Wearing a Superman zip-up hoodie, the 5-year-old Honduran boy looked out the airplane window, pointing at the sky in seeming disbelief that such a large craft was reaching the clouds. A few days ago Yancarlos Amaya was walking along the muddy river bank after crossing the Rio Grande and landing on the U.S. side of the border with Mexico. His mother, Celestina Ramirez, 28, said they turned themselves in to U.S. Border Patrol officers and later spent hours in custody, a night under a bridge and three more days in a detention facility.

Someone explain how this organized lawbreaking by the Federal government is NOT a criminal conspiracy. Explain WHY no one is demanding the courts enjoin this flouting of our laws by bureaucrats, including those brave Border Patrol agents, right up to the President of the United States. Someone explain why there are NO REPUBLICANS demanding the impeachment of this administration for this violation of their oath to protect and defend our Constitution and our sovereignty. Gutless... And poor Susan Collins was taunted by the cartel meanies...while Texas Gov. Abbott sends sternly worded letters to President Joe. Ol' Greg did more to defend the Texas border with Louisiana a year ago than he's doing now to end this invasion.

Obviously lack of food wasn’t the reason she left Honduras.

I'm afraid that now NOTHING'S on the "taxpayers" dime. Congress just prints it all. Five Trillion, no sweat!! Therefore no need to listen to the "taxpayers". Even during an election.

Mother surnamed Ramirez, son surnamed Amaya? Don't we have enough single mother issues without importing them?

It is sickening, not only because our corrupt government allows this illegal invasion, but the media as in this article then goes on to romanticize it.

# 5 In Latin American countries, and also Spain, your last name goes like this. Yancarlos Amaya Ramirez. The Amaya is the fathers last name, Ramirez is the mother's last name. Traditionally it is the father's name that is used. Here in Ecuador, as of last year, you are allowed to chose either as your last name. So it does not mean that the parents are unmarried.

Ask yourself, did this article tell you upon what grounds that Honduran lady and her son are going to try to be granted asylum in the USA? I did not think so.
The current US asylum laws require that before aliens qualify for asylum in the USA they must make a credible showing that they have suffered persecution because of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or because of their political opinion. In the past almost all borderline asylum claims made by illegal aliens from Central America have been denied by immigration judges if those judges followed the law, as most Central Americans in asylum proceedings have claimed that they departed their home countries and traveled to the USA border because they are poor, that their homelands are poor countries, that they might become a victim of crime in their home country, and that they desire to get a job in the USA. If those reasons were sufficient for grants of asylum about half the world would be eligible for asylum in the USA. Since the reasons given by the Central American illegal aliens are not valid reasons that comport with the asylum laws, those aliens who give those irrelevant reasons are not eligible for asylum in the USA, and are classified in accordance with the asylum and immigration laws as intending immigrants without immigrant visas, or as the liberals say these days, they are irregular economic migrants.
The reason the Central American and other intending illegal aliens posing as asylum seekers are surging to America’s borders now is that Biden and the leftist Democrats have been encouraging and inviting them to do so, by telling them that once inside the USA that they will be home free and that his administration will not deport or remove them from the USA regardless if their asylum claims are denied in the immigration courts in maybe 5-7 years if they ever appear in court. It’s all political mass undermining of the immigration laws, as Biden and the Democrats plan to grant all illegal aliens amnesty and transform them into future Democrat voters by the tens of millions to keep the leftist Democrats in permanent political power.

So heartwarming! Who bought the plane tickets? How did they fly without a passport, a Real ID and COVID shots? Is the brother an illegal immigrant too? Baltimore can now welcome them to the welfare rolls for the next thirty years or until the boy is shot in a gang war. Welcome to America, land of the stupid and gullible. If they are lucky they will not have to do this again to escape a government worse than the one they left behind in Honduras.

And the Left's media have the unmitigated gall to ask why we are beginning to see new COVID cases across the nation, after we've taken a bunch of illegal immigrants from our border (the border with one of the least COVID-safe nations on earth) and scattered them throughout our country.
Almost like we're intentionally seeding our country with a new crop of COVID-19.

I had to pay over $500 to visit my kids, but she's flying to Baltimore via Houston to see a brother she hasn't seen in over 14 years. It better not be on the tax payer's dime but I'm willing to bet it is, just not reported.
