Elon Musk visited Central Intelligence Agency headquarters on Tuesday to discuss his government efficiency program. The visit was the first for Musk since the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which is charged with rooting out wasteful federal spending and shrinking the government. CIA Director John Ratcliffe who invited Musk, posted a photo of him and the tech billionaire at the spy agency headquarters. "Had a great visit and meeting with @ElonMusk to discuss his ideas and progress so far in making our government more efficient!" Radcliffe wrote. "I look forward to working with Elon and his team

There are very few CIA agents. The organization is full of CIA “officers “ who are nothing more that government bureaucrats who never leave the DC area and do nothing more than supervise contractors. The CIA also has a large infestation of the Lesbian Mafia which 100% supports the Democrat Party.

It will be interesting to see the level of cooperation and pushback from the CIA "officers." Their real budget will shock people.

A group of Republican senators voted along with Democrats on Wednesday for a resolution to undo President Trump’s 25 percent tariffs on Canadian imports, dealing an embarrassing blow to Trump. The resolution expresses the sense of the Senate and doesn’t have the force of law, but its 51-48 passage is unwelcome news for the president on the very day he announced a host of new tariffs. Four Republicans — Sens. Rand Paul (Ky.), Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Mitch McConnell (Ky.) — voted for the measure. They voted to express their disapproval of Trump’s tariffs on Canada

President Donald Trump announced at a White House event on Wednesday that he is imposing a baseline 10 percent levy on all imports and reciprocal tariffs on the “worst offender” countries that tariff U.S. goods at a higher rate. For every tariff another country has imposed on the U.S., the administration will slap what he called a “discounted reciprocal tariff” that amounts to half that country’s rate on American exports. “Because we are being very kind,” Trump said during his announcement in the Rose Garden, “we will charge them approximately half of what they are — and have been — charging us.”

President Donald Trump has told his inner circle, including members of his Cabinet, that Elon Musk will be stepping back in the coming weeks from his current role as governing partner, ubiquitous cheerleader and Washington hatchet man. The president remains pleased with Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency initiative, but both men have decided in recent days that it will soon be time for Musk to return to his businesses and take on a supporting role, according to three Trump insiders who were granted anonymity to describe the evolving relationship. Musk’s looming retreat comes as some Trump administration insiders and many outside allies have become frustrated with his unpredictability and increasingly

A Manhattan judge on Wednesday dismissed the federal corruption charges levied against New York City Mayor Eric Adams last fall, partially granting the Trump-era Department of Justice’s request to drop the case. U.S. District Judge Dale Ho, who presided over the Democratic mayor’s case in the Southern District of New York, permanently dismissed the charges in a highly anticipated decision. In February, the DOJ ordered federal prosecutors to stop pursuing the case and subsequently asked the judge to dismiss the case without prejudice. That would have allowed prosecutors to refile charges against Adams in the future if the DOJ wanted to do so.

The abrupt withdrawal last year of President Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee, followed rapidly by his replacement with Vice President Kamala Harris, irked many voters left out by the process. Yet social media seemed to ooze with enthusiasm and Gen Z-friendly hipster appeal. Influencers flooded the web with neon-matcha green pro-Harris videos synced to beats from singer Charli XCX's album “Brat” released last year. The poppy rave videos, gushed journalists, showed that Harris embodied the confidently independent "brat" vibe conveyed by the music. Social media pages bubbled with memes celebrating Harris as the voice

Liberal judge Susan Crawford has won Wisconsin's high-stakes state Supreme Court race, beating her conservative opponent Brad Schimel late Tuesday evening, according to NBC News and CNN. Her win comes despite billionaire Elon Musk pouring around $20 million into the Badger State race in attempts to see Schimel win and Crawford defeated. The entrepreneur had protested what he called "activist judges" and sought to reinforce President Donald Trump and Republican's popularity. With spending on both sides combined, this race broke records for the country's most expensive court race. The final tally could surpass $100 million.

Republican State Senator Randy Fine has defeated Democrat Josh Weil in a closely watched special Florida congressional election to fill the seat held by National Security Advisor Michael Waltz. The result dashes Democratic hopes of pulling what would have been a stunning upset in a district that Donald Trump carried by 30 points in last November's presidential election. The narrow margin of Fine's victory on Tuesday, however, is likely to leave Republicans uneasy about their prospects in next year's national mid-term congressional elections. Democrat Weil made waves by raising more than $12m in campaign donations during this campaign, compared to the approximately $1m brought
