Yemen's Houthis have vowed to expand their attacks on international shipping and have claimed to have new hypersonic missiles that could dodge the West's defence systems. The Houthis having hypersonic missiles, if true, could raise the stakes in the ongoing attacks by the terrorist group on shipping in the Red Sea and surrounding waterways in protest of Israel's war on Hamas in Gaza. The new weapons - which could potentially evade the West's defence system due to their speed and maneuverability - were reported by Russian state media, which cited an unnamed official, but provided no evidence for the Houthi claim.

Shocking footage captured on a cell phone shows the moment a vicious fifth-grade female student beat up a little boy on a school bus while the woke school the children attend kept the footage from the victim’s father. As Real News Michiana (RNM) reported, the incident occurred in Niles, Michigan, on March 4 and involved Ballard Elementary School students.[snip] The father also told RNM the school district has not allowed him to view video taken by cameras mounted within the school bus and that the girl who beat his son has had several discipline issues in the past, including being banned from riding the bus

Reparations activists have opened a new front in their battle for compensation for slavery-era abuses — huge tax breaks for black people. Tiffany Cross, the author and television host, and other presenters of her Native Land Pod, this week tried to reboot America's flagging reparations efforts with a call for tax breaks for African Americans. Campaigners have already erected billboards to this end in Chicago, pushing for black-only carve-outs on the $6,000-a-year property taxes that are typical in the Illinois city.

Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) denounced Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as an “obstacle to peace” in a Thursday floor speech and called on Israelis to hold a new election to replace the Netanyahu government amid the ongoing war with Hamas. “Netanyahu has lost his way by allowing his political survival to take precedence over the best interests of Israel,” Schumer said in a 40-minute speech on the Senate floor, suggesting Israel should elect a new leader who can deal with the threat of Hamas. Schumer’s call for an Israeli election comes as President Joe Biden and other Democrats are becoming increasingly frustrated with Netanyahu over the rising civilian

The Biden administration on Wednesday quietly issued yet another sanctions waiver to Iran, giving the terrorist regime access to as much as $10 billion in frozen assets. When Presidentish Joe Biden showed similar largess in September of last year, he promised that the money — "merely" $6 billion that time — could "only be spent on humanitarian purposes." Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said his government would spend the money however they damn well pleased, and then did. It was less than two months ago when three American servicemembers were killed and another three dozen wounded in a drone attack by Iran-backed terrorists on a U.S. observation post in Jordan.

Former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says he wants to pull together a group of investors to buy TikTok. Mnuchin, who also has connections to Hollywood, announced his plans on CNBC Thursday morning. The House of Representatives passed a bill this week that would force TikTok owner Bytedance to divest the video platform, and while the bill’s future in the Senate is uncertain, potential buyers like Mnuchin are already beginning to pull together game plans, should it pass. “I think the legislation should pass and I think it should be sold,” Mnuchin said. “It’s a great business, and I’m going to put together a group to buy TikTok.”

Joe Biden won the normality test in 2020. There wasn’t anything remarkable about him. He just seemed like a steady hand who had been around for a while, who didn’t look or sound like a radical and who knew how Washington worked. He wasn’t the leader of a movement, wasn’t charismatic and wasn’t particularly witty or well-spoken. He was, in fact, completely uninteresting and utterly conventional. He was just the most normal guy in the room. He benefited from a favorable contrast with the magnetic, endlessly interesting, constantly outrageous, norm-busting President Donald Trump

A Canadian law that aims to make social media platforms safer is getting flak for what some decry as government overreach. Introduced late last month, the Online Harms Act, or Bill C-63, would allow judges to imprison adults for life if they advocate for genocide. I have been pretty hard on clueless Army Secretary Christine Wormuth during the year and a half I've been scribbling here. When you see her as the ballerina atop the melting, gooey, sticky sundae that is the current state of the United States Army itself, you realize the decline is thanks to the intrepid leadership of decades of Milleys and Austins in the upper echelons. Wormuth didn't build the failing base her wokeness happily pirouettes on. She's just making sure there's enough syrup running down the sides to thoroughly cover the formerly solid underpinnings an increasingly corporate Army brain trust had already started melting.

One of the most ridiculous and offensive things about "transwomen" and drag queens is that many of them exist as parodies of women, save for those few who are failed male athletes who are in it to steal the glory of victory from actual women. Dylan Mulvaney is the apotheosis of this, and his new music video captures the distorted view of womanhood that is being pushed out by the Queer community. (X) This sort of parodic behavior--the embrace of the worst stereotypes of womanhood--is a natural consequence of men who are attracted to the idea of becoming women in the first place.

In a plot fit for an Indiana Jones film, Nazi U-boats once ferried saboteurs to the United States, dropping them off in rubber dinghies along the East Coast under cover of darkness. Their mission was dubbed “Operation Pastorius” and targets included factories, plants, and rail lines — namely Altoona’s famous “Horseshoe Curve,” a railroad engineering marvel built in 1854 vital to the U.S. shipments of steel, medicine, rations, and even troops. The saboteurs, who landed in Long Island and Jacksonville, Fla., had also set their sights on Newark’s Penn Station and a cryolite metals plant in Philadelphia.

American Experiment’s Isaac Orr and Mitch Rolling tell you what you need to know to respond to ill-informed advocates for “green” energy. There is much more at the link, but here is an overview: 1. Renewables can’t survive on their own The renewable energy industry is a subsidy-based industry, as wind and solar are largely dependent on lucrative state and federal subsidies. However, renewable advocates justify these perpetual subsidies by claiming thermal generators receive more subsidies than wind and solar. This assertion is not based on reality…. *** In 2022, wind and solar generators received three and eighteen times more subsidies per MWh, respectively, than natural gas, coal, and nuclear generators combined.

The latest evidence that electric vehicles are nothing more than environmental snake oil can be found in a recent Wall Street Journal article pointing out that these “clean” cars are actually more polluting than their gasoline-powered brethren. By polluting, we mean actual pollution, not carbon dioxide emissions – which is not pollution but plant food. The Journal was highlighting a study from 2022 that, naturally, was ignored by the mainstream press at the time. What the study found was that “brakes and tires on EVs release 1,850 times more particle pollution compared to modern tailpipes.” Why? Because EVs are as much as 30% heavier than gas-powered cars, which means

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is far ahead of his political rivals, and right-wing parties would win another election if it were held today, according to a poll released Wednesday by Israel’s Channel 14. The result led to speculation that pressure from the Biden administration has united Israelis behind Netanyahu as the only leader capable of standing up to the White House on issues such as a Palestinian state and defeating Hamas. The poll was conducted in the wake of the departure of politician Gideon Sa’ar from the opposition Blue and White Party, a centrist party that governs with Netanyahu’s right-wing coalition in an emergency government of national unity.
