled through several internal wires that were insulated with soy rather than oil, which critics claim makes them more appealing to rodents.(Snip)Automakers have been getting slammed for years with complaints of their allegedly rat-friendly soy-based wiring. YouTube deleted a video of former President Donald Trump from the American Conservative Union’s account and prevented the group from live-streaming the former president’s Sunday CPAC speech. In a statement, ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp said the group learned that its account had been frozen for seven days over a video from Friday in which Mr. Trump announces his class-action lawsuit against the Silicon Valley titans such as Google and YouTube.
That loss of access to its video account meant the ACU, which runs the Conservative Political Action Conference, could not upload Mr. Trump’s speech or any other live content from its CPAC 2021 Part 2
