Siemens unveiled two new state-of-the-art facilities for electrical products in California and Texas this week as part of a $285 million investment in manufacturing in the United States, the tech giant announced on March 7. The German technology company said in a statement that the new factories in Pomona, California, and Fort Worth, Texas, are expected to create more than 900 manufacturing jobs combined. Equipment produced at the facilities will support the booming artificial intelligence (AI) data center industry across the country and bolster “America’s leadership in the industrial AI revolution,”

The Germans are going to learn a hard lesson in California, I will bet. Germany, with no labor available and totally insane energy prices due to Frau Merckel shutting down their nuke plants, is untenable for any manufacturing company these days. Either move to the Real World from Insanity Land von Deutchland or die as a company.

I was confused by the headline… where is the town of California, Texas? That must be Austin? Nobody would build a factory in the state of California, would they?

Pomona, CA should be a good labor market and politically right or neutral.

Nobody reads. FTA: According to a separate statement, the 100,000 square-foot greenfield facility in Pomona will sit opposite Siemens’s legacy Electrical Products facility, which has been serving the California and larger U.S. market since the 1970s. The new facility will add capacity, allowing the factory to increase production of vital low-voltage electrical equipment such as switchboards and lighting panels. They like Pomona.

Knowing that President Trump has essentially stopped the Ukraine/NATO/IC/EU offensive combat operations for Ukraine that use western supplied drones/missiles with complete reliance on U.S/NATO targeting, it does not come as a surprise to see Ukraine President Zelenskyy call for a “sky and sea truce.”Zelenskyy’s proposal for Russia to stop the air and sea combat operations, while simultaneously supporting frontline combat operations, is essentially an EU effort to maintain the fight by counteracting the Trump pressure point. EU spokesperson Volodymyr Zelenskyy doesn’t factually want a ceasefire; they want a situation that retains the status quo and neuters Russia’s strategic advantage.

The original information from an FBI whistleblower first surfaced in 2022. Essentially the information was that the DNC contracted law firm of Perkins Coie had an FBI workstation in their DC office since 2012.The Perkins Coie workstation (collocated by the FBI) has access to the NSA database on all Americans, including political figures. The Democrats contracted with Perkins Coie for “political research.” It doesn’t take a lot of thinking to realize what this set up was all about; Perkins Coie could do opposition research on any candidate and feed that information to the DNC for use in their campaigning. This means both Marc Elias (DNC lawyer) and Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer

WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump signed two executive orders on March 6, making amendments to tariffs recently imposed on Mexico and Canada. According to the orders, goods that fall under the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) will be exempt from tariffs until April 2. The USMCA was enacted during the first Trump administration. “USMCA compliant goods will not have a tariff for the next month until April 2,” Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said in a statement. “That includes autos, and the autos were the lead in getting this deal done.”He said Canada and Mexico have done a good job of offering the United States help in curbing fentanyl trafficking.

The 27 leaders of the European Union countries are meeting tomorrow, Thursday, in Brussels with an urgent agenda to figure out what to do with Ukraine and their own security state if the USA draws-down military support. After years of taking little action, the EU leaders are now facing a crisis situation trying to figure out how to pay for expanded military for their own defense. The latest proposal from EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen calls for €800 billion in EU defense spending, much of it from secured loans to various EU countries.

Zelenskyy tells the AP: ““We are talking about the first steps today, and therefore, until they are on paper, I would not like to talk about them in great detail.” “An agreement to end the war is still very, very far away, and no one has started

THE WHITE HOUSE — The Trump administration promised to “take action” if Americans’ speech is censored by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s crackdown on free speech. In response to a question from The Federalist about the United Kingdom’s suppression of free speech, Trump said it was a “very important” issue that his administration is talking to the U.K. government about. Trump said that he spoke to Starmer about his censorship regime during their visit, and that Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio had also brought up the concern.

In a podcast featuring Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk, Newsom said men in women’s sports are “unfair” but did not answer Kirk’s question as to whether men should be prohibited. Newsom then suggested that there needs to be a way to balance fairness with the mental health of these young men, otherwise they might “commit suicide.” “There’s also a humility and a grace.
