Trump Publishes New Details About Retaking
the Panama Canal

Original Article

In recent days President-elect Donald Trump has made it clear that Panama's friendly policies towards the Chinese Communist Party and fees the government is charging in the Panama Canal are unacceptable. On Christmas day Trump went into more detail about his focus on the region, in addition to America's neighbors to the north. "Merry Christmas to all, including to the wonderful soldiers of China, who are lovingly, but illegally, operating the Panama Canal (where we lost 38,000 people in its building 110 years ago), (Snip) Trump's statement came shortly after announcing his pick for the next U.S. Ambassador to Panama.

While I would think Trump has enough to deal with without taking on Panama and Greenland issues right now, that is probably just a "wish it would go away or at least wait until later" fantasy. China is constantly at work to achieve its goals. I don't know who has been in charge of global strategic policy for the last four years, but if was Biggie Bidet troubles have been building while the mainstream media has lied and kept the important issues obscured with "gender policy" etc.

Some ambassador assignments, such as Kimberly Guilfoyle going to Greece, are cakewalks meant to be awards. Panama will not be one of those. It is of critical importance to the US Navy and our commercial shipping. Currently we are indirectly paying the Chinese for the canal that we built and maintain.

Sometimes Trump seems a bit crazy. Eventually it turns out that he’s right, just thinking several steps ahead of everyone else. Especially when it comes to China. The canal wasn’t on my radar, but that’s yet another reason why Trump is president-elect and I’m not.

At the end of this piece, it says that the president of Panama says that the canal is not for sale. For sale? You thought we were offering to BUY it? No, we are offering to take back what is rightfully ours. Not buy.

Didn't President Peanut waive our claim to the canal zone? While #4 has a point about it being rightfully ours, that doesn't make it legally ours again. We'll need to deal (or fight) to get it back.

I don't think he's kidding. Erasing Carter's error, which was probably illegal, is important. We had a TREATY, which is far above any Executive Order than any president can do, since it is voted through in the Senate, and the treaty said we owned the canal forever. Going back to the treaty language and explaining to the Panamanian guy in charge how it's going to be is likely going to happen.

President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon is sending shockwaves through the ivory towers of American higher education. For years, university presidents and chancellors have enjoyed a largely unchecked reign, overseeing bloated bureaucracies, skyrocketing tuition, and ideological indoctrination masquerading as scholarship. McMahon's appointment and President-Elect Trump’s comments about reforming higher education signals the arrival of long-overdue accountability that I and many others in higher academia have been praying for. McMahon is the former head of the Small Business Administration.

Ever since The Post broke the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October of 2020, it’s been obvious that Joe Biden was involved in his son’s influence peddling schemes. The president’s serial denials were as credible as Bill Clinton’s claim that “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.” Biden’s most ridiculous lie was that he never even discussed Hunter’s foreign business with him. Laptop messages and photos showing Joe meeting with some of Hunter’s skeezy clients proved otherwise. Revelations that the son got millions from Ukraine energy company Burisma, despite knowing nothing about energy or Ukraine, destroyed the fiction that this was a merit-based business.

But the internet wasn't so keen about her words of encouragement for the American people. The video, which has amassed hundreds of comments within just the first three hours of being posted, showed the former first lady against a white background as she began to address the lens.

Hell must have frozen over because dark billionaire Bill Gates reportedly contacted President-elect Donald Trump in an unprecedented move, requesting a visit to Mar-a-Lago on Friday night. The unusual overture from one of the world’s wealthiest, progressive individuals, who has often championed globalist agendas, raises questions about Gates’ motives. Conservatives speculate whether this is a genuine effort to find common ground or a strategic move to influence Trump on key issues. Regardless, the interaction highlights the enduring influence of Trump in American politics and the curiosity, if not respect, he continues to command even from ideological opponents.

Republican senators slammed US spy chiefs on Friday for operating “in the shadows” to cover up bombshell evidence of COVID-19 leaking out of a Chinese lab — and renewed calls for a thorough independent investigation of alleged meddling by political appointees into the pandemic’s origins. “For years, we’ve exposed the federal government’s role — especially the Intelligence Community — in concealing the origins of COVID-19, with the Biden administration complicit every step of the way,” Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) told The Post. “For this reason, I recently wrote to the Intelligence Community’s Office of Inspector General, giving these authorities records and additional critical support to launch an investigation into potential integrity breaches

Lee Harvey Oswald was being led down a corridor at Dallas police headquarters on the evening of November 22, 1963, when he uttered perhaps the most fateful phrase in the history of conspiracy theories. ‘I’m just a patsy!’ he screamed at reporters demanding to know whether he’d shot dead President John F Kennedy earlier that day in Dealey Plaza. (Photo) “President Trump alone possesses the consummate dealmaking expertise, the electoral mandate, and the political will to negotiate a resolution to save the platform while addressing the national security concerns,” Sauer wrote. “In light of these interests — including, most importantly, his overarching responsibility

President-Elect Donald Trump won a sweeping victory on Election Day based in part on his pledge to tackle the crime-riddled border crisis he will inherit from President Joe Biden and make it a top priority when he retakes office in mid-January.Among the actions Trump has said he will take to address the problem will be some form of mass deportation of illegal immigrants, prioritizing those with criminal records first and then dealing with the others later. Elon Musk is unabashedly pro-legal immigration, and on Christmas of all days, he ignited a firestorm by noting that a dearth of engineering talent in Silicon Valley is holding up progress on some of America's most critical technological projects. Elon is, of course, an immigrant--one of the most famous African Americans in the world, as are several high-profile entrepreneurs in the tech industry. To me his observation seemed anodyne, even obvious. America has a huge problem with illegal immigration, and there are plenty of indications that the H1B visa process is broken and needs to be fixed. But it is also true that America has been

2024 was a good year for proponents of a universal basic income (UBI). Following the 2019 experiment in Stockton, UBI pilot programs are underway across cities in California including Fresno and Sacramento. This is unfortunate. Advocates such as former Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs argue that “we need a social safety net that goes beyond conditional benefits tied to employment, works for everyone and begins to address the call for racial and economic justice through a guaranteed income”. A UBI allegedly fills this gap by providing income security, encouraging work, and improving low-income families’ quality of life.
