I had not thought about pagers much (or at all) until the Hezbollah pagers blew up recently. [Snip] Anyway, that whole thing that happened in Lebanon with the pagers and walkie-talkies should be a wake-up call to our readership and listeners that we need a Plan B. Our grid could go down, and our systems could go down, which is why I’m thinking about pagers. However, we still need to rely on the pager company. As for satellite phones, the problem is they’re very expensive. So, my parting shot is that we should not kid ourselves, we are at risk also.

David Sacks at the recent All-In Summit talked about media bias and lying about science during COVID.
"You bring up these stories about Russian influence or whatever. The real influence operation in this country is by the mainstream media. They're the ones who are spreading disinformation about the war in Ukraine and so many other issues on a scale that dwarfs what any of these handful of podcasters that most people have never heard of can ever hope to accomplish," Sacks said.
DAVID SACKS, ALL-IN PODCAST: I agree with you that the mainstream media is not just biased, it's just like all propaganda all the time.

Vice President Kamala Harris has decided to dodge former president Trump and skip this year’s Al Smith Dinner — a major election year event that generations of candidates have attended — becoming the first presidential hopeful to duck out since failed presidential wannabe Walter Mondale in 1984.
While Trump has agreed to go to the 79th iteration of the Archdiocese of New York’s dinner on Oct. 17, Harris’s camp says she will instead campaing in key battleground states on the final stretch before election day, her campaign told The Post.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Kamala Harris agreed to CNN’s invitation to a second debate against President Trump on October 23. Her campaign even had the audacity to claim that the American people deserve another opportunity to see the candidates face off before they cast their ballots after rejecting multiple other debate opportunities.
However, it appears that someone forgot to inform Trump of her plans because he has no desire to face Harris again.
During his campaign rally today in Wilmington, North Carolina, Trump revealed that he would reject CNN’s invitation to face off against Harris. He cited multiple factors, including that she’s losing the election, he’s already done two debates,

The Secret Service had multiple failures that led to a sniper nearly taking former President Donald Trump’s life at a campaign rally on July 13, according to a summary of an internal agency review released Friday.
According to a summary of the Secret Service Office of Professional Responsibility’s initial mission assurance report, the Secret Service’s advance team, which first surveyed the rally site, failed to address or mitigate concerns it came across. The summary said the Secret Service and local law enforcement partners saw the Butler Farm Show site as a “challenge,” and that advance personnel and multiple supervisors with oversight of the security plan “recognized line of site concerns.”

Janet Jackson has claimed that Kamala Harris is not black - and that the Democrats' 2024 presidential nominee has a white father.
Jackson, 58, made the shocking assertion in an interview with The Guardian, when asked on her feelings about the United States having its first female black president.
'Well, you know what they supposedly said?' the singer answered. 'She’s not black. That’s what I heard. That she’s Indian.'
'Her father’s white. That’s what I was told. I mean, I haven’t watched the news in a few days. I was told that they discovered her father was white.'

Tempers flared on CNN when political commentator Scott Jennings correctly pointed out that Democrats are the top source of the troubling wave of anti-Semitism that has erupted in America.
In recent years, the Democratic Party’s “big tent” has expanded to become a haven for Jew haters after it welcomed the progressive firebrands known as “The Squad” and their open hostility to Israel over the war on Hamas in Gaza has inspired campus and other protests that are one step away from becoming pogroms.

The ruling was handed down on Friday, according to the Associated Press (AP). The outlet noted that the decision came “after officials uncovered a database error that, for two decades, mistakenly designated the voters as having access to the full ballot.” The report also said those individuals were already entitled to vote in federal races regardless of the court’s decision. The database error highlighted the problem with those voters’ citizenship statuses, Fox News reported on Friday.

A left-wing coalition secured the most seats in June-July elections but failed to win an outright majority. The 38-member Cabinet announced Saturday includes primarily ministers from Macron’s centrist alliance and the conservative Republicans party.

The saga of Jill Biden cosplaying as president of the United States just got a lot weirder, and this time the press is involved.
On Friday, questions arose after she was spotted sitting at the head of the table and leading a cabinet meeting at the White House. Then, later on the same day, it was revealed that her name was being embossed on honorary legislation folders as if she were equal to the president.

How did Israel pull this off? Was it really Israel who did this? This attack is even more exacting than the exploding bed at the Iranian "safe" house.
Now we're learning more details of the attacks, and they're as impressive as they are diabolical.
Three thousand beepers exploded this week, killing a bunch of Hezbollah terrorists and some innocents. Iran's ambassador to Lebanon lost an eye in the attack.

Andrew Breitbart was well known in the grassroots Tea Party movement for his ability to turn Alinsky psychological weapons against those who deployed them. In fact, the gift that Breitbart carried was not Andrew’s snarky counter approach toward the Obama teams tactics, but rather his ability to understand the purpose of their approach. Well before the Obama Marxists fully activated their weaponized government, Breitbart saw the Alinsky “methods” for what they were, the same tactics deployed by professional abusers. He knew we were headed into an era where “We the People” were in an abusive relationship with government.

CNN commentator and New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman said Friday on CNN’s “The Source” that former President Donald Trump was “on edge” after two assassination attempts.
On Wednesday, while speaking at a rally in New York, Trump said, “I thought this was a wise guy coming up. This guy, I’m getting ready. You know, I’ve got a little bit of a yip problem here. Right? That was amazing. I was all ready to start duking it out.”
Guest host Boris Sanchez said, “He describes it as a ip moment. He seems to flinch when he, out of the corner of his eye, sees some movement and

Vice President Kamala Harris‘ husband, Doug Emhoff, claimed during an interview this week that it was unfair for people to criticize his wife’s performance over the last three and a half years because she was not the president.
Emhoff made the remarks during a softball ABC News interview Friday morning on “Good Morning America,” which came just days after the network’s debate between Harris and former President Donald Trump that was extremely biased against the Republican nominee.
Co-anchor Michael Strahan asked Emhoff if he thought it was fair that his wife was being criticized for the numerous failings

Remember when GOP poll challengers were kicked out of Detroit’s absentee ballot counting room on the day after the 2020 election? (Photo) Can you guess which type of ballots they were counting?
If we told you they were UOCAVA votes, would that mean anything to you?
Does the average American citizen even have a clue what the acronym ‘UOCAVA’ stands for?
If you don’t know what the acronym UOCAVA stands for, you should because it could very well be the key to how Democrats plan to steal our upcoming election from President Trump and pro-America candidates running for seats up and down the ballot.

Moreover, maintaining... economic ties grants legitimacy to the regime, signaling that the European Union is willing to overlook Iran's role in supporting aggression against Ukraine.
To stanch this, the EU urgently needs to stop its economic dealings with Iran.
Along with cutting economic ties, the EU would also do well to list the IRGC as a terrorist organization and close all Iranian embassies in Europe. The IRGC is the primary force behind Iran's military support for Russia. Isolating it would be a crucial step in weakening Tehran's capacity to destabilize the entire Middle East.

The three largest American asset managers’ interest in pushing environment, social, and governance (ESG) policies has plummeted, according to a Thursday report.
BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard’s support for environmental shareholders proposals dropped significantly. State Street said it supported only six percent of environmental shareholder proposals in the first half of the year and only seven percent of social ones, which is a drop compared to 2023.
Vanguard said in August it did not back those resolutions, and BlackRock said it voted for four percent of the ESG proposals

Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are running neck and neck in typically blue Virginia, according to a poll.
The University of Washington’s Center for Leadership and Media Studies poll, published Friday, shows the candidates are tied two in a two-way race among registered voters, while Harris has razor-thin edge with likely voters. Each garners 45 percent of the 850 registered voter respondents’ support in a head-to-head matchup. Three percent prefer someone else, and four percent are undecided. Two percent would not vote, and one percent refused to answer.
Harris leads Trump narrowly, 48 percent to 46 percent, among the 756 likely voters sampled.

Former President Donald Trump shared a damning video clip of Tucker Carlson talking about the man arrested for what authorities believe was a second assassination attempt on the former president while he was golfing in Florida and the suspect’s dubious ties to the media and other agencies in DC.
Speaking during an appearance on his live tour program, Carlson began with a focus on Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and how he is trying to blame Iran for the latest attempt on Trump’s life, insisting that the “warmonger” is lying. That’s when he turned his attention to Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspected gunman spotted by a Secret Service agent.

Kamala Harris and/or her handlers may have more reason to brag about gun ownership. Harris clearly wants to outrun her rhetoric in 2019, when she called for "mandatory buybacks" of so-called assault weapons -- which amounts to flat-out confiscation. Back then, Harris called for "executive action," including all legally owned long-barrel firearms that liberals consider too scary: Since then, Harris has tried to emphasize the fact that she herself owns a gun and that she doesn't oppose the 2nd Amendment. Not only does she own a gun, Harris told Oprah Winfrey in her live interview this week, she'd be happy to plug anyone who broke into her home:

During the 1980 Presidential debate between Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, Reagan asked a question that would define his campaign and capture the struggles of everyday Americans under Carter’s failed leadership.
Reagan asked, “Are you better off than you were four years ago?”
After four disastrous years under the failed Biden-Harris administration, that simple question is as powerful as ever.
In a new ad, the Trump campaign channels Reagan and asks Americans who are paying more at the pump, the grocery store, the pharmacy, and, for many, have lost the opportunity to achieve an important part of the American Dream, owning a home, the very same question.
