Police said multiple people were wounded, including one officer, after a shooting at a high school in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Monday. The Knoxville Police Department urged members of the public to "avoid the area," and authorities have set up a "reunification site" on a baseball field behind Austin-East High School. Police also said an investigation "remains active" in a tweet just after 4 p.m. (Tweet/Photo) The Knoxville Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner. This is a developing story and it will be updated.

The U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a heavy blow to a major left-wing environmental group. In the 7-2 ruling, the justices sided with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, thwarting the Sierra Club’s bid to obtain documents concerning a regulation finalized in 2014 relating to power plants.“The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires that federal agencies make records available to the public upon
request unless those records fall within one of nine exemptions. Exemption 5 incorporates the privileges available to
Government agencies in civil litigation, such as the deliberative process privilege, attorney-client privilege, and attorney work-product privilege,” Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote.

Andrew Cuomo’s despicable rule in New York has never been seriously challenged. He won re-election to a third term by 23 points in 2018 — an election in which he arguably didn’t even try. But, for the first time in his tenure at the helm of the Empire State, Cuomo appears to be facing a serious opponent — one that was, at least in part, of Cuomo’s own making. After more than a half-dozen allegations of sexual misconduct, as well as accusations that his use (and subsequent cover-up) of nursing homes to house infectious COVID-19 patients last spring caused thousands of additional deaths, Cuomo is unusually vulnerable.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich aimed at Vice President Kamala Harris over her lack of doing anything after being appointed by President Joe Biden to address the border crisis.During an interview on Fox Business with anchor Dagen McDowell, Brnovich said Harris has failed to respond to his invitation to tour the crisis at the US-Mexico border.“I guess if you were a philosopher you would say no response is a very loud response because we’ve not received any response,” Brnovich said.

(Photo) Victor explained that in addition to COVID, the massive influx of illegal immigrants are bringing other dangerous viruses and diseases to the U.S. Thanks to Biden’s $86 million contribution that was allotted courtesy of the American taxpayer, to house tens of thousands of foreign invaders, the illegal aliens who are COVID positive are being shipped out to hotels or transported by plane

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, even calling out Ocasio-Cortez for her ignorance.According to Axios: “Pelosi unloads on the Squad, at one point adopting a child-like voice when discussing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and offers the Squad this blunt advice: “You’re not a one-person show. This is the Congress of the United States.””

I just watched a documentary about horrors of 9/11. You remember that day, don’t you? This year will mark the 20th anniversary of 9/11.Sept 11, 2001. The day the twin towers of the World Trade Center collapsed in New York City. The day about 3,000 of our fellow Americans died. Most of their bodies were never found. They literally melted and disintegrated. You do remember, yes? They were someone’s fathers and mothers, husbands and wives, and sons and daughters.Do you remember all those people jumping from 100 stories up and splattering on sidewalk? I do. I still remember those loud booms. Each boom was a life ending instantly

Not so many years ago, the left was screaming about former President Donald Trump’s decision to raise tariffs on certain Chinese products, arguing that a trade war wasn’t in our interest and wondering what happened to those good ol’ free market Republicans they used to trash.Ironic, given that Biden’s administration is now admitting the tariffs worked. The inadvertent acknowledgment came during a media briefing last week. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo was asked at the White House on Wednesday whether the Biden administration would force Chinese tech firm ByteDance to sell off its most visible product, the social media video sharing platform TikTok, and to give

President Joe Biden released a sudden tweet on Monday defending Kamala Harris amid mounting criticism over her failure to visit the border and after GOP Senator John Cornyn questioned who was in charge in the White House.'When I served as Vice President, I asked to be the last person with the President before big decisions were made — and @VP is providing the same counsel to me,' Biden wrote. 'She’s the last voice in the room and never fails to speak the truth as we work to build our nation back better.'He included a picture of the pair in discussion inside the Oval Office.
