Graham on Jan. 6 pardons: ‘I don’t
like it’

Original Article

Sen. Lindsey Graham said he doesn’t approve of President Trump’s pardoning of the Jan. 6 rioters, especially those who “beat up cops” who were defending the Capitol. “No,” Graham said, when asked whether he’s okay with the most violent offenders on Jan. 6 getting pardoned, in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “I’ve always said that I think when you pardon people who attack police officers, you’re sending the wrong signal to the public at large, and that’s not what you want to do to protect cops,” Graham continued. “But he has that power.”

Comments:

I don't like him either. We still have work to do.

I do not agree with pardons for those who can be proven to have perpetrated actual violence on Jaan 6, but the process of ferreting it all out would be time consuming and a distraction. While Biden can pardon family members and actual murderers and likely traitors, the lefties want to condemn Trump over a few bloody noses. Optics/politics

Lindsey just marginalized himself, and can go and sit with McConnell, Mulkowski, and Collins. Lindsey is a war monger, thinking he is the president and chief negotiator with Ukraine. When are you going to get to the bottom of it, Lindsey? That is what you told us for 4 years leading the Judicial Committee, but you never did. Promises made, promises not kept. Antifa/BLM did far worse for less reason, and received nowhere near this level of punishment. This is why no one trusts you Lindsey Graham!!! I haven't seen any pictures of people beating up Police Officers. The shots I have seen are of people wandering peacefully around the galleries and hall ways. Once upon a time our Capitol, as a building paid for by the taxpayers, open to the public so, to me, no big deal. The only violent people, which was not shown, we said to be from the ANTIFA crowd.

With the Leftist corruption and the infiltration of government agitators, it will be almost impossible to sort J6 out. I'm sure some J6 people got too rowdy and may have shoved an officer. Isn't 4 years of persecution enough? I would also point out that after 4 years of investigating they did NOT have evidence against many people, yet they still hung on to them. Further, people were incarcerated in inhumane conditions, starved, beaten, ... They were treated that way because they were supposedly Insurrectionists. But there was NO INSURRECTION! They had suffered enough. The pardon was justified and just. Graham is a moron.

The problem with J6ers who "beat up cops," is who gets to define the term "beat up." Given DOJ's propensity to overcharge, deny bail to, and incarcerate the Jan 6 defendants for months without charging them, my skepticism meter is on overdrive when they say that they only charged Jan 6th defendants who "beat up cops." I distinctly remember that some were arrested based on cell phone records that showed them in the vicinity of the Capital building, and one (publicly arrested in an airport and jailed overnight) who never set foot in the Capital building, but merely walked past a barrier that had been moved. My guess is his real crime was that he's black and works with the Babylon Bee.

Even those who were violent already have been punished far harsher than we treat non-political criminals. For example, the Haitian drug lord pimp rapist who got picked up a few days ago had 17felony convictions but was walking free on our streets. But a grandma takes a selfie tour for 10 minutes and gets a 100k fine and jail time. The pardons were 100% appropriate, justified and just. Anyone who disagrees either doesn't understand what is going on or hates everything this country was founded upon.

All week long, Antifa in Portland have been rampaging over President Donald Trump retaking the White House. In response to Trump's inauguration, Antifa militants attacked an ICE facility, smashed up an elections office, and vandalized downtown Portland businesses. However, how local media covered the multi-day uprising would have you believe it was a "mostly peaceful" protest that got a little too "intense." "The united calls for justice continued for hours, but then a march broke out, which led the protest to change from peaceful to intense," FOX 12 Oregon journalist Mikhala Armstrong said in a news segment reporting on an overnight anti-Trump rally Tuesday that preceded widespread destruction of property.

In this episode of "The Sniveling Nonsense of Adam Schiff"... In the unlikely event that California Democrat Senator Adam Schiff has ever missed an opportunity to make a fool out of himself, I'm not aware of it. From continually promising (lying) to reveal smoking-gun evidence that Hunter Biden's infamous laptop was a Russian plot — which he never produced — to outrageous unfounded charges about the Jan. 6 Capitol ,to now beclowning himself as President Donald Trump's deportation of illegal aliens gets underway, the ever-smug Schiff is all over it. Schiff whined on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday that deporting illegals who steal is “terrible overreach.”

A young black woman recently recorded a vulgar rant calling for the assassination of President Trump and falsely claiming that “maybe, if you shoot him, maybe the next president will give you a pardon for it, and you’ll be released out of jail.” “We’re not doing that grazing his skin, his ear s***, okay? We’re going full-blown Lincoln, full-blown Kennedy right now,” the woman said. “I don’t give a f*** anymore. I mean, you obviously know that because I’m posting this,” she continues. “Someone get up there. I need someone with precision that knows what they’re doing.” It is unclear exactly when the clip was recorded, but she references the attempted assassination

America is headed for a depopulation crisis. That, at least, is the major takeaway of a new report released this month by the Congressional Budget Office. According to the CBO, if current trends continue, American deaths will outnumber American births in a mere eight years. With a united Republican government, we have an opportunity to address this upcoming crisis by building on the economic success of President Trump’s first term and making it easier for Americans to start or expand their families.

President Donald Trump indicated Saturday that he would like to “just clean out” Gaza and send the bombed-out Palestinian refugees from there to neighboring Middle Eastern nations. During an extended question-and-answer on Air Force One, President Trump floated the idea of moving Palestinians to create a clean slate. “I’d like Egypt to take people,” the president said, the AP reports, adding, “You’re talking about probably a million and a half people, and we just clean out that whole thing and say, ‘You know, it’s over.’”

You can still get sports coverage on ESPN, but the ostensible sports network has been famously woke for years, with its NBA analyst and “First Take” host Stephen A. Smith leading the way. Smith has demonstrated more than once, however, that he is not a doctrinaire leftist who never dares to question the elites’ line. He has just shown this independent streak yet again, even going so far as to express regret that he voted for Kamala Harris, and offering a solid, common-sense reason why Trump won. Will Smith’s leftist fans follow his lead and start thinking for themselves as well?

Furious Donald Trump has hit back at Colombia and vowed to immediately impose an 'emergency 25% tariff on all goods'. Trump has lashed out at Colombia President Gustavo Petro after two U.S. military C-17 aircraft flights from California with 80 Colombian migrants each were not allowed to land. The flights werre initially cleared for landing but President Petro decided to revoke all diplomatic clearances, according to officials. Responding on Truth Social, Trump laid out his drastic measures, insisting this was "just the beginning" in a worrying threat. On Sunday afternoon, he wrote: "I was just informed that two repatriation flights from the United States, with a large number of Illegal Criminals,
