Check Out All The ‘Notable Republicans’
Who Didn’t Show Up At The RNC

Original Article

It appears that MSNBC is shocked to see some of the biggest names in Republican politics conspicuously absent from the RNC. Who are these conservative luminaries? (X Photo) Among the “notable Republicans” absent from the convention: George W. Bush, Mike Pence, Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney and Paul Ryan. (Photo) What an unfathomable loss; how can the convention go on without these critical thought leaders? More importantly, how could their consciences permit them to forsake the voters who look to them for leadership?

The only reason that any of the people on the list are even considered "notable" by the media is because of their vocal opposition to Donald Trump. Not one of them has the achievements of Donald Trump, in or out of office. The media keeps their names and images alive to the American public. If not for their Trump Derangement Syndrome, they would be committed to the dustbin of history as insignificant has beens who did nothing of significance.

Former President Donald Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the phone, ostensibly for the first time since leaving office in January 2021. As his chances of victory in the November election appear to grow, some world leaders have started making limited overtures to Trump in preparation for a possible second presidency. One of these has been Zelensky, who is heavily reliant on the United States for support in its war with Russia. Both parties said the call was productive.Trump said Zelensky congratulated him on winning the Republican nomination for president and condemned the “heinous assassination attempt” last Saturday. He also, according to the former president, “remarked about

Former President Donald Trump was nearly assassinated a week ago, as he spoke at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday in what is seen as the largest Secret Service failure in four decades. The bottom line is the agency in charge of protecting Trump failed to stop the shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, from positioning himself less than 500 feet away and firing eight bullets at the former president, one coming mere millimeters from taking his life. There are multiple investigations underway, but so far, very few answers. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is due to testify to the House Oversight Committee on Monday. Here are nine major

Donald Trump may well have sealed the outcome of the 2024 election with a performance on Thursday night in Milwaukee that has largely been unmatched in recent American political history. The former president eschewed the polarization and division that has marked much of his rhetoric in the past. In his speech officially accepting the Republican Party's nomination there were only a couple of references to the 2020 election. Trump was able to hit on key messages when speaking about topics like inflation, and especially immigration, in ways that were compelling and arguably responsive to the fundamental concerns of Americans. Botanists decided that more than 200 plants, fungi and algae species names should no longer contain a racial slur related to the word caffra, which is used against Black people and others mostly in southern Africa. The changes voted on today at the International Botanical Congress in Madrid mean that plants such as the coast coral tree will, from 2026, be formally called Erythrina affra, instead of Erythrina caffra.
