How Democrats used NGOs to end-run voters:

I’m often darkly amused by common examples of inherently false nomenclature: “Jumbo shrimp.” “Government ethics.” “Unbiased news media.” And one of our society’s biggest falsehoods-in-a-name: “Non-governmental organizations.” Until recently these groups have been widely seen as international, idealized versions of domestic non-profits. We thought of them as do-good organizations set up by people who really care — about the environment, or poor people, or children, or freedom. We imagined they raise money, help the downtrodden, send out press releases and engage in other private activities to promote the causes they favor. They’re not government entities, we thought

From the article: "NGOs helped the illegal immigrants with expenses on their way, and then provided legal resources and more than $22 billion worth of assistance for them — including cash for cars, home loans and business start-ups — once they got in." "This was US taxpayer money, laundered through “independent” organizations that served to promote goals contrary to US law, but consistent with the policy preferences of the Biden administration." Your main traitor is Former Homeland Security Secretary is Alejandro "Monster" Mayorkas. The Democrat Party supports him. There are many evil people masquerading as "harmless" in society.

In San Francisco the NGOs' pattern was the administrators paid themselves high six figure salaries and hired employees who did any actual work for minimum wage. Lots of talk about the organization's lofty goals, and rarely were the tasks for which the government hired the group to do accomplished. And of course, all sorts of kickbacks and contracts finding their way into the pockets of friends and relatives. I have zero confidence that any of those who were/are involved with all this will ever be held accountable.

Unfortunately, I don’t hold much hope that the right side of the aisle will work very hard to slash spending and permanently cut taxes. They’re too entrenched in the system and have become multimillionaires themselves.

"The big surprise is that we’re so surprised this has been going on." Americans are loath to recognize the deliberate evil their government had become. They began to suspect because dems have also become inept, stupid, and arrogant and they were led by Mr Potato Head. Those attributes also leaked into the media and bureaucracy so it became more difficult to control the narrative because they are morons. When Mr. Potato Head was exposed and the media faked their "shock", the cabal SELECTED Mrs. Cabbage Head so they could make Word Salads. The American People, now already suspicions of their government, realized the fraud and abandonment of democracy. Trump was elected and sworn in. And almost immediately, things that the mockery of a democratic government that had been in place SWORE could not be fixed, were being fixed. No laws had to be passed. No martial law declared. The only thing that had to happen was a President and his government WANTED to run the Country as the American People expected it to be run. And lo, there was a DOGE, and financial accountability that government as a whole had managed to completely avoid, started to be established. And, to no thinking person's surprise, we found the government was massively corrupt and misspending the People's money in unaccountable, untraceable, and likely fraudulent ways. Significant amounts of these expenditures were stopped. Do we really think we were spending money to get Sesame Street to Arab countries? The only surprise should be that there are so many naive people that believed our government, while bumbling, was inherently good and fair. It was corrupt and evil and many of the elements that made it so still exist and are struggling to regain control. The naive people need to WAKE UP and reject the elements in society that are foisting this evil upon a good People.

I consider every member of congress complicit, because they did not hold USAID accountable for spending taxpayer money as they did! "An NGO that can’t function without government money is anything but “non-governmental.”

One of the deep state's favorite tactic was to set up an NGO, which would file a suit in Federal court, which a leftist Democrat judge would decide in favor of the plaintiff. Thus they were able to use the courts to enact policy they knew would never pass a vote of congress. It's no wonder so many judges assume they can control this administration. Now the Dems are essentially using the courts to filibuster directives and legislation. Time is money. President Trump, hopefully by now, has undertaken a similar strategy to stop this.

The United Kingdom’s supreme court ruled Wednesday that males who identify as women do not fall qualify as women under anti-discrimination law, a monumental decision that will have major consequences for British law. The high court defined “woman” based on sex rather than gender identity, keeping it within the bounds of scientific reality rather than giving into the demands of left-wing activists. The ruling specifically addressed Britain’s 2010 Equality Act, an anti-discrimination law that covers nine protected characteristics and applies to various sectors of British life.

The New York Times hates Donald Trump, in part because of his “nativism.” He doesn’t appreciate the wonderful things the Chinese have done for us. He even went so far as to suggest that covid might have originated in a Chinese laboratory! And he has imposed tariffs on Chinese goods, a retrograde, far-right policy–even if tariffs were formerly recommended by the Times’s own Democrats. But a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, and, as we all know, the Timesmen have big brains. Thus today’s headline: The paper’s lack of self-awareness is stunning. Suddenly, Chinese imports are a perfectly understandable threat

CNN data analyst Harry Enten had a segment this morning which hammered home a message Democrats have been struggling with for months. They have completely lost their historic advantage on the question of which party cares most about average Americans. During "CNN News Central," Enten pulled up new aggregate poll numbers showing that Americans currently believe that Republicans care about U.S. citizens as much as Democratic Party figures do, a poll that has historically favored the Democrats. "This, to me, is one of the most shocking pieces of poll data that I truly, truthfully have seen this year, or maybe in any prior year," he said,

The Commerce Department sent reduction in force (RIF) notices to 32 employees working in the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) this week in accordance with the White House’s directive to shutter the agency, two sources familiar with the matter tell National Review. Wednesday’s layoffs came after dozens of employees working at the agency were placed on administrative leave in late March. The Commerce Department’s latest move represents the administration’s broader efforts to shrink the size and scope of the federal bureaucracy and dismantle any government programs and entities that Republicans view as being even remotely tied to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Time to play The Dog That Didn't Bark. In this version of the media game, we try to find that strangely silent and altogether unmentioned dog, who had been barking plenty until yesterday. The Wall Street Journal did a deep dive last night into Donald Trump's decision to pause 'reciprocal' tariffs against 75 trading partners yesterday while escalating the trade war with China. Trump himself attributed his change to the reaction in the bond markets, which had turned dangerously sour by Tuesday. However, the WSJ credits Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent with convincing Trump to take some wins and focusing on building a trade coalition to marginalize China:
