Michael Cohen, a former personal attorney for Donald Trump, said Monday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that if former President Donald Trump wins the election, he will leave the country under a different name.
Host Nicolle Wallace said, “What do you think happens to you if he wins?”
Cohen said, “I’m out of here. I’m already working on a foreign passport with a completely different name. I don’t know how it is going to work as far as dealing with my wife and my children. I certainly don’t want them moving to where I’m looking to go.”
He added, “I don’t think you or the president of the MSNBC, General Milley, Liz Cheney are safe.

Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that former President Donald Trump should be extinguished from politics, which she clarified meant “vote him out.”
Raimondo said, “Tax policy, you have to work with Congress but if he decides he wants to do something crazy, like a 200% tariff, which will hurt Americans, raise prices and lose jobs, he could do it as president. Which is why honestly why I’m here in my personal capacity. The stakes are so high in this one. We cannot afford to put him back in the White House.”

Does the United States of America have a functioning president right now? That question isn’t meant to be provocative. Members of both major parties have noted that President Joe Biden seems to have gone AWOL from his official duties as the nation’s executive in chief. A large chunk of voters agree, saying they want Biden to leave office right away.
In August’s I&I/TIPP Poll of 1,488 registered voters, taken from July 31-Aug. 2, shortly after the Democratic Party forced Biden to step down as his party’s candidate, we asked voters the following question: “Which of the following do you believe is in the best interest of the country?” \

Let’s skip ahead to after the election. No matter who wins, the next president will declare that they have a “mandate” to do something. And they will be wrong.
The whole canard that a newly elected president is for some reason entitled to have their way is an invention. The word “mandate” doesn’t appear in the Constitution or the Federalist Papers.
The myth can be traced to Andrew Jackson. (Snip) [T]he core problem with mandate-mania is this: Presidential electoral majorities never speak with one voice in favor of a policy platform.

We are the non-pretending audience that doesn’t need to have the points of continual similarity pointed out. However, there is something rather remarkable about those in Washington DC who never seem to be able to connect the same proverbial dots. In the latest development of attempted President Trump assassin Ryan Routh, the Dept of Homeland Security and FBI are now admitting that Routh was on a watch list of Americans who traveled to fight with Ukraine. The people on the watch list were supposed to be scrutinized and tracked when they reentered the USA. However, Ryan Routh, “fell through the cracks,”

Something seriously corrupt has been happening inside New York City politics ever since the FBI seized the phones and personal communication networks of City Mayor Eric Adams. In the past several months, multiple political officials have resigned or departed from their jobs.
Keep in mind, the lead agency doing the investigative review is the FBI. According to ABC news, “Federal investigators have visited more than a dozen members of his administration, taking devices from the police commissioner (who then resigned), the head of the public schools and other trusted confidantes both in and out of City Hall.

Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted by a grand jury on charges connected to a federal probe that has shaken his administration, sources told The Post.
The historic indictment is expected to be unsealed Thursday by US Attorney Damian Williams, according to the sources. The news was first reported by the New York Times.
Adams will surrender to authorities early next week, sources said. The news was first reported by The New York Times.
Details about the exact accusations remained unclear, but are believed to be connected to an alleged kickback scheme involving the Turkish government illegally funneling money into his mayoral campaign, according to sources.

The mainstream media keeps saying that the 2024 presidential election is over and that Trump has already lost to Willie Brown’s mistress, Kamala Harris.
So why is far-left billionaire George Soros trying to buy 220+ radio stations before the election, the Audacy radio network, reaching 165 million Americans?
And why is the Federal Communications Commission allowing him to do it, in an unprecedented move? (X Video) FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr is bringing this to light in a House Oversight Committee last week, noting that it is a violation of the FCC’s most basic rules against monopoly interests.

The USNS Abraham Lincoln strike group, currently in the Middle East, is without any means of refueling after the oil tanker USNS Big Horn ran aground off the coast of Oman. The Big Horn is the only tanker in the entire Middle East, and the Navy is currently scrambling to come up with a replacement.
Should I mention that our most important ally in the Middle East might be at war with Iran in a few hours? [Tweet, video]
“USNS Big Horn sustained damage while operating at sea in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations overnight on Sept. 23.

Brian Lozenski, an associate professor of urban and multicultural education at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minn., was appointed by Governor Tim Walz’s state education department to help write the statewide “implementation framework” (similar to a curriculum) for Minnesota’s new “ethnic studies” standards. It now emerges that Lozenski has called for the “overthrow” of the United States.
Lozenski is no outlier. On the contrary, he has been the leading voice advocating the addition of a radical version of “ethnic studies” to Minnesota’s social-studies standards (citizenship and government, economics, geography, history, and now ethnic studies).

Rep. Stacey Plaskett, a Democrat who represents the at-large congressional district of the Virgin Islands, went on an unhinged rant at a House hearing Wednesday, held by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, where she called Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) her "white male counterpart," Elon Musk "a far-right conspiracy theorist," and former President Donald Trump "would-be Führer."
Plaskett, a ranking member of the select subcommittee, said the purpose of the investigative body is to "test out conspiracy theories, prop up those stories that the far-right wishes to push into the American psyche, and to lay the groundwork for a dictatorial government led by Donald Trump."

Secretary of State Antony Blinken was held in contempt of Congress by the House Foreign Affairs Committee for skirting a public hearing on the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.
He is the third Biden administration official to be formally reprimanded by Congress.
In June, Attorney General Merrick Garland was held in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over Joe Biden audio tapes where he appeared 'elderly.' The Justice Department refused to prosecute its leader, ending the proceedings. And earlier this year, the House approved two articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over his handling of the southern border crisis, which the Senate dismissed.
