The imnigration courts are jammed, there is a 7 year bavkup in asylum hearings, etc, etc., the sky is falling!!! Relax. Homan will handle this. That immense unvetted backlog will evaporate ...And they won't be hanging around here.

Do you think they're too dumb to see the writing on the wall? Although so called asylum seekers are just hustlers and trying to stay in the US and love the idea of the backlog. But I don't realize is this means they're leaving the country to wait someplace else

Uhmm...they were NOT judges...yet. Had not been sworn in.They were final hours Biden hires.
Of the 735 judges there are many who only hear 20 cases or so a year, there are some that hear many more but hardly ever find ANYONE guilty, grant residency to nearly every case. There are other judges that hear a dozen cases a day and send nearly every "defendant" home, or at least order them to go there. There is a web page listing every judge, their locations, their caseloads, and their ruling percentages...or there used to be, I went to my bookmarks file to post it and found it is"Gone". Here is a less thorough tracking page though. https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/IN/IN12492

FTA: "Immigration courts are backlogged with more than 3.7 million cases, according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, and it takes years to decide asylum cases. "
But "asylum seekers" have been pouring in from all over the planet and were not preliminqrily vetted but handed a cell phone and told to wait (here) for their hearing. You can bet that this is at a screeching halt. We are back to no phones, freebies, Remain In Mexico, and other diverse deterrents to even coming here to seek asylum as well as anything else. And there's Guantanamo Bay. Home will have never loooked so good to these fakers.

20 fired! How overwhelmed that will make the system crash. Maybe 20 new appointments on Tuesday.

Knowing (told) that "asylun" is the magic word, they came saying that'ws why they were here, We were told that preliminary vetting for that was no longer done at ports of entry due to the numbers. Not all of them deserved asylum. Most were seeking Biden's handouts. That will settle down now, the courts will get sorteed out, andthere won't be millions of hearings. The Border Patrol and Homan will be doing the pre-vetting.

here is the Judge by Judge outcomes for the last 5 years...many judges heard less than 100 cases in that 5 year period, some granted residency by over 90%, some denied it by those numbers, but the average overall is 85% denied, based upon information that could have been determined and decided on the DAY they arrived... in the 1st 15minutes of their interview. Trump should send 100's of immigration judges to the border areas and house them in Tents "On an Emergency Basis" working 12 hrs on/12 off the courts open 24hrs/day until there is no backlog, crossing have plummeted, and at least 85% have been sent home.He could also hold court in the Hotels that sanctuary cities are housing thousands of them at. https://tracreports.org/immigration/reports/judgereports/

No 'case' should take more than 3 minutes. Run them all into the "deport now" line.

Asylum requires evidence. There are also rules about where and how it must be sought. They don't inlclude trekking or bussing thousands of miles across numerous countries to reach the one you've picked out. Nor do they include crossing oceans in airliners.

Probably got their Immigration Judge appointments during the Biden era. If that is so, you can bet they were not disposed to order that illegal aliens who appear before them be deported from the USA.

The Biden administration have handed out millions of phones to criminal alien invaders over the last 4 years. Why are we still paying for their cell service? We need to stop that tomorrow.

Hearings not required if we deport. All they were doing was 'legalizing' illegal immigration.

#16, do the free phones have a gps function? Prisons, hotels, restaurants, landscaping companies, big box parking lots, so many places. What is the size of Homan's organization? How is it organized? I read where President Trump wanted the pace of deportation to pick up. What steps have been taken to do so? Does he need more immigration judges? Where are the bottlenecks?
