My grandfather used to say, about some of the less... brainy residents of northern Linn County, Iowa, where he lived and farmed his whole life, that "...the engine's running, but nobody's driving." Some folks make you wonder if the engine itself isn't firing on all cylinders. This brings us to a TikTok user, @sarahcroberts, who admits, on camera, that she has been dodging paying her taxes for eight years and, in the same rant, calls for the assassination of DOGE chief Elon Musk. As is so often the case, Libs of TikTok brings us the evidence; as the saying goes, let's go to the videotape!

Radical leftist Joy Reid melted down in a deluge of tears as she spoke out for the first time since losing her MSNBC show and departing from the network.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Reid’s show The ReidOut will air its final episode this week, and Reid will leave MSNBC.
The show will be replaced by a program led by three anchors: Symone Sanders Townsend, a political commentator and former Democratic strategist; Michael Steele, a former chairman of the Republican National Committee; and TV journalist Alicia Menendez.
TGP’s Cassandra MacDonald then reported the new president of MSNBC, Rebecca Kutler, held an unplanned virtual meeting

The Trump administration is going to Fort Knox to see if the gold is still there, President Donald Trump told reporters on Monday.
“We’re actually going to Fort Knox to see if the gold is there, because maybe somebody stole the gold,” Trump said. “Tons of gold.” (X Video) Trump’s remarks follow mounting speculation on the status of the gold stored at Fort Knox in Kentucky. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk has continued to bring light to the issue. The speculation mounted, particularly, after Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) publicly stated that he was denied entry into Fort Knox without explanation.

The Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks are freaking out over the Trump administration’s cuts of their beloved big government programs.
They’ve filled their broadcasts with sob stories of federal workers losing jobs and fearmongering over how that may hurt everything from food and airline safety to how fast the IRS can issue refunds.
What they’ve hidden from their viewers is how Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have already saved the hard-working American taxpayer billions of dollars by canceling boondoggle government contracts.

There is reportedly trouble on the set of ABC News’s The View, where the hosts have loudly voiced their criticisms of President Donald Trump — whom the show hosted years ago.
The New York Post said Friday the hosts have been pressured to cool it with their rhetoric against Trump, while morale is also apparently suffering after layoffs and decisions to cut costs.
The Post article read:
One source close to the show’s co-hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro — said the fear and loathing is partly because Brian Teta, executive producer of the daytime gab-fest, spoke to staffers

Lester Holt will be stepping down as anchor of NBC Nightly News and moving on to another project, he announced on Monday.
Holt, who has been involved in the show for over ten years, will make the transition at the beginning of the summer and move to work full time at Dateline. NBC News noted that “he has been the principal anchor” there “for almost 15 years.” “A smile comes to my face when I think that with Nightly News, and Dateline, I have now anchored two of the most successful and iconic television news programs in broadcast history,” Holt wrote

Canned MSNBC anchor Joy Reid was spotted wearing a fur-like coat and green baseball as she ducked out of her $1 million Maryland home in exclusive photos taken by The Post shortly after the rabid anti-Trump host was ousted by the embattled network Sunday.
Reid, who has stirred controversy with her comments about “white tears” as well as her contention that white women “did not show up” to vote for former Vice President Kamala Harris in the recent election, was seen accompanied by two other women as she walked toward a blue Subaru outback, according to the photos.
A reportedly fuming Reid has yet to comment about the decision

President Trump on Monday celebrated Apple’s decision to spend and invest hundreds of billions of dollars into the United States over the next four years, a move that was made because of “faith in what we are doing,” he argued."APPLE HAS JUST ANNOUNCED A RECORD 500 BILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "THE REASON, FAITH IN WHAT WE ARE DOING, WITHOUT WHICH, THEY WOULD’NT BE INVESTING TEN CENTS. THANK YOU TIM COOK AND APPLE!!!"

President Trump wasted little time celebrating the cancellation of “obnoxious racist” Joy Reid’s MSNBC show, The ReidOut.
After she spread racial hate, dangerously false narratives that could provoke political violence, fake news, and bizarre conspiracy theories — and exposed herself as a moron — for years, far-left NBC News finally decided it was time to cut ties with the aging blonde.Let’s just say that The Donald seems pleased…
“Lowlife Chairman of ‘Concast,’ Brian Roberts, the owner of Ratings Challenged NBC and MSDNC, has finally gotten the nerve up to fire one of the least talented people in television, the mentally obnoxious racist, Joy Reid,” the two-term president wrote

The notorious Roosevelt Hotel migrant shelter in Manhattan is expected to close down operations in the coming months, Mayor Eric Adams announced Monday as the number of asylum seekers in the city’s care continues to drop since President Trump took office.
Adams, a Democrat, called the impending closure of the centralized intake center and emergency shelter at the beleaguered Midtown hotel a “milestone” for the Big Apple, which has seen more than 232,000 migrants reach the city since the crisis first began in spring 2022.
Hizzoner, in a video message, credited the winding down of operations at the repurposed site to “the successful strategies we put in place

MSNBC’s president suggested Sunday that blindsided staffers of liberal host Joy Reid’s canceled show can apply for other jobs within the liberal network as she confirmed the group of employees would be canned, according to a report.
The revelation from MSNBC president Rebecca Kutler came during a contentious virtual meeting with “ReidOut” staff in which the network chief also said the scrapped program is just a “piece of a broader slate” of changes that will be unveiled Monday, according to Status, which obtained audio of the meeting.
