radical abortion group in Florida allegedly forged petition signatures for a proposed abortion amendment. The Florida Department of State has launched an investigation.
“Our tolerance in the state of Florida for any type of election-related fraud is zero. We are not going to put up with it,” said Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis in a roundtable Monday. “This group submitted dozens of petitions on behalf of dead people.”
Floridians Protecting Freedom is pushing for an abortion amendment that would change the state constitution to protect the murder of unborn children before “viability.”

radical amendment that threatens to ram unpopular abortion until birth into the Cornhusker State constitution will make the ballot in November despite its deceptive nature, the Nebraska Supreme Court unanimously ruled on Friday.
Abortion in Nebraska is prohibited beyond 12 weeks gestation. The “Protect the Right to Abortion” ballot initiative, funded by Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union, however, seeks to enshrine abortion at any point in pregnancy in the state’s constitution.
The proposed amendment leaves vague, undefined terms like “viability” up to the subjective judgment of a health care practitioner, not necessarily a doctor.

Robert F Kennedy Jr’s former Vice-Presidential running mate, Nicole Shanahan, continues to finance and produce high quality video content intended to unite the Donald Trump and RFK Jr movements while persuading moderate democrats to join the assembly. [Source Link]
In this video Mrs Shanahan draws attention to the false and malicious narrative done by the hardwired leftists, communists and corporate financial groups who have Alinsky’d the MAGA movement for almost a decade. It is a very well-done production intended to stimulate a deeper review by those who perhaps only pay slight attention to national politics. WATCH: (Video)

Sharp tariff hikes on imports from China, including a 100 percent duty on electric vehicles (EVs), will take effect on Sept. 27, the Biden administration confirmed on Friday.
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) confirmed most of the increased rates that the White House had announced in May, with some adjustments to the list.
From Sept. 27, the tariff on EVs imported from China will quadruple from 25 percent to 100 percent. The USTR also confirmed a 100 percent tariff on needles and syringes, 50 percent tariffs on semiconductors, solar cells, facemasks, and surgical gloves, and 25 percent tariffs on EV and other batteries, battery parts, critical minerals,

At this moment, when life is on the line, when we are just under 60 days from Election Day, it is political insanity to attack Donald Trump on the pro-life issue. Now, I am not going to imply that Lila Rose is a communist, as James Lindsay did. But to suggest that the Trump-Vance ticket does not “stand for pro-life principles,” and that pro-lifers should withhold their votes, as Lila did, is equally outrageous. In an interview with Politico published on Thursday, Lila Rose said she “would not vote for Harris or Trump” if the election were held today and said there are “other candidates” (snip) Such comments are a priceless gift to Kamala’s

Election Integrity deniers often complain that Wisconsin has one of the more stringent voter ID laws in the country. That’s a good thing; the swing state Badger State has proved to be a cesspool of election integrity concerns in recent years.
But there’s a voter ID-related loophole cheaters can drive a semi truckload of fraud through. In Wisconsin, voters may claim “Indefinitely Confined” status, which allows them to receive an absentee ballot without presenting proof that they are who they claim to be. A new report, “Wisconsin’s Voter ID Loophole: The Continuing Problem of Indefinitely Confined Voters,” examines the election integrity pitfalls of the lax law.

Montana county declared the wrong winner in a race after overcounting votes.
During a post-canvassing audit of the Butte-Silver Bow County primary that was held in June, election officials suspected an overcount of more than 1,000 ballots, prompting a judge to order a recount. The recount discovered that 1,131 more votes were counted than voters who voted. Data shows a very similar number of votes in each precinct was overcounted.
Election officials are not entirely sure what happened, though Butte-Silver Bow County Clerk and Recorder Linda Sajor-Joyce told leaders she believes the extra ballots were from sample data that had not been cleared from the software by Election Day, according to KTVH.

There are many people who still do not quite fully understand and accept the role of the Intelligence Community (IC) in the manipulation of American politics. Perhaps this recent announcement by Liz Cheney and her father, Dick Cheney the former Defense Secretary, will awaken a few more.
Go back to the 2016 election and the rise of outsider, then candidate Donald Trump. There was one other genuine outsider in the race, Ben Carson.
Who was moved into position as Carson’s campaign manager during that well-documented “splitter strategy” effort to install the Hillary Clinton/Jeb Bush illusion of choice? Answer: Mary Cheney. Yes, the IC has a lot of ways to wrap their tentacles

Donald J. Trump is back in the news regarding intelligence. The former president who’s again the GOP’s nominee for the office announced that he won’t be receiving classified intelligence briefings as our Nov. 5 election approaches. Although major party nominees for the White House have received such briefings from the Intelligence Community in recent decades, to prepare them for the national security demands of the Oval Office if elected, Trump is refusing such briefings on the grounds that he doesn’t want to be accused of leaking any classified information

Marcee Gray, the mother of 14-year-old Colt Gray, the Georgia school shooter, has a lengthy rap sheet that includes charges of domestic violence, drug use, and fraud, which led to her being sentenced to prison last December. Colt Gray was arrested on Wednesday at Apalachee High School in Winder, after he opened fire at students and teachers, killing four.
Colt admitted to the shooting, saying "I did it", when told of his Miranda rights. His father, Colin Gray, 54, is accused of purchasing the AR-15-style rifle used by his son. He was arrested on Thursday and was slapped with multiple charges, including second-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and cruelty to children.

Schools are closed for the rest of the week in Barrow County, Georgia as the community deals with a major tragedy. Four people including two students, and two teachers are dead; nine others are injured after 14-year-old gunman Colt Gray opened fire at Apalachee High School in northern Georgia.
More than a year ago, tips about online posts threatening a school shooting led Georgia police to interview a 13-year-old boy, but investigators didn’t have enough evidence for an arrest. Colt Gray has been charged as an adult in the deaths of Apalachee High School students Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo, both 14, and instructors ,

Fulton County, Georgia, is allegedly not maintaining its voter rolls, according to a recently filed in federal court.
The suit, brought by Fulton County residents Jason Frazier and Earl Ferguson against Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger and members of the Fulton County Department of Registrations and Elections (FCDRE), alleges that “Fulton County does not maintain, nor does it even attempt to maintain, accurate voter rolls.”
The suit cites, in part, testimony from Atlanta city attorney Patrise Perkins-Hooker who said last November that “Fulton County never does an independent search for anybody; dead people, felons, people who live out of state.”
