The federal judge overseeing Donald Trump's classified documents case in the Southern District of Florida dismissed the case Monday on constitutional grounds.   "The Superseding Indictment is DISMISSED because Special Counsel Smith’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution," Judge Aileen Cannon wrote in her order granting Trump's motion to dismiss.

Their crooked, fraudulent 'lawfare' attacks are falling apart....because they are FRAUDULENT. Now, Garland should be fired for this illegal act and Trump should sue Smith for a $1 billion for fraud, and 'operating under the pretense of official authority' or something like that. Trump's lawyers will know what REAL case to file against Smith. Smith just cannot walk away from this scot free.

And sue for a return of the salaries paid to those imposter “prosecutors” and all the fraudulent expenses paid to the support staff they fraudulently hired.

This is the best day for this to happen. After Biden's words last night, let's see if there's any tongue-biting from the left. I'll believe it when I see it.

Realistically, there is only one authority that can 'fire' Gestapo Garland and his boss. We the People. Let us finish the job on Nov 5. The Almighty has already given the signal!

I saw this on Fox News and thought, just for laughs, I'll switch over to CNN. Good Lord, their hair is on fire, they can't talk fast enough to attack this judge. They had 6...SIX loony lib ''journalists'' sitting there all drooling to add their own nonsense. I loved it...then my brain started to hurt and I switched back.

In a new filing in the Fani Willis disqualification motions, cellphone records demonstrate that Willis and Nathan Wade's close relationship started before she hired him as the special prosecutor for the RICO case against Trump et al. MSNBC host Joe Scarborough did not react kindly to the network removing his show from the air Monday following the assassination attempt against former president Donald Trump. Scarborough and co-host Mika Brzezinski, his wife, addressed the situation Tuesday and accused MSNBC of lying to them about replacing the show with breaking news coverage of the fallout from the Trump assassination attempt. If MSNBC does that again, Scarborough said, he will leave the show and they can find a new host. “We were told, in no uncertain terms on Sunday evening that there was going to be one news feed across all NBC news channels yesterday,” Scarborough said. “That did not happen.”

This is a scary moment in America, and we need a leader who won’t exploit the chaos. Someone who can strike just the right tone – with humanity, and moral clarity – that trickles down to other leaders in both parties, reminding us of our values, our better selves. Joe Biden rose to the occasion. He expressed sincere empathy for Donald Trump and other victims of Saturday’s horrific attack, including a father killed while protecting his family from bullets. He called on all Americans to “lower the temperature in our politics,” and to reject violence in any form. He did his part, dialed it down, .

Embattled Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle says she has no plans to resign, even after the stunning revelation that the agency decided not to guard the roof from which Thomas Crooks opened fire on former President Donald Trump because it was too slanted. “That building in particular has a sloped roof at its highest point. And so, you know, there’s a safety factor that would be considered there that we wouldn’t want to put somebody up on a sloped roof,” she told ABC News in a startling admission.“And so, you know, the decision was made to secure the building, from inside,” she told the outlet.

BUTLER, Pa. — The Secret Service blamed local police for failing to secure the rooftop from which gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump, insisting it was outside the perimeter the federal agency was tasked with protecting. Instead, securing and patrolling the factory grounds of AGR International Inc. — located about 130 yards from the stage where Trump was speaking Saturday — was the responsibility of local Pennsylvania police, Secret Service representative Anthony Gugliemi said, according to the New York Times. The Secret Service was only tasked with covering the grounds where Trump’s rally took place, with local police being recruited to assist with those efforts and
