Luigi Mangione executed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood as an 'act of war' after the company 'violated' its contract with his mother who suffered years of excruciating pain and expense following a diagnosis of severe neuropathy.
This is the claim made in a document purporting to be Mangione's full manifesto, obtained and shared at length by true crime podcast Hidden True Crime.
Producer Lauren Matthias who runs the popular podcast and YouTube channel with her psychologist husband, Dr. John Matthias, shared the unverified document Tuesday afternoon on YouTube.

Democrats on Capitol Hill are begging President Joe Biden, set to leave office next month, to commute the death sentences of 40 federal inmates, including one of the Boston Marathon bombers, child killers, mass shooters, and those convicted for brutally murdering women.
“Today, on human rights day, we call on President Biden to do the right thing — to use his clemency authority to commute the death sentences of the 40 individuals on death row, to resentence them to a prison term, and to save lives,” Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) said at a press conference.

With Donald Trump’s presidential reelection, Democrats are experiencing the stages of grief, which are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Once they accept reality, Democrats will ask: How to return to power?
If Democrats need to go from here to there, where is here?
Today, the Democrat party fully subscribes to economic Marxism (which is a socialist variant) and cultural Marxism combined with violence (state-inflicted through lawfare and swatting against political opponents plus more generally distributed through organizations such as BLM and Antifa, which riot).
Adolf Hitler claimed, “The whole of National Socialism is rooted in Marxism.” Nazis being quintessential fascists, fascism is the wedding of socialism with violence.

Defense Secretary Nominee Pete Hegseth said in an interview Monday that President-elect Donald Trump’s top priority for the Pentagon is to return the military to warfighters.
Asked on Fox News’s Hannity what his vision for the Pentagon is, Hegseth said: There’s a lot to be done. First of all, you salute the commander in chief, who got those 76 million votes, and she’s going to chart the way, and I’ll give him advice and counsel along the way.
I’ll just say what he told me: ‘Return the Pentagon to the war fighters. Pete, get in there and clean up

From the start, the Select Committee on January 6 was rocked by problems, with perhaps no other member of that committee in as much trouble as now former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY). There's been chatter about criminal referrals for Cheney for months, especially since she is a former member of Congress, though it also came up once more earlier this week with President-elect Donald Trump weighing in during his "Meet the Press" interview with Kristen Welker. As was also mentioned, President Joe Biden is reportedly considering a preemptive pardon for Cheney and others.

Donald Trump is considering appointing ex-Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle as his ambassador to Greece, according to multiple sources.
Guilfoyle, 55, studied international law and entered public life as a prosecutor in San Francisco and Los Angeles, but entered the Trump orbit as fiancee to the president-elect's son Don Jr.
Insiders said the president could think of no one better to represent him in a key posting.
But the announcement was expected hours after DailyMail.com published photographs of Don Jr. hand in with a Palm Beach socialite, amid reports he was moving on.

President-elect Donald Trump has announced he will once again forgo the annual $450,000 presidential salary during his upcoming term.
This mirrors his decision from his previous term, where he notably donated his salary to various government agencies and initiatives, reflecting his intention to serve without personal financial gain.
Speaking in an interview with leftist hack Kristen Welker, Trump made it clear that his decision to reject the presidential salary is not driven by financial need, but by a desire to lead by example and reduce government expenditure.
Kristen Welker: Are you planning to accept a salary as President?

One of the most controversial proposals from Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is gaining support as he and lawmakers look to cut costs.
President-elect Donald Trump has tapped the Tesla CEO and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy to cut trillions of dollars in federal spending as the U.S. national debt continues to balloon to staggering new highs inflated by runaway expenditures over the few last decades.
As it stands, that debt totals $36.2 trillion dollars, but Musk estimates that DOGE could cut 'at least $2 trillion' from the current White House's $6.5 trillion budget in the near term.

The House Assassination task force released its final and longawait report on Tuesday.
The 180-page report claims the deadly shooting at Donald Trump's Butler, Pennsylvania, rally on July 13 was 'preventable and should not have happened.'
It was released just days after its final public meeting last week where Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe got into a screaming match with Rep. Pat Fallon (R-Texas). Rowe did acknowledge at the hearing the agency's 'abject failure' in the July shooting.
The 13-member panel was created by a House vote shortly after the first assassination attempt over the summer.

President Biden’s teleprompter apparently short-circuited Tuesday during one of his final speeches touting his economic record — which included an abortive effort to massively expand rural high-speed internet — forcing him to consult paper notes to make up for the technical difficulties.
“One of the things that’s going on here — they just turned off my … I lost electricity here, anyway,” Biden said, visibly taken off guard just 10 minutes into his speech at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.

Concerns for outgoing Republican leader Mitch McConnell’s health are bubbling up again.
Punchbowl News’s John Bresnahan just reported that McConnell fell after GOP senators ate lunch and is currently receiving medical treatment. Medical staff also reportedly came in with a wheelchair and followed him as he left. (X) The fall caused McConnell to skip the presser afterward and left him with a cut on his face. (X) Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY), the incoming whip, told DailyMail.com in an interview that McConnell is okay. Incoming Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) also said McConnell was fine.

In the final weeks of President Joe Biden’s administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is announcing a jobs giveaway for newly arrived migrants with work permits.
On Tuesday, Mayorkas announced a final rule from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that will allow millions of migrants, many of whom have been released into the U.S. interior by the Biden administration, to keep their work permits for up to 540 days when they seek a renewal. Migrants previously could renew their work permits for 180 days. For years, Democratic mayors had lobbied DHS to extend such automatic employment authorization for migrants.
