Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate Tim Walz climbed aboard for a bus tour through Western Pennsylvania one day before the start of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois (via AP): Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz gave pep talks to campaign volunteers and a high school football team Sunday, with their bus tour in a corner of Pennsylvania serving as a modest, small-town version of the grand rally she’s expected to have at the Democratic nominating convention in Chicago this week.

Anti-Israel protesters crashed the Democratic National Convention (DNC) welcome party on Sunday night, and one protester rushed the stage to deliver a “free Palestine” message.
“150,000 people are dead,” the masked woman could be heard yelling. “You are furthering a genocide. And the Harris-Biden administration keeps on funding it.”
Event organizers then ushered her off the stage. Anti-Israel protesters crashed the Democratic National Convention (DNC) welcome party on Sunday night, and one protester rushed the stage to deliver a “free Palestine” message.

Over the last decade, late night shows (with the single exception of Greg Gutfeld) have become nothing more than infomercials for the Democrat party.
It has gotten to the point where almost the only guests on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert are Democrat politicians and hosts from CNN or MSNBC.
Millions of Americans have been turned off and have tuned out. As a result, many of these shows are going to be phased out eventually.
The New York Post reports: The end is nigh for snoozefest late-night talk shows
In an interview this week, Jimmy Kimmel conceded that the end is nigh for late-night talk shows.

Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a meandering aside about democracy on Sunday, giving her critics more fodder with which to mock the 2024 Democratic presidential candidate.
Harris spoke during a stop on a multi-city bus tour in the battleground state of Pennsylvania along with her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, and their spouses.
“Our election is about understanding the importance of this beautiful country of ours in terms of what we stand for around the globe as a democracy,” Harris said.
“As a democracy,” she repeated, “we know there’s a duality to the nature of democracy. On the one hand, incredible strength when it is intact.”

Leadership that completely ignores field agent concerns, combined with inconsistent communication protocols and a lack of preparation, lead to outcomes like the Secret Service’s failures on Jan. 6, 2021, former agents told the Daily Caller.
The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) released a report July 31 detailing the agency’s performance on the day of the Capitol riot. A fundamental breakdown in inter-agency correspondence led to disparities in intelligence gathering and coordination between the agency and the United States Capitol Police (USCP), the former agents said.

I don’t know what Don Lemon was thinking with this segment because anyone who visits the Jersey Shore knows it’s Trump country. The former CNN host traveled to Atlantic City, New Jersey, to ask voters on the boardwalk who they’re supporting. These weren’t the answers he sought, as most of those who spoke to him said, Donald Trump. One man said he was making more money four years ago than now, which led to Lemon saying that the economy has never been more robust. Again, the media cannot accept that no one trusts them because voters know what life was like under Trump. They see their checkbooks.

Kamala Harris campaigned in western Pennsylvania as she kicked off her “Road to Chicago” bus tour on Sunday. (X) Harris, Doug Emhoff, Tim Walz and his wife Gwen Walz stopped in Rochester on their bus tour to the DNC.
Kamala Harris spoke to a Pennsylvania football team and told them they will be undefeated even if they lose.
“In all that that requires which is the hard work, the practice, working as a team. Knowing that you will be undefeated even if you don’t win every game, but no circumstance or event or moment will defeat your spirit,”

Kamala Harris and the obedient media are attempting to push a platform of “joy.”

After the Nazi rise to power in 1933, the new regime immediately began efforts to bring German society completely under Nazi control in a process known as Gleichschaltung (German for “coordination” or “synchronization”).

The Democrats are unintentionally doing their all to make sure that Donald Trump is reelected president of the United States.
We’ve all watched a football game where our beloved team seems to be busy trying to help the other team win. Penalties, dropped catches, miscommunication, bad blocking and turnovers allow the other team to simply add points by the bushel. The bad guys did not win; our guys emphatically lost. If one breaks down the Democratic approach to the 2024 presidential election, it would seem that the Democrats will do anything to make sure that Donald Trump wins. Obviously, they would claim that all of their actions—

Abortion behemoth Planned Parenthood will offer free medication abortions and vasectomies during the Democratic National Convention (DNC).
A mobile health center run by Planned Parenthood Great Rivers will set up shop near the convention and provide these services the first two days of the convention, according to The New York Times. The Times noted that there’s already a waiting list for vasectomies. This, the Times reported, shows the Democrats’ “head-on display of a new, unbridled abortion politics” (via NYT):

Elon Musk shared a devastating video on Kamala Harris, posted by Kanekoa the Great on his X page on Saturday.
“Strange days.” (X Video) The video reminds us that Kamala Harris was so shallow and unlikeable during her initial run for US president in the Democratic Party primary that she dropped out before the Iowa caucus. The video captures CNN hosts discussing an article from The New York Times on a key aide to Kamala Harris turning in a resignation letter.

Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump and Elon Musk made plenty of news in their August 12 “X-cast.” Perhaps the most consequential statement was Trump’s assertion that “we have 100 to 500 years of oil left.”
The policy implications of those words are vast: We are not running out of energy. In fact, it is just the opposite. In so declaring, Trump threatens to overturn a half-century of liberal orthodoxy: We have an energy crisis, also an environmental crisis, so we need to cut back. Not only that, we need bureaucratic overseers to tell us how to live our lives: Less meat. No more gas stoves. Use mass transit.
