Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) Back in the numb, dark days of early 2021, we all knew we weren't going to enjoy Joe Biden's tenure in the White House. It was, however, difficult to imagine just how much havoc Biden and the DOCTOR Missus could wreak. Biden was never a standout in his other two Beltway gigs, but he couldn't issue executive orders then.
Throw in Madame VEEP and it's a real hotbed of Keystone Cops action there at the top.
My good friend Stephen Green wrote a couple of things yesterday that made me want to strongly spike my morning coffee. Fortunately for me,

What’s coming is as plain as day.
Our nation can hardly be said to have a southern border at all anymore. Even if the border were magically to reappear tomorrow, millions of people are already in the country without anyone knowing who or what they are. One hundred sixty-nine people on the FBI’s terror watch list were caught at the border in 2023; nobody knows how many people on that watch list got across the nonexistent border without being caught. Four jihadis just murdered at least 137 people in Moscow. They held the same beliefs as the Hamas jihadis who murdered 1,200 people in Israel on Oct. 7.

Self-described “basic Chinese dictatorship” admirer — I don’t need to play the clip here, right? We’ve all seen it by now — and effeminate Xi Jinping boy-toy Justin Trudeau has big new plans for the money his government farms from the serfs. Via The Daily Messenger (emphasis added):
The Canadian Government will invest C$8.4 million (US$6.1 million) to investigate how climate change affects the decline of democracy, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Wednesday (20 March).
The Canadian premier delivered the remarks during his virtual participation at the Third Summit for Democracy convened by South Korea.

Is the Black Sea Fleet no more? Recent attacks by drones and missiles have whittled it down to a shadow of its former self. Grant Shapps, the UK secretary of state for defense, said, "Putin's continued illegal occupation of Ukraine is exacting a massive cost on Russia's Black Sea Fleet which is now functionally inactive. Russia has sailed the Black Sea since 1783 but is now forced to constrain its fleet to port. And even there Putin's ships are sinking!"
But does the fleet actually matter anymore to Russia's overall mission against Ukraine and any potential war versus NATO? Some analysts have argued that Russia has

Tony Bobulinski’s testimony before Congress is upsetting all the right people. As a former associate of Hunter Biden, he has been spilling the tea about the Biden family’s business dealings, which isn’t sitting well with folks on the left. They responded to his involvement with House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden by doing their level best to smear and discredit the witness. However, Bobulinski has been fighting back.
Jessica Tarlov, a left-leaning co-host on Fox News’ “The Five,” stepped in it on Wednesday when she claimed, without evidence, that Bobulinski was being funded by Super PAC aligned with former President Donald Trump during a recent broadcast.

During an impeachment inquiry hearing on Wednesday, Tony Bobulinski testified regarding his previous business dealings with members of the Biden family. During the hearing, he accused Hunter Biden of committing perjury during his previous testimony, and he called Joe Biden "a serial liar."
"You are presented with two narratives in this investigation," Bobulinski said in his opening statement, which was received by PJ Media. "A false one being pushed by Joe Biden, a serial liar and fabulist now under this impeachment investigation for public corruption; his brother Jim Biden, a 75-year-old man who cannot keep his lies straight, including under oath; and his son Hunter Biden, a chronic drug addict

Nevada hasn't voted Republican in a presidential election since 2004. I have to admit that I'd nearly given up on the state, as hopes of being competitive there have been repeatedly shattered. But Donald Trump appears to be in a solid position to win it in November. He's led in the RealClear Politics average in Nevada since early November, with an average spread of +4.3 points. In 2020, Trump never led Biden in the RCP average there. Something has definitely changed. Naturally, Democrats have to be worried. Even though Nevada only has six Electoral College votes, those are six votes that could make Trump's path to 270 much easier.

The Left is castigating presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump for warning that there would be a "bloodbath" if he's not elected in November. The dishonest media wasted no time taking the comment out of context (he was talking about tariffs on foreign auto imports) and falsely claiming that Trump was cooking up an insurrection—or maybe even WWIII.Lather, rinse, repeat.
This is what they do, and quite frankly, it bores me to tears anymore. It's as predictable as the sun coming up in the East every morning. I know from reading the comments here at PJ Media that you are also sick of it.

"Outlaw your car" sounds like such an outrageous phrase, and technically speaking, it isn't true — but only barely. What practical difference is there between outlawing something, and regulating it out of existence? That's exactly what the EPA intends to do this week with strict new rules going forward against gas- and diesel-powered cars and light trucks.
Expected as soon as Wednesday, the Biden EPA "is poised to finalize emissions rules that will effectively require a certain percentage — as much as two-thirds by 2032 — of new cars to be all-electric," according to Inside EVs. Politico sells the expected rule as one that would "tackle the nation’s biggest source

The Police Conference of New York, one of the largest law enforcement organizations in the country, is officially opposing Judge Adeel Mangi's nomination to sit on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mangi was nominated last year by President Joe Biden and is opposed by the PCNY because of his ties to radical, pro-criminal organizations.
"On behalf of the Police Conference of New York, the largest police organization in the great state of New York, representing more than 50,000 professional police officers from 200+ member units, I write to advise you of our serious concerns with the nomination of Adeel A. Mangi

On Thursday, March 21, one of the Democratic party’s most accomplished campaign consultants will die.
In a sense, Hal Malchow has been planning for this day ever since 1987, when a genetic marker test revealed he was likely to develop Alzheimer’s. At the time, he was barely 35 years old, a hustling political operative who had recently come off managing Al Gore’s first Senate campaign while overcome with worry about his mother’s early descent into dementia. (Around her 50th birthday, she was discovered wandering lost in a parking lot in the Mississippi town where she had lived her whole life.) After his mother’s untimely death, in 1990,

President Joe Biden is anxious and angry about his reelection campaign as former President Donald Trump shows strength in swing states and nationally.
Biden has been “second-guessing” travel and messaging for his bid for four more years amid other frustrations, according to a report from NBC News.
The report cites several people familiar with the Biden campaign to illustrate the frustrations the president has as his 2020 opponent appears on track to beat him, according to most polls.
Biden was reportedly “seething” after he was told his handling of the war in Gaza had caused
