As we’ve previously reported, Joe Biden has created a huge mess with illegal aliens flooding in at the border. Now the facilities that people and kids are being held in stuffed to the overflowing.
On top of that, the Biden team keeps trying to sell us this narrative that they have it all under control, it’s not really a crisis although sometimes they slip up on that. But even the liberal media isn’t buying that it isn’t.
But the Biden folks have been trying to make it hard on any media trying to report what’s actually going on. They’re restricting

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott joined "America Reports" Friday with an exclusive update on conditions at two facilities where migrants are being held after crossing the U.S-Mexico border.
ABBOTT: We've known this is a crisis. What I learned in just the past hour shows that we are now dealing with a humanitarian disaster.
I need to talk to you about two of the three locations where migrants are being held in Texas ... in addition to the Dallas location, there's the location in Carrizo Springs, which is in south Texas, as well as in Midland.
What we learned in Midland, just in the past hour, [are] two things.

The Biden administration was thoroughly embarrassed and unprepared in their first diplomatic meeting with the Chinese delegation yesterday. On U.S. soil, the Chinese mocked U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. “Many people within the United States actually have little confidence in the democracy of the United States,” top Chinese diplomat Yang Jiechi told the Biden administration, citing the Black Lives Matter movement. The Chinese brazenly violated protocol for their 2-minute openings, each extending their comments beyond the given time. Mr. Yang spoke for 16 minutes. Instead of refuting the comments outright–and turning the tables on China,

Can anyone just tell us who the hell is running our federal government right now? You literally get censored out of existence for suggesting that anyone other than Joe Biden won the election last November. Yet there is no evidence today—four months later—that Mr. Biden is actually serving as president. A weird Tron video this week appeared to show Mr. Biden—looking every bit the part of Max Headroom—interfacing with House Democrats in Congress. Digitally, of course. He droned on for a few minutes using scripted psycho-pablum, sitting alone at a table. The table was empty except for his instruction manual.

When the pandemic upended the economy last year, companies took a hard look at their advertising plans. During a speech on Thursday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that the illegal immigrants brought by their parents are the “true and legitimate heirs of our founders.” With that logic, you could make the argument that anyone in the world that comes to the United States with absolutely no ancestors in this country is also an heir of the founding fathers. Major left-leaning U.S. press outlets are largely avoiding mention of President Joe Biden's repeated stumbles as he boarded Air Force One, while many foreign publications are devoting prominent coverage to the incident.
As of Friday afternoon, the homepages of MSNBC, CBS News, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and New York Times had no mention of Biden's stumbling incident earlier in the day at Joint Base Andrews.
The news blackout was not strictly partisan, with the homepage of right-leaning One America News Network also omitting any mention of Biden's repeated tripping.

Eight people were killed in Atlanta last Tuesday. We have no shortage of explanations, including the perpetrator’s version, which many refuse to accept. Eros, rebranded and vilified as sex addiction, inspired a homicidal atrocity. Is that just a beard for anti-Asian violence?
Untangling the suspect’s motive isn’t easy when race and sex are competing to dominate the narrative. Six of the dead are women of Asian descent, yet the shooter told police he wasn’t motivated by racial bigotry.
Did the suspect visit Asian spas because he had some kind of hang-up about Asians, or is America more Asian than we realize?

Last weekend, Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, took Marine One to their Wilmington home and didn’t return to Washington until Sunday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is trying to find out if New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his advisors provided false numbers on the state's nursing home deaths during the coronavirus pandemic to the Department of Justice last summer, according to a New York Times report on Friday.
Four people with knowledge of the probe told The Times that federal investigators have subpoenaed Cuomo's office for documents regarding the data, reached out to lawyers for Cuomo's aides, and spoken to officials from the state's Health Department on the matter.
The investigation is part of the FBI's broader examination of Cuomo's handling of nursing homes

The D.C. superior court granted National Review’s motion to dismiss climate scientist Michael Mann’s long-running defamation suit.
More than eight years ago, Mann launched the suit against NR, writing privately that he saw it as an opportunity to “ruin” this “filthy organization.”
The lawsuit stemmed from a blog post on The Corner by Mark Steyn back in 2012 criticizing Mann’s work. The climate scientist threatened a lawsuit unless NR removed the offending post and apologized, which it refused to do. Mann then sued NR, Steyn, and the Competitive Enterprise Institute (Steyn quoted a CEI article in his post).

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on Thursday said that New York Police Department (NYPD) officers should confront people who say mean or offensive things even if their conduct isn’t criminal. De Blasio made the remarks during a press conference on March 18 when the subject of hate crimes and a discrimination against Asian Americans in New York City was brought up, WLNY reported. The mayor encouraged those who felt they were victims of discrimination or hate speech to report it to the police. “We need to know about it immediately,” de Blasio told reporters.

U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-Rhode Island) sent a letter to newly-sworn in U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland asking for his support to investigate the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) background check of U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh before he was confirmed.
Whitehouse told Garland in the letter that he thought the FBI’s investigation into allegations of misconduct by Kavanaugh was “fake” and compromised by partisan politics, CBS News reported. “It cannot and should not be the policy of the FBI to not follow up on serious allegations of misconduct during background check investigations,” Whitehouse wrote.

The 78-year-old commander in chief tripped twice before falling over the third time as he flew up the stairs of the idling aircraft at Joint Base Andrews.
After recovering, Biden appeared to take a moment to dust off his knee before finally making his way to the top. He then gave a salute before ducking into the cabin to take off for Georgia.

A major development broke this week in the Federal investigation into what exactly caused the death of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.(Snip)But providing “clarity” into Sicknick’s death was approximately the opposite of what transpired.
Here’s what we know:
Two men, Julian Khater and George Tanios, have been charged with nine criminal counts for actions taken on January 6th just outside the steps of the U.S. Capitol building. The most serious offense appears to be assault on an officer with a dangerous weapon, arising from Khater’s alleged use of Tanios’s chemical spray to tag Officer Sicknick and two other officers in the face.

Talks between the U.S. and China got off to a rough start on Thursday, with both sides chiding and reprimanding each other in an unusual public display of tensions.
The meeting in Anchorage, Alaska was the first high-level meeting between the two countries under the administration of President Joe Biden, and came after more than two years of rocky relations between the two countries.
What was initially meant to be a four-minute photo shoot ended up lasting more than an hour as both sides traded barbs on issues from U.S.-China relations to concerns from Washington’s allies. Reporters were told not to leave as both sides wanted to add their rebuttals.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Friday announced new guidance for physical-distancing requirements between children in schools, allowing for just three feet of space between students instead of the six feet it had previously recommended.
The new guidance, which will allow more students to be inside classrooms, does not apply to teachers and other adult school staff who still must remain six feet apart. Masks should remain mandatory as well, according to the CDC.
Students also must continue to maintain six feet of distance in common areas, such as auditoriums, and when masks are off, the guidance says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin publicly challenged Joe Biden to a televised debate, after Biden referred to him as a “killer” in an ABC interview, as reported by The Daily Caller.
Putin made the challenge on Russian state TV, saying “I want to propose to President Biden to continue our discussion, but on the condition that we do it basically live, as it’s called, without any delays and directly in an open, direct discussion.”
When asked about Putin’s request, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki once again dodged the question and said that she would “have to get back to you,” while also claiming that Biden is “quite busy.”

Federal officials along the border, they say, have been verbally instructed—there is no official memo, no paper-trail—to deny all press requests for ride-alongs and refer all media inquiries

A New York nursing home administrator has reportedly admitted that he and other administrators in the state were “petrified” when Gov. Andrew Cuomo ordered coronavirus patients to be funneled into their facilities last spring. In an exclusive interview with Fox News reportedly set to air Thursday, administrator Michael Kraus said that “many facilities” expressed concern and were “petrified” of what might happen but were even “more petrified of the Department of Health.” He apparently felt the same, because he only tried raising the issue once, but to no avail.“Once it was shot down, I never spoke [about it] again,” he said in the segment set to air on “America Reports” Thursday.

For the drive-by media, the Trump years were golden years. They could count on viewers and readers desperate to hear how horrible Trump was (and please, ignore the stellar economy, low unemployment, world peace, etc., because those just interfered with the narrative). What the New York Times discovered during the dislocations of 2020 and the nation-breaking of the Biden administration is that people desperate to find a respite from bad news like to play games. The paper is therefore planning to make a big move into the game market to diversify its revenue stream.
