Billionaire Elon Musk asked social media users Wednesday if the Internal Revenue Service should be “deleted” — a day after a top Biden-Harris administration official urged Congress to give the federal agency $20 billion.
“The IRS just said it wants $20B more money,” Musk, who will co-lead informal Department of Government Efficiency under President-elect Donald Trump, wrote on X.
The world’s richest person then asked users for their thoughts on the tax authority’s budget situation. (Photo) “Do you think its budget should be: Increased, Same, Decreased, Deleted,” Musk asked in a poll. More than 60% of X users preferred having the IRS’s budget “deleted.”

A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed January 6 defendant Ray Epps' year-long defamation lawsuit against Fox News, ruling that Epps failed to "state a claim."
Epps, who some conservatives had speculated was an undercover FBI agent sent by the bureau to stoke the January 6 riot in 2021, filed the lawsuit last year, claiming that an indictment from the Justice Department might not have surfaced against him if it wasn't for Fox's coverage.
The January 6 defendant also argued that Fox News and former host Tucker Carlson engaged in a "years-long campaign spreading falsehoods about Epps."

President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration this January will signal a tectonic shift in American foreign policy unmatched by any since Ronald Reagan's swearing in 43 years before. With his understanding that diplomacy, to be effective, must be backed by power, Reagan succeeded Jimmy Carter who acted as if words alone could prevent the overthrow of the Shah of Iran or the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Trump, too, will follow a president who removed the military options from every table, even after Iran sent its proxies to murder American soldiers and assassinate former U.S. officials. The diplomatic accomplishments of the 46th president, consequently, were negligible.

The feds arrested an Arizona man who allegedly threatened to “put a hole” in President-elect Donald Trump’s face — after months of posting deranged videos in which he threatened to gun down the first family while brandishing a rifle.
Manuel Tamayo-Torres was taken into custody in San Diego Monday after threatening Trump, 78, in a video as recently as Thursday, ABC News reported.
Charging documents, which refer to Trump as “Individual 1,” described the threats as “vague yet direct,” and accused Tamayo-Torres of posting “numerous” videos “on a near-daily basis” over several months.
In the series of profane videos posted to Facebook, the suspect claimed that Trump kidnapped and sex-trafficked his kids,

MSNBC has a problem. They are out of a certain medication known to have positive effects on people who are suffering from a severe lack of self-awareness. That medicine is known as "Copium," and the various talking heads and droids at MSBNC could use a big old dose. Seriously, they've lost half their audience since the election, and they don't seem to know what to do about it.
MSNBC’s audience has tanked since the election.

The annual American holiday called Thanksgiving formally began with an 1863 proclamation from Abraham Lincoln declaring the last Thursday in November a day of “thanksgiving and praise to our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the heavens,” as well as “humble penitence for our national perverseness and disobedience.”
The thought behind Thanksgiving is outward toward God and his blessings and not inward, which suggests gratitude to no one in particular for whatever positives might have occurred in one’s life.
In the more secular view, these positives are not blessings, but are to be chalked up to luck or “good fortune.” May “The Force” be with you.

Ukrainian-born Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman (US Army Ret.) may be about to pay the ultimate price for his crimes against America if the world’s richest man has any say.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Vindman was a crucial figure in the first impeachment of President Trump over his “perfect” phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2019. But he was caught repeatedly lying during his testimony before Congress, which made him a leftist hero.
The truth is that Vindman was a leaker who thought his opinions overruled the Trump administration. He was moved from the White House with his twin brother (who was unfortunately elected to Congress this month)

One of the most disturbing scandals of the Hunter Biden saga is the imprisonment without trial of former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov.
The Ukrainian-born Israeli-American, who once told his FBI handler about Ukrainian claims of a $10 million bribe to the Bidens, has been languishing in a Los Angeles prison for nine months on charges that he lied to the FBI.
Last week, federal prosecutors slapped new tax-evasion charges on Smirnov, 43, which suggests they know their original indictment is too weak for a jury to convict him when he faces trial beginning Jan. 8.

There are a number of things that sank the Democrats in 2024, some of which are very obvious, and some that aren't widely talked about. You'll often find there's not a lot of discussion around some of these things because the media refuses to address them.
At this point in human history, it's pretty clear to most that the media is an untrustworthy entity that tends to lean so far left it falls over. I don't have to tell you how much it blatantly lied about Donald Trump and any of his allies over the course of the last eight years, pushing people into frenzies

In Wednesday's decision, the court states a few things.

As RedState's Bob Hoge reported, the Democrat Party Twitter/X account released a short video Tuesday of what they described as "Vice President Kamala Harris' message to supporters."
Presumably, the video was created to boost the morale of Democrats who were absolutely deflated and demoralized (and in many cases frighteningly unhinged) after their Election Day drubbing at the hands of former President Donald Trump.
"I just have to remind you, don’t you ever let anybody take your power from you," a tired-looking Harris emphatically stated. "You have the same power that you did before November 5th."
"And you have the same purpose that you did," she went on to say.

As we gather this Thanksgiving, it's easy to take abundance for granted.
Leftovers are practically guaranteed.
It wasn't always this way.
For most of history, there were no Thanksgiving feasts. Hunger, if not starvation, was the norm.
Today, supermarkets are stocked with exotic foods from all over the world. Most of it is more affordable than ever. Even after President Joe Biden's 8% inflation, Americans spend less than 12% of our income on food, half of what they spent 100 years ago.
Why?
Because free markets happened. Capitalism happened.

Okay, yes — Kamala Harris was totally bombed (on something, whether it be drink or pills) when she delivered her Thanksgiving valediction yesterday, right? We can all admit that? You “have the same power [intoxicated pause] that you did before November 5” to recognize that, right? A Chinese commercial ship is suspected of deliberately dragging its anchor to cut undersea cables that connect countries over the internet, The Wall Street Journal reports.
International investigators reportedly believe the crew aboard Yi Peng 3, a bulk carrier full of Russian fertilizer, dragged its anchor for more than 100 miles across the Baltic seabed, damaging the cables that run across it. Two different internet links — one between Sweden’s Gotland Island and Lithuania, and another between Finland and Germany — stopped working earlier this month, prompting the investigation by authorities from all four countries and other nations, according to the Journal.

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are preparing to let the DOGE off the leash, and if a recent X post from Elon is any indication, the DOGE may be taking a bite out of Senator Elizabeth Warren's brainchild, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB.) Now, as the president-elect puts forth names for his Cabinet, those people and their families are being targeted with death threats. Disgusting.

In other places around regime media, even in advance of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz' DNC donor call, the campaign autopsy continued in some pretty remarkable ways. On NewsNation with Chris Cuomo, Democrat megadonor John Morgan

I'm not the only one who sees this video and thinks, "Is she drunk?"
It's an odd video in many respects. Watch. This is the first public statement released by Kamala Harris in THREE WEEKS, and it is 29 seconds, with no introduction or conclusion. It's simply a clip from some video she recorded, presumably on Tuesday, and released at 6:19 P.M. with no fanfare. It isn't even on Kamala Harris' own X account. It comes via the Democrats. The whole thing is weird. You would think that Harris would have prepared a coherent message, projecting strength and resolve and inspiring her supporters.

The mayor of an affluent California coastal community criticized Democratic state lawmakers and expressed frustration over sanctuary state policies he alleges have allowed illegal immigration to flow uninterrupted after 21 migrants were recently taken into custody off the shores near his city. Eighteen of the migrants who were detained a mile off the waters of Newport Beach earlier this month by the U.S. Coast Guard were from Mexico, while two were from Uzbekistan and one was from Russia. They were handed over to U.S. Customs and Border Protection

A huge percentage of the people I follow on X (yes, I have given in on the Twitter thing) are COVID contrarians. I had departed X for years because it became a liberal playground, but when I started fighting the COVID-19 pandemic insanity, Twitter was a major battleground.
So I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see that the most joy I have seen online since the first few days after Trump's victory has been expressed about Trump's choice of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya for Director of the National Institutes of Health. That is not an exaggeration, either. I've seen lots of people pleased with various picks, but

WASHINGTON D.C./ HELSINKI - Two B-52 Stratofortress bombers of the United States were intercepted by two Russian SU-27 fighter jets near Russia's Baltic Sea exclave of Kaliningrad on Monday, a U.S. official said on Tuesday.
The U.S. bombers were in the Baltic Sea region to train together with their NATO ally Finland, which shares a 1,340 km (833 mile) border with Russia, amid escalating tensions stemming from Western backing for Ukraine to counter Russia's invasion. Monday's interception of the U.S. bombers by Russian fighter jets came just days after Russia fired a hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile at Ukraine last Thursday in response

The 2020 Presidential election shared a problem with the 1998 MLB home run race: the winning candidate did too well. In 1998, steroid juicer Mark McGwire broke Roger Maris’s home run record by nine home runs or roughly 15 percent.
In 2020, Joe Biden’s 81 million votes broke Barack Obama’s 2008 record 69 million votes by 12 million votes or roughly 17 percent. Obama’s 2008 numbers were anomalous. Hillary Clinton’s 2016 numbers were closer to the norm, and Biden got nearly 25 percent more votes than she did,

The President Trump transition team has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to start the process of transferring control of the federal government. The landing teams from each of the cabinets will now begin to engage with their exiting counterparts.
There were many articles written about the delays in signing the agreements. However, President Trump waited until he has his cabinet fully assembled before signing the first part that permits the landing teams to engage. The second part with government provided offices and technology is NOT being accepted.
President Trump’s Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, announced the Trump transition team has refused to sign an MOU

A deflated-looking Vice President Kamala Harris reemerged on Tuesday, filming a quick video message for her supporters that was posted on the X account for the Democratic Party.
'I just have to remind you, don't you ever let anybody take your power from you. You have the same power that you did before November 5th,' she said, referencing the date of the presidential election that she lost to President-elect Donald Trump.
In the past three weeks, Trump has gotten his transition going by naming a flurry of Cabinet appointees.

President-elect Donald Trump is being honored with a larger-than-life two-story tall bronze statue, which is being shaped to capture his iconic defiance in the wake of the assassination attempt on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania, last July.
Breitbart News has obtained exclusive photos of the statue, which is still under construction. Backers behind the project hope to unveil the finished product at Trump’s inauguration. (Photos) Crypto investors with the project $PATRIOT commissioned Ohio artist Alan Cottrill to create the bronze statue after Trump was nearly assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024. Trump’s pro-crypto policies also helped motivate backers to support the project, Breitbart News has learned.

There's nothing I love better than someone, who gets paid millions of dollars to play pretend, claiming I'm an idiot, but it happens more often than you might think, especially when a Republican wins an election. And I especially love it when they go overseas and talk trash about the United States, as if they're somehow above it all, even though if it wasn't for this country, they wouldn't have the money, fame, and privilege they've earned thanks to the willingness of American citizens to pay for their art.

VP Kamala Harris’s campaign senior adviser, David Plouffe, admitted their internal polling never reflected the public polls. (snip) Plouffe said the campaign’s internal polling never had Harris ahead of Trump.
“We didn’t get the breaks we needed on Election Day,” he said. “I think it surprised people, because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October, showing us with leads that we never saw.”

A clear sign there is still hope for New York comes with the news that Bronx Congressman Ritchie Torres, a Democrat, is considering challenging either Mayor Adams next year or Gov. Hochul in 2026.
The only pity is that he can’t challenge them both.
Run, Ritchie, run!
Torres often stands alone or is part of a small group of common-sense Dems in going against the party’s far-left agenda. He refused to join the radical “Squad” in Congress and distinguished himself as an articulate and forceful supporter of Israel.

Lawyers for President-elect Donald Trump are demanding that New York Attorney General Letitia James drop her civil fraud case against him, his family and his businesses "for the greater good of the country," Fox News Digital has learned. "In furtherance of our conversations with your office, we write to request that you completely dismiss the above-referenced case against President Donald J. Trump, his family, and his businesses, and stipulate to vacate the Judgment and dismiss all claims with prejudice," Trump attorney D. John Sauer wrote in a letter exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital.

At a time when our enemies believe we are a nation at war with itself, angry with our neighbors, split by partisan divide, burdened by economic woes, and incapable of empathy, there comes a story this holiday season that reminds friend and foe alike who we are.
In a Canton, Michigan, plans for the annual holiday performance of The Nutcracker suddenly went off the boards when all the necessary props for the Plymouth-Canton Ballet Company went missing. Thousands of dollars of pieces required to stage the tradition were stolen – from the Christmas tree to the golden backdrop that serves to highlight the ballet's characters.

If you want to know why big media outlets are struggling so badly, you only need to look at the coverage of this month’s presidential election. Not only were the media perceived by voters as favoring Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris, but they continued to show an erosion in Americans’ overall trust in them as sources of information, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows.
The November national online poll includes 1,436 adults, with a +/-2.6 percentage point margin of error.
Each month, I&I/TIPP asks voters the following questions about the national media:
“Generally speaking, how much trust do you have in the traditional or established news media,

Straphangers are no strangers to delays caused by trash fires, but the more insidious scourge is the MTA’s cash fires.
The agency has wailed that it’s broke and needs the revenue from “congestion pricing” tolls just to keep the lights on.
Baloney: While bad New York laws help explain why the MTA spends more on construction than any other major city, the agency itself keeps burning through taxpayer money on utter idiocy. The latest mind-boggling spend: $252.7 million on 3,000 “Help Point” intercoms in the name of boosting public safety.
On Tuesday, the MTA’s inspector general’s office released a damning report on the devices, launched in 2018 across all 472 stations.

Is he the real McCoy?
A pair of North Carolina siblings claim their late father is the ever-elusive Boeing hijacker DB Cooper after allegedly finding his parachute hidden in their home, according to a new report.
Chanté and Rick McCoy III claim their father, Richard McCoy Jr., was the infamous fugitive who disappeared when he leaped out of a Boeing plane with $200,000 in cash after taking passengers and crew hostage in 1971, the Cowboy State Daily reports.
The siblings said they waited until their mother’s death in 2020 to come forward,

Republican Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana has a famous way with words.
During an appearance on the Sean Hannity show on Tuesday, Kennedy was asked to respond to comments from Hollywood liberals like Sharon Stone, who recently blamed ‘uneducated Americans’ for Trump’s landslide victory.
Kennedy kept his response dignified, but he did point out that these are the same people who believe their children can change genders and who somehow believe they are morally superior to the rest of the country.

John Kerry, who served as President Joe Biden’s Special Presidential Envoy for Climate up until March of this year, said late last week that a climate emergency needed to be declared.
Kerry made the remarks on Thursday at a recent John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum as the 29th United Nations climate change conference (COP29) concluded.
“I think, personally, we’re on the brink of needing to declare a climate emergency, which is what we really have,” Kerry said. “And we need to get people to behave as if this really is a major transitional challenge to the whole planet, to everybody.”

It’s one thing to lose an election; it’s another to lose your identity. The Democratic Party in 2024 faced both these crises, culminating in Kamala Harris’s defeat to Donald Trump. But the real story isn’t just the loss itself—it’s the timeline. The Democrats didn’t simply wake up to a red wave on election night. They saw it coming, months—if not years—before the polls closed. The warning signs were blaring, yet their response was tepid, constrained by internal contradictions and a miscalculation of their own base’s discontent.
For decades, Democrats relied on their coalition of diverse, working-class, and young voters to carry elections. However,

Democratic National Committee National Finance Committee member Lindy Li said Tuesday that Vice President Kamala Harris did not take “responsibility” for her campaign spending billions of dollars during a donor call. The Harris campaign and the Democratic Party reportedly spent almost $1.5 billion during her short presidential run, which she launched on July 21. Li, on “NewsNation Now,” said she was shocked by the lack of accountability for the spending and loss, noting the call seemed “self-congratulatory.”

Bill Wells, the mayor of El Cajon, California, claimed in a Monday post on X that the State of California “is threatening to take pensions and charge police officers with felonies if they comply with federal deportation laws. [Snip] Wells makes it clear that El Cajon, a city of approximately 100,000 people located 17 miles east of San Diego, is not a sanctuary city and that his police officers “are being put in an impossible position.” [Snip] If they comply with federal immigration authorities, they risk felony charges and losing their hard-earned pensions.
