Democrat Stacey Abrams, the renowned voting rights activist and former Georgia gubernatorial candidate, argued the U.S. was nearly “evenly divided” when President-elect Trump won the 2024 presidential election over Vice President Harris. “Donald Trump won the election, but it wasn’t a landslide,” Abrams, who lost two election bids for governor in the Peach State, said in an interview Monday with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes. “It was an evenly divided nation. He got more people, but this was not the seismic shift where 57, 58 percent of America said no.” “It was less than 50 percent of the electorate who said this

According to Tom Fitton, General Milley met with Merrick Garland and pressured him to target domestic threats and alleged far-right militia groups. They discussed Donald Trump. Milley wanted Donald Trump and his supporters, his fellow Americans, targeted.
This is an entirely unprecedented meeting and request. What he calls far-right militia ended up being parents, Christians, and Trump supporters in general. Milley and Garland had no concern about communist-anarchist groups of Antifa and Soros-funded Black Lives Matter.
We have the military conspiring with the DoJ. They flouted FOIA to hide information about the meeting.

MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace said Monday on “Deadline” that it is important to study MAGA to expose “the movement’s vulnerability” and defeat it.
Wallace said, “I think the study of MAGA is essential to defeat MAGA. Right? And if you want to go to the country in four years with the political movement that defeats MAGA, you have to understand MAGA. And so to me this is a story that is, the personalities in conflict, you just can’t look away, right? But the idea that one figure, and I think it’s Bannon in this case, is trying to preserve something that to him as a MAGA enforcer is,

President Joe Biden signed an executive order closing the federal government on Jan. 9 "as a mark of respect" for the late President Jimmy Carter.
In his proclamation announcing the passing of the 39th president, Biden also called on the American people to pay their respects on Jan. 9, the day of Carter’s funeral. “I do further appoint January 9, 2025, as a National Day of Mourning throughout the United States,” the executive order states. “I call on the American people to assemble on that day in their respective places of worship, there to pay homage to the memory of President James Earl Carter, Jr. I invite the people

As desperate, phony, and even dangerous of a campaign Democrats ran this year, and as embarrassing as the outcome was for all of them, nobody came out looking more pathetic than Barack Obama. From 2024’s vantage point, is there any way to look at his legacy but as a tragic blight on American history?
In the final months of the campaign, Obama seemed to know the outcome of the election would say just as much about him as it would about Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, or Donald Trump. And, like all realistic Democrats, he knew that the nominee he supported was on track to lose.

Researchers at Leiden University Medical Center, backed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, have developed a new method of delivering malaria vaccines using genetically modified mosquitoes as “flying vaccinators.” The Blaze reports that in a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, scientists have demonstrated the effectiveness of using mosquitoes as “flying syringes” to vaccinate humans against malaria. The research, conducted at the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) in the Netherlands with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, represents a new and potentially worrying advancement in vaccine technology.

Climate alarmists like President Joe Biden assure us that all we need do to avert the destruction of hurricanes—or at least to lessen it—is to sacrifice offerings to the climate gods by giving up our gas-guzzling internal combustion engines and paying indulgences to Al Gore or something.
You see, humans as a species have sinned, and we must sacrifice our prosperity to prevent the end of the world. Unfortunately for the alarmists, the world stubbornly refuses to end, and even the supposed evidence they trot out as proof of impending doom doesn’t exactly mean what they think it means.
Take hurricanes, for example

A New Jersey law that removes a requirement for teachers to pass a reading, writing and mathematics test for certification will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2025. The law, Act 1669, was passed by Democratic New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy as part of the state’s 2025 budget in June in an effort to address a shortage of teachers in the state, according to the New Jersey Monitor. Individuals seeking an instructional certificate will no longer need to pass a “basic skills” test administered by the state’s Commissioner of Education. “We need more teachers,”

Why do so many people not know how to shake hands properly? In my life, I have occasion to shake many hands of all different ages and classes, and am astounded how strange hand-shaking has become. It can be jarring.
The handshake is the greeting we give to a new person entering our lives, however briefly. The handshake is supposed to convey some measure of delight or interest in meeting someone new. But the handshake seems to be a lost art, perhaps because parents don't teach their children how to shake hands properly. They need to.
