You would think that the Democrats would have learned by now that trying to pin the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes on conservatives was a failing strategy. But it appears they are slow learners. In the latest in a series of attempts to virtue signal about racism, President Joe Biden added to the chorus of leftist castratos singing their classic hit, “Everything Is Racist.”
On Friday, Biden tweeted a subtle race-baiting criticism at those who reference COVID-19’s country of origin when discussing the pandemic. “Words have consequences. It’s called the coronavirus. Full stop,” he tweeted.

A 65-year-old woman from Grants Pass, Oregon drove an RV to Galveston, Texas. Her purpose in making the trip was to to “cross items off her bucket list”. She ended up in jail for her refusal to wear a face mask in not one but two business establishments. Terry Lynn Wright is the subject of a video that went viral showing her encounter in a Bank of America in Galveston. She refused to wear a mask inside the bank, even after being offered one by an employee, so the police were called when she would not leave the building. Watch the video then continue reading.

Federal officials announced it is no longer moving unaccompanied migrant children to the oilfield mancamp in Midland, Texas, after nearly 11 percent tested positive for COVID-19. The statewide average in Texas is less than 6.5 percent.
U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) spokesman Mark Weber told the Associated Press they put their plans to move more unaccompanied migrant teenagers to the Midland facility on pause. The pause followed the finding that 53 of the 485 migrant teens tested positive for COVID-19 after being secretly moved by buses to Midland under the cover of darkness.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott confirmed a COVID outbreak in one of the HHS facilities in Texas.

No one should worry. The Biden administration says there’s absolutely, positively, cross-my-heart-and-hope-to-die no crisis in any way, shape, or form at the border. Claims to the contrary are just right-wing propaganda and misinformation.
So why will ICE be flying hundreds of migrants a day to border facilities hundreds of miles away near the Canadian border?
Perhaps Biden wants us to pretend the border surge is mostly Canadians fleeing the oppressive Ottawa regime. Or perhaps it’s a surge in Eskimo and Aleut peoples fleeing climate change.
I’m sure the president would dearly love either scenario to be true, but alas, they are not.

Last September, Project Veritas released a video that suggested there has been substantial voter fraud in Minnesota elections, particularly in the Somali community, and linked that fraud to Ilhan Omar’s machine. The New York Times then published a series of articles that smeared Veritas and its video as a “coordinated disinformation campaign,” alleging that the video was “deceptive” and “false.” Project Veritas sued the Times in state court in New York, and the Times moved to dismiss the lawsuit for failure to state a claim.
On Thursday, the presiding judge denied the Times’s motion to dismiss in an opinion you can read here.

As we’ve previously reported, Joe Biden has created a huge mess with illegal aliens flooding in at the border. Now the facilities that people and kids are being held in stuffed to the overflowing.
On top of that, the Biden team keeps trying to sell us this narrative that they have it all under control, it’s not really a crisis although sometimes they slip up on that. But even the liberal media isn’t buying that it isn’t.
But the Biden folks have been trying to make it hard on any media trying to report what’s actually going on. They’re restricting

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott joined "America Reports" Friday with an exclusive update on conditions at two facilities where migrants are being held after crossing the U.S-Mexico border.
ABBOTT: We've known this is a crisis. What I learned in just the past hour shows that we are now dealing with a humanitarian disaster.
I need to talk to you about two of the three locations where migrants are being held in Texas ... in addition to the Dallas location, there's the location in Carrizo Springs, which is in south Texas, as well as in Midland.
What we learned in Midland, just in the past hour, [are] two things.

It’s been a bad day for Joe Biden all around.
Falling on the stairs up to Air Force One multiple times and then even before that, getting insulted and batted around by Russia and China. China yelled at Biden’s Secretary of State to his face and basically said that we could no longer criticize them because we didn’t have the “qualifications” to “speak from a position of strength” because of the BLM and treatment of black people in the U.S. They threw the Democrats’ propaganda back in their face to make the U.S. look bad. China is responding like that because they think they can, because they’ve tested Biden

Eight people were killed in Atlanta last Tuesday. We have no shortage of explanations, including the perpetrator’s version, which many refuse to accept. Eros, rebranded and vilified as sex addiction, inspired a homicidal atrocity. Is that just a beard for anti-Asian violence?
Untangling the suspect’s motive isn’t easy when race and sex are competing to dominate the narrative. Six of the dead are women of Asian descent, yet the shooter told police he wasn’t motivated by racial bigotry.
Did the suspect visit Asian spas because he had some kind of hang-up about Asians, or is America more Asian than we realize?

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. --- Gov. Ron DeSantis has emphatically resisted placing restrictions on businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
But DeSantis this week suggested he may go after companies if they require customers to show proof that they are vaccinated, saying “it’s more than just a private decision.”
The governor was referring to what have been called COVID-19 passports, a phenomenon gathering momentum abroad.
“It’s a very, very bad idea,” DeSantis said of requiring COVID-19 passports. “Look, if you want to go to a movie theater or a concert or all this stuff, go. If you don’t, don’t. But, to require someone to show some type of proof of vaccination is completely unacceptable

When Joe Biden said “America is Back,” many of us knew that meant we would be in the back seat on foreign policy again. This attitude was on full display when Biden’s secretary of state, Anthony Blinken, and his team met with China in Anchorage, Alaska. The Obama-era philosophy of leading from behind is back with a vengeance, and nothing good will come of it. According to Bloomberg:
The first high-level talks between the U.S. and China since President Joe Biden took office immediately descended into bickering and recriminations, illustrating the deep divide that remains despite the change in the White House.
Each side sharply criticized the other

FLORIDA MAN — Ron DeSantis wants you to know how well he has done.
“We’ve had tremendous success,” the Republican governor of Florida said recently at a vaccine site in Sumterville in the central part of the state when I caught up with him while reporting for this week’s POLITICO Magazine Friday Cover, which we published early for Nightly readers.
“Really good numbers,” he said in front of the pharmacy in the back of a Jacksonville Walgreens.
And just today he hosted like-minded experts in Tallahassee to help him crow and then headed to Panama City for a (very brief) press conference. He all but gloated.
“It’s interesting. Now you’re starting to see
