Disobedience to Judges is Obedience to
the Constitution

Judge James Boasberg issued an oral order demanding that planes carrying Venezuelan gang members, who were not even a party to the lawsuit before him and over which he did not have jurisdiction, be turned around in international airspace. Boasberg is now infuriated that his mere utterance, not even set down in writing, was not immediately obeyed. Democrats and their media have taken to crying that any disobedience of Boasberg, who was appointed by Barack Obama to apparently rule not only the entire country, but the planet and all its airspace, is a “threat to democracy” and a violation of checks and balances.

Boasberg is the same judge that approved all the ILLEGAL FISA warrants against Trump put up by Comey. All of them need to be prosecuted for their Traitorous actions and to Hades with his Fake Authority!

Democrats don't care. Their plan is to get Trump to disobey a ruling and charge him with contempt of court. They intend to install the new state Supreme Court justice in Wisconsin, who will immediately gerrymander the state to add enough representatives to give them control of the US House. That will let them successfully impeach Trump. It's corrupt, vile, and treasonous; in other words, standard Democrat tactics. Will it work? Hope not. What should happen is they all get sent to prison, including Hussein Obama.

They're not judges. They're Democrat Party activists in black robes installed for the specific purpose of conducting lawfare against Republican policy and people by making rulings that completely disregard the written meaning of the Constitution if necessary. The entire judicial branch, including the Supreme Court, is now infested with them.

"Boasberg may be one of the worst examples of a *judicial insurrection* in which Democrat judges collude with allied political organizations to seize power and impose their will on everything." "The Constitution created the Supreme Court and allowed for the creation of “such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” Marbury v. Madison, which established judicial review, actually rolled back a previous judicial expansion of power as a violation of the Constitution." "An unbalanced judge who tries to seize the warmaking powers of the presidency is *engaged in a coup* and Boasberg is just the latest such judicial coupster since the aftermath of 9/11." The Trump administration shouldn't be suppressed because they're worrying about what the left will do if they (the Trump administration) obey the Constitution. They have to figure out a way to check the left before they wreck everything Trump is attempting to do. They definitely need to get better at messaging, and Congress and the SC need to act; I don't see US as winning as long as they keep saying the Trump administration is going to obey the courts. Why, when they are acting illegally in practically every case?

Excellent deconstruction of the tranny of Boasberg. This fool goes far beyond the normal judicial overreach into the land of dictatorship. This guy thinks, "Whatever utterance I make is law!". First, judges have no power to MAKE law. They have no tools to ENFORCE law, that lies within a coequal branch, the Executive. Without the Executive's power to enforce, the judiciary is toothless. The Judiciary's power is to clarify confusion about the application of existing law and to determine if laws fit in our Constitutional framework. Judges don't get to say, "I don't like this law so I won't apply it.", although some have illegally done this. Nor do they get to say, "I don't like this law so I am going to revoke it.". The Congress, with Presidential approval, gets to get rid of laws that are badly formed or don't fit a modern framework. Judges have no role in these decisions. Their personal feelings are immaterial. Their decisions have to be based on written and approved laws. Anything else is tyrannical abuse of judicial power and the President has every right to set aside adherence to such rulings and bring them to higher court review. Even rulings from the SCOTUS can, and have been ignored by President's although only rarely. The court's legitimacy flows from their tight adherence to proper judicial process. and their respect for that at all stages of the court system process. Lower court fools are a threat to the whole court system and the SCOTUS would be wise to recognize that.

What do legalities mean to a Judge who's run amok? Absolutely nothing. The rogue Boasberg makes up his own laws in usurping the powers of the President. Boasberg is a tyrant in a black robe.

I think it was Newt Gingrich who said "the Constitution is not a mutual suicide pact". There is such a thing as common sense. And that common sense dictates that the Executive simply ignore this overreach and force the SCOTUS off it's fence.

When this judge problem is permanently fixed, Donald Trump will have done another great service to this country. What Boasberg is doing is legal criminality. He and others of his stripe need to be slapped down hard.

Tren de Aragua migrants must be allowed to appeal their deportations ordered under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, Judge James Boasberg ruled Monday. The judge’s decision did not challenge the 1798 law itself but argued that migrants can claim they are not covered
