"Either the Constitution matters and must be followed . . . or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives."— Texas v. Pennsylvania et al. Texas v. Pennsylvania et al. did not deny setting rules for the 2020 election contrary to the Constitution. On December 10, 2020, the Supreme Court discounted that. By refusing to interfere as America’s ruling oligarchy serves itself, the court archived what remained of the American republic’s system of equal justice. That much is clear. In 2021, the laws, customs, and habits of the heart that had defined the American republic since the 18th century are things of the past. Americans’ movements and interactions are under strictures for which no one ever voted. Government disarticulated society by penalizing ordinary social intercourse and precluding the rise of spontaneous opinion therefrom. Correction*

By ignoring the rule of law, Roberts Supreme Court has opened the door to Law of the Jungle. Where justice is ignored, vigilantism rules.
You will rue the day, Swamp Critters...

For me the most shocking desertion by any person or institution is the complete dereliction of duty by the Supreme Court. They are the ultimate institutional defender of our Constitution. And despite their oath, they have consciously chosen not to defend it. Our right to freedom of speech is now completely shredded. It's even worse than in some communist countries today. That's not hyperbole, it's a fact. even some major socialist countries are shocked at what has happened here and are themselves enacting laws to prevent the same kind of actions in their countries.
All those pious speeches by the SCOTUS justices that Trump fearlessly promoted were apparently lies. They show NO particular interest in defending our Constitution. Democracy dies in black robes.

Blaming Trump for being totally swamped by traitors giving him bad advice every day, all day, isn't helpful.
I took down my American flag this morning, which has flown on my house for many years. We are no longer a constitutional republic, we are a dictatorship.

A brilliant article, and a brief but succinct message of hope at the end. To make the hope become a reality, all true patriots must FIGHT, every single day. Every day, find an alternative to one of the tech oligarch's products. None of them, not Google, not Apple and sure as hell not Twitter or Facebook., sell anything that is vital or irreplaceable. Don't lick the hand that beats you- buy something else! Make them hurt, make them bleed!
Every day, reach out in person to someone in your neighborhood and town. The author states, "Electoral politics is the easy part." I wish that were true, but even aside from voter fraud the two party system is stacked to keep the oligarchs in power. Overturning will have to come from the ground up.
Fight somehow every single day and, to quote Churchill:
"Never give in. Never, never, never, never--in nothing, great or small, large or petty--never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy."

So the Supreme Court abdicated their duty because of the threat of violence by the Left. Its pretty clear now who the real terrorists are. It's not Trump supporters.

Anyone advocating legislative and/or judicial relief has not been paying attention. Our legislatures and judge are on the enemy's side, not our side. There is no help there. There is only one remedy for the situation we find ourselves in.

When they make it impossible for the normal political processes to function by making the elections useless due to fraud which the courts ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT do anything whatsoever to prevent or correct after the fact, that leaves no normal, legal, political path for 75 million people.
Think hard about that, Deep State folks. Think hard. History has seen similar situations many times, and the lessons are clear, and they are being ignored by the Deep State thugs at their peril.
