She's an embarrassment to the Biden administration at this point, as New York Post columnist Miranda Devine notes, pointing to the growing severity of the crisis.
Joe, in fact, actually created the crisis, first by incentivizing child migration with a vow that no illegal child migrant, even one brimming with COVID, could ever be sent back, and bringing back catch-and-release for everyone else. When we look out on the world scene and how the Biden Administration is positioning itself, everyone should keep in mind the summary statement of former Defense Secretary and CIA director Robert Gates (no one’s idea of a partisan firebrand, as he’s been serving presidents of both parties since the Carter Administration): Joe Biden, Gates said, “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”
Why would Biden change now?
Two circumstances need close attention. The first is China, where the Chinese military is stepping up military exercises in close proximity to Taiwan. Is this a prelude to an invasion?

Earlier today, Joe Biden announced he was signing an executive order creating a “bipartisan” commission to explore ‘reforming’ the Supreme Court.
As we explained, the commission would be looking at all kinds of possible revisions to the Court, including court packing. The commission would consider “the length of service and turnover of justices on the Court; the membership and size of the Court; and the Court’s case selection, rules, and practices.” In other words, Biden and the Democrats would look at all kinds of things they could do to politicize the one branch of government which was explicitly created not to be political.
