Harris-Walz Burlesque

Original Article

I’m so old I remember when we learned about advertising fakery by ordering stuff like sea horses and x-ray vision glasses from the back of comic books. Younger generations caught on when they compared what they’d seen in the TV ads with the actual products. For voters this time around all they have to do is scan X online. The sea horse ads were better fakes than the Harris-Walz team is churning out. Of course, there is the candidates’ utter failure in public appearances -- such as they are -- to show Harris-Walz viewers that they are phony, unserious contenders for the highest offices in the land.

If you’re tired of fake news on the campaign, read this article. Clarice demolishes kamala the cringe and Tampon Tim. In the process of informing us about their week in campaigning, she had me laughing off the couch. Fake townhall ala Univision, an ad called Males for Kamala. (Hint: they had to put the word males in the title, because, to most guys, these dudes are nothing but pu**ies. The writer also put me in stitches describing Walz’s phony hunting trip. Kamala's campaign is amateur hour and hopefully put a knife in the whole dem party once and for all.

There is one factual ad out there, the "Kamala Harris Book of Achievements" that contains nothing but blank pages but I don't think Harris approved that one.

One small quibble from an otherwise brilliant article - one uses a shotgun to hunt pheasant, not a rifle, although in Walz’ case maybe he was using a rifle!

Several conservative pundits noted in July when Fossil Joe was finally forcefully retired (PS - the letter he issued remains a masterpiece of gibberish and cliche) that all the usual Dem flimflams would have to be conducted in a very concentrated, accelerated timeframe. In the usual overlong presidential campaign, the Dems will play footsie with the Journolist media - the media tell the Dems what to say, the media amplify it and both push-poll seeing if it creates any momentum...or they simply claim that it does and try to get the GOP to wrong-foot themselves or say something the lefties can attack. As we're seeing now, the elements of despair and panic are forcing the Dems to empty out the arsenal in record time. The repeat of the Basement Campaign failed because a) Harris isn't Biden, b) there is no covid, c) people who weren't wise to the ruse now see that it's cynical and cowardly. So Harris was sent on a dizzying media tour and now Walz is making a fool of himself. I fully expect to see Harris on a Harley or possibly wing-walking soon.

If Giggles weren't VEEP and a CPAP malfunction from the White House, she would be an endless source of amusement tor me. She had a party at the US Naval Observatory (the official residence of the VEEP) for tiny tots. Turned out all of the brats were hired actors. She said to one that "Someday you may look through a telescope and see a star." I fell out of my chair laughing. Apparently Giggles is unaware that throughout the history of the human race people have looked up at the night sky and saw thousands of stars without any kind of optical aid. The question was is she that ignorant or reading a script? What kind of country puts idiots in charge?

Mighty hunter Walz was show having serious trouble figuring out how to load his shotgun. For a very long time he tells us how he used this gun "when I was shooting a lot of trap." And yet, he seems to find it impossible to get shells into the magazine, endlessly puch the controls and trying to get shells into the gun. During the video clip he never does get the gun figured out. He's a faker

As time goes on, Harris/Walz is proving itself to be the lamest, most unqualified pair in the history of the nation. Were it not for the lying polls, we would already be singing " Happy Days Are Here Again". But look at 2020, when a senile geriatric was installed. Nothing is certain, except God knows the outcome.

During the lead up to Donald Trump's announcement of his choice for a running mate, I was aware that Sen. JD Vance of Ohio was near the top of the list, but I knew almost nothing about him. OK, I knew that he was a successful author, and that was it. I was barely aware that he had been a critic of Trump's at one point. The Republican National Convention quickly convinced me that he was the perfect pick for Trump. This is what I wrote in the Briefing the morning after Vance's acceptance speech:

It's been five weeks since the 33,000 machinists went on strike at Boeing's plants in Washington state and Oregon, and we're guessing the strikers didn't expect this kind of dramatic fallout. The defense contractor and commercial airliner producer has just announced a stunning amount of layoffs and huge production cutbacks after talks between the aerospace workers and the company crashed and burned. The company announced the suspension of its successful 737 MAX and 777 jets due to the strike, but in the last few days the new CEO has announced that he's canceled production of a 767 freighter,

I try to be very cautious about polls and oddsmaking. But something seems to have happened in the last few days that indicates a change in the direction of the election. There's been a significant shift from Kamala Harris towards President Trump in the various betting odds platforms, raising the likelihood that polls are going to start turning decisively towards him, too. After that, the election, less than a month away, will bring President Trump victory. It's as if the last remaining undecided independents have started to break for Trump. Here's the RealClearPolitics betting odds average, created from a variety of outlets that take bets on the electoral outcome:

With the polls starting to show a shift toward Trump, the Harris-Walz campaign is showing signs of desperation. They’re not just sending Kamala out to do softball interviews; they’re sending past presidents like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama to seal the deal for her. On Thursday evening, Barack Obama was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, tasked with the job of boosting black voter turnout for Kamala Harris. More specifically, Obama’s goal was to help Kamala win over black men, who are increasingly leaning toward Trump. Obama’s messaging was, to say the least, insulting. Like Joe Biden’s “you ain’t black” moment in the 2020 campaign,

From Bill Clinton to Barack Obama to Joe Biden, Democratic presidents have been wooed by the false hope of a “grand bargain” with Iran. It has done nothing but embolden the mullahs and make Americans less safe, Kenneth R. Timmerman writes in his new book, “The Iran House: Tales of Revolution, Persecution, War, and Intrigue,” out now. Here, the senior fellow at the America First Policy Institute, explains how things have gone wrong. For decades, Democrat Party power brokers have believed in the misguided dream that peace with Iran’s tyrannical leaders is possible — and instead made the world a more dangerous place.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ past strong opposition to fracking and to former President Donald Trump’s “border wall” appears to have undergone a radical shift in recent weeks. But voters don’t think the shift is real. Indeed, more than half now call Harris’ abrupt policy changes on these hot-button issues “politically motivated,” the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. With the election now merely weeks away, voters are looking at candidates stances on key issues to decide how they vote. But they also understand that, in politics, promises made on the campaign trail have a way of never being seen again once the candidate is elected.
