The Democratic National Convention Could
Be an Epic Political Massacre

Original Article

Joe Biden informed congressional Democrats in a letter on Monday that he has no intention of dropping out of the race. Later, during an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Biden defiantly dismissed those in the party who are calling on him to step aside and offered anyone to challenge him at the Democratic National Convention. "The American public is not going to move away from me as the average voter," Biden told hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough. "And again, I'm here for two reasons: One to rebuild the economy for hardworking middle-class people [to] give everybody a shot. It's a straight shot. Everybody gets a fair chance, number one."

If the Dem power structure is smart, they will have massive law enforcement presence including National Guard troops. Surely, the sane and practical ones left in the party (assuming there are any) realize the dangers ahead. Violent riots and confrontations are not a good look three months before the election. I would not want to be within a hundred miles of Chicago. The normal daily slaughter there is bad enough.

I hope it is nothing minor or easily dealt with. I hope for maximum chaos, backstabbing and hurt feelings and "take my ball and go home" sort of outcomes. Dems are a coalition of crazy people, all power hungry and all ethics-free, willing to do WHATEVER it takes ot get money and power. And when they go all "herding cats mode" it can turn into herding sharks and a feeding frenzy. Sounds like great fun.

I expect the dems to have something worked out by convention time. If nothing else, they'll figure out how to buy the Bidens off with a whole lot of money. They can't afford to have a 'political massacre' that close to the election. They will figure some way to avoid it.

If you're looking for rioting in the streets and cops with billy clubs, ala 1968, you'll be sorely disappointed. The biggest problem that will occur with this new generation of protesters is the consternation if the proper organic, vegan and gluten-free meals aren't promptly catered as required. Then things could get ugly.

A Convention Battle? As far as the actial nomination process, I thought the HairSniffer had enough -and more- committed delegates to be nominated on the first ballot. But... who knows what machinations are going on beforehand and behind the scenes! The pansy flukes may show up and put on a show for the media, but any real trouble would have to come from the Antifa thugs.....but which side would they be on, the Sniffer's, or the 'Rats Behind the Green Curtain? Watch for buses bringing crowds of 'protesters' in, watch for pallets of bricks to 'just happen to appear' the night before a 'spontaneous' and 'mostly peaceful' demonstration/riot. If and when they do, track down who chartered the buses and who contracted for the bricks!

Too many people have all kinds of weird things pop into their heads when you mention the word "wealth." So when an article appears that mentions (almost certainly correctly) that Baby Boomers are at the moment the wealthiest generation and reveals how they are apparently flocking to a town in Texas with wheelbarrows full of cash (almost certainly an exaggeration), it's easy to spot some of those misconceptions. Georgetown, Texas, is the place to be, at least if you're of a certain age. Thanks to a surge in baby boomers moving into the city just 40 miles north of Austin, it's the fastest-growing city in America.

On Monday, Russia bombed Kyiv during rush hour hitting multiple sites across the town. They intentionally struck Ukraine's largest children's hospital, which provides care to some of the country's sickest children, including those with cancer. At least 36 are dead and 137 injured across the city, but first responders are still trying to clear the rubble. It is unclear how many children may lie under the destruction in the children's hospital. It's the most tragic scenario that could be imagined, and it was done in broad daylight by monsters who purposely targeted vulnerable children and families. Some of the doctors were in surgery with children when the strike hit.

Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent Wall Street law firm, implemented new standards for job applicants from top law schools following antisemitic protests that swept America’s universities in the aftermath of Hamas’s October 7 terrorist attack on Israel. The policy, detailed in a New York Times report, dictates that individuals who participated in college protests should be held responsible for their actions, as well as the actions of those around them, Joseph C. Shenker of Sullivan & Cromwell, told the Times. The firm conducts background checks on potential first-year associates to scrutinize applicants’ involvement with pro-Palestinian groups and campus protests, looking for examples of antisemitism.

Donald Trump’s choice for veep is reportedly down to Gov. Doug Burgum and Sen. J.D. Vance, with Burgum having a slight edge. But the race is changing fast, and the former prez certainly isn’t afraid to shift course to up his odds in response: The larger his landslide, the stronger his mandate and the longer his coattails. So, while North Dakota’s Burgum would be fine (while Vance looks risky in any circumstances), it’s not too late to consider someone like Virginia’s Gov.
