New York City Hall’s chief counsel is leaving her post in Eric Adams’ administration — just days after NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban resigned in the aftermath of federal raids targeting a spate of cops and close aides of the mayor, she announced late Saturday. Former senior Manhattan federal prosecutor Lisa Zornberg had served as the lead attorney for the mayor and City Hall since July 2023. Her sudden departure comes as federal investigators have zeroed in on members of Adams’ inner circle and other allies. NYC City Hall chief counsel Lisa Zornberg is leaving Mayor Eric Adam's office.

Northwestern University, a prestigious college in Illinois, recently adopted a policy that would punish students for making fat jokes. The university included weight and height on its list of “protected characteristics” in its 2024 discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct policy, placing the traits alongside attributes like race and gender. Making jokes about these protected characteristics runs afoul of the policy and can result in sanctions for students, staff or faculty, according to the university.

If life were more serious, we’d be paying attention to the administration and the UK’s latest efforts to start World War III which strikes me as the best overriding reason to vote for Trump. "There is no other way to interpret it: Washington and its client NATO members are declaring war on Russia. That is the direct meaning of the forthcoming visit of Zelensky to Washington where the parties will agree on targets inside Russia. To say this is an insane, reckless move is understatement. This is the most dangerous step possible for the US and NATO and it will lead to World War III. Don't believe any garbage "justifying"

Being an aging Boomer, the minds of the youths of today are a little baffling at times. My wife is a first-cohort Gen X'er, my kids are all of the Millennial generation, and my grandkids fall into Generation Z. And it is Generation Z that one influencer, a reputed buddy of Barron Trump, speaks of as leaning surprisingly right, politically. He claims that his Generation Z counterparts are swinging to support the Boomer (b. 1946) candidate Donald Trump. Let's hope he's right. Young Americans are voicing their opinions online following the Trump-Harris debate, and according to one Gen Z influencer, the future is not looking bright

Linda C., a retired deputy sheriff in California, considers herself politically independent. She voted for former President Donald Trump in 2016 and then for President Joe Biden in 2020. But this year, she feels strongly about supporting the Democratic ticket, largely because of the stances Republicans, including Trump's running mate, Sen. JD Vance, have taken on childcare. She was particularly perturbed by Vance's recent suggestion that grandparents and other family members "help out a little bit more" with childrearing to relieve the burden of childcare costs.

Lochel's Bakery in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, had some big news in their big cookie poll as of Friday morning. Every four years, they hold a poll where people can buy red cookies or blue cookies--with the candidates' names on them and the election year--to indicate their choice for president. And the current count in the poll, based on how many have been bought for each candidate, is not looking good for Kamala Harris. As of Friday morning, the shop has sold a whopping 5,200 Trump cookies vs. 500 Harris cookies. “I think that people support Trump all over,”

Cape Canaveral, Fla.— A billionaire spacewalker returned to Earth with his crew on Sunday, ending a five-day trip that lifted them higher than anyone has traveled since NASA’s moonwalkers. SpaceX’s capsule splashed down in the Gulf of Mexico near Florida’s Dry Tortugas in the predawn darkness, carrying tech entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, two SpaceX engineers and a former Air Force Thunderbird pilot. They pulled off the first private spacewalk while orbiting nearly 460 miles (740 kilometers) above Earth, higher than the International Space Station and Hubble Space Telescope. Their spacecraft hit a peak altitude of 875 miles (1,408 kilometers) following Tuesday’s liftoff.

A new TikTok trend has Trump supporters mocking Taylor Swift over her recent endorsement of Kamala Harris, using her hit single “22” to express their support for former President Donald Trump. The trend combines lyrics from the ear-splitting “22” with the pro-Trump anthem “Trump Trump Baby” by rapper Forgiato Blow. “I don’t know about you,” they begin, “but I’m voting Trump, Trump baby!” Watch below: (X Video) Taylor Swift posted her Kamala Harris endorsement to Instagram late Tuesday, clearly timed to land just moments after the presidential debate. While she announced she was voting for Kamala, she tempered her enthusiasm by encouraging her millions of fans to

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Former Democrats Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard blasted their one-time party as “warmongers” and “the party of censorship” while stumping for Donald Trump in Arizona Saturday. “Today it’s become the party of war, it’s become the party of surveillance, it’s become the party of censorship,” Kennedy, 70, told the crowd at Arizona Christian University in Glendale. “It’s no longer the party that I recognized.” (Photo) His remarks came less than a month after the Democratic dynasty heir suspended his independent presidential bid and endorsed Republican Trump, 78, at a Glendale rally, and he continues to face court battles to get his name off the ballot

The potato has returned. Brian Stelter is back on the air at CNN and it’s almost like he never left. During a recent segment on Kamala Harris, Stelter suggested that the image of Harris as the young ‘hope and change’ candidate is more important than anything she actually says about what she would do as president. He also cheered for the image of Harris speaking at rallies. Has anyone told Brian that the campaign has to bus people in for these events? Breitbart News reports:

President Joe Biden was Vice President Kamala Harris' opening act when the two appeared at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's annual gala in Washington Saturday - and the president dropped one of his trademark doozies. The outgoing president was awarded a lifetime achievement award at the group's Phoenix Awards dinner before ceding the podium over to the Democratic nominee. And true to his gaffe-prone form, the 81-year-old bungled his introduction in a major way. I've served as vice president of the first black president and former CBC member. I'm president alongside the first black president, a former CBC member,' Biden said, dropping the 'vice,' a mistake he has made before.

In yet another clear sign that the swamp is alive and well in Washington, more than 30 House members—including a disgraceful six Republicans—have joined hands with Democrats to sign a so-called “bipartisan” pledge that seeks to undermine the true voice of the American people before the 2024 election even takes place. The pledge, deceptively named the “Unity Commitment,” pretends to “safeguard” the election, but in reality, it’s nothing more than an effort to rubber-stamp the will of establishment elites and globalist politicians. Leading this charge are Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) and Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), who are rallying members of Congress to commit to upholding whatever result comes from the 2024 election—

President Donald Trump is spotlighting the federal government’s failure to safeguard more than 300,000 young migrants it has admitted via the “Unaccompanied Alien Child” (UAC) program. “Under this administration, 325,000 migrant children are missing,” Trump said at a September 13 press conference on the California coast. “Take the biggest stadium in California and you can fill it up five or six times. Those are all missing children. Many of them are dead. Many of them are sex slaves and slaves of [a] different nature.” “There could be no bigger scandal than this,” he said.

I would argue that, aside from 1860, 1984 was the most important election in American history. Ronald Reagan was running against Jimmy Carter’s vice president, Walter Mondale. At the end of the Carter administration, America was beleaguered, both emotionally and economically. When Reagan took office, the Iranian Hostage countdown had Americans glued to their television sets, and the combination of double-digit inflation and interest rates would knock them for a loop through the first couple of Reagan’s years. But then Reagan’s policies began to kick in.
