The White House ordered the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a federal regulatory agency, to expand its use of "Indigenous Knowledge" on Monday, as part of a last-minute push in the federal government to embrace what scientists call pseudoscience. (snip) "Indigenous Knowledge" is a discredited belief system positing that native-born peoples possess an innate understanding of how the universe works. While scientists have referred to its ideas as "dangerous" and a rejection of the scientific method, those criticisms have not stopped the Biden administration from ordering the federal government to consider "Indigenous Knowledge" when implementing rules and regulations.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) is contending people “can’t complain” about President-elect Donald Trump‘s Cabinet picks given Trump signaled he would make such picks before he was elected.
Romney, a longtime critic of the president-elect, is leaving the Senate in January, after one term representing Utah. He said on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday that since Trump won the election “overwhelmingly,” he should be given a chance to enact the policies he desires. “Donald Trump won. He won overwhelmingly. He said what he was going to do, and that’s what he’s doing."

On Thursday, Daily Wire reporter James Lalino revealed the Bidenistas are rushing the sale of massive amounts of border material to auction. Panels will be offered for as cheap as five cents a panel.
It’s more of the Biden regime’s effort to make Donald Trump’s transition “smooth.”
The Daily Wire posted a video of the panels being carted away from the border.
The panels are being removed from hotbeds of illegal crossings. This is treasonous.
It’s still America in Texas. According to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, they plan to buy the materials and give them to Donald Trump.

In an interview on “Meet the Press,” President-elect Donald Trump outlined his plan for immigration policy, emphasizing deportation for those in the United States illegally. Trump expressed a commitment to removing illegal immigrants, starting with those who have committed crimes and expanding to others without specifying which crimes would be prioritized. This approach may also involve U.S. citizens choosing to leave with family members who are undocumented. Trump’s stance reiterates a key aspect of his campaign platform. He also suggested terminating birthright citizenship via executive action, forecasting potential legal opposition.

John Lennon: Musician, advocate...closet Republican?
The singer's former assistant claims in a new documentary that Lennon was a Ronald Reagan fan and a conservative at the time of his death.
The Toronto Sun reports that Fred Seaman, Lennon's assistant from 1979 until his death in 1980, made the revelations in the documentary "Beatles Stories."
"John, basically, made it very clear that if he were an American he would vote for Reagan because he was really sour on Jimmy Carter," Seaman reportedly told filmmaker Seth Swirsky.

A judge ruled that the US Navy can keep racial preferences. Marxist DEI is alive and well in the Navy. Meritocracy is dead if this isn’t overturned.
Donald Trump and his Cabinet can’t get into office soon enough. US Senior District Judge Richard D. Bennett of Maryland on Friday allowed the US Naval Academy to keep considering applicants’ race and ethnicity in its admission practices, calling the issue a matter of national security.
Usually, meritocracy is the best way to protect national security. We should have the best candidates in our Navy.

A Virginia realtor is facing the possibility of having his license revoked over social media posts as concerns mount about the status of free speech for those working in real estate and other professions.
Wilson Fauber, a Staunton, Virginia-based realtor with a career spanning four decades, appeared before the Virginia Association of Realtors on Wednesday in a hearing to determine whether he violated the National Association of Realtors’ Standard of Practice 10-5. Adopted in 2020, the standard declares that realtors “must not use harassing speech, hate speech, epithets, or slurs based on race, color, religion, sex disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.”

A Massachusetts judge who was criminally charged during President-elect Donald Trump's first administration with impeding a federal immigration arrest of a defendant in her courtroom is now being accused by state judicial disciplinary authorities of engaging in willful misconduct.
The Massachusetts Judicial Conduct Commission on Monday filed formal charges against Judge Shelley Joseph related to the same conduct that was at issue in the criminal case, which prosecutors agreed to drop in 2022 after Trump left office in exchange for her referring herself to disciplinary authorities.

President Joe Biden on Sunday night pardoned his son Hunter on gun and tax charges, breaking a promise he had made to voters.
The clemency was announced by the White House, which included a statement from the 46th president.
“Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter," Biden wrote in a statement. "From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted."

Ellen DeGeneres’s new life in the quaint English countryside has gone dramatically wrong - after her dream home was swamped by astonishing flooding just days after she moved in.
The talk show superstar is living in an idyllic multi-million pound farmhouse in the Cotswolds after deciding to emigrate from the US in protest at Donald Trump’s election win.
But rather than enjoying a pastoral retreat, Ellen, 66, and her wife Portia De Rossi, 51, have been left at the mercy of raging floods which have engulfed their new multi-million pound mansion, MailOnline can reveal.

A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed January 6 defendant Ray Epps' year-long defamation lawsuit against Fox News, ruling that Epps failed to "state a claim."
Epps, who some conservatives had speculated was an undercover FBI agent sent by the bureau to stoke the January 6 riot in 2021, filed the lawsuit last year, claiming that an indictment from the Justice Department might not have surfaced against him if it wasn't for Fox's coverage.
The January 6 defendant also argued that Fox News and former host Tucker Carlson engaged in a "years-long campaign spreading falsehoods about Epps."

VP Kamala Harris’s campaign senior adviser, David Plouffe, admitted their internal polling never reflected the public polls. (snip) Plouffe said the campaign’s internal polling never had Harris ahead of Trump.
“We didn’t get the breaks we needed on Election Day,” he said. “I think it surprised people, because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October, showing us with leads that we never saw.”
