Former Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean said Thursday on CNN’s “NewsNight” that former President Donald Trump was the candidate of “the gazillionaire class.”
Anchor Abby Phillip said, “Also, this week Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said, he’s going to pick a vice presidential running mate. He needs it because it’s an important part of the ballot access process. 2016 it’s require a running mate. So when you see a shortlist that includes people like Aaron Rodgers, he shared Sandy Hook conspiracy theories, Jesse Ventura, he’s a former wrestler, turned Minnesota governor. When you see that shortlist, what goes through your mind?”
Dean said, “Look, I think Bobby Kennedy is a sad case

A Florida judge has rejected a motion from former US President Donald Trump to dismiss a classified documents case against him.
His attorneys argued the criminal charges under the Espionage Act were unclear.
But Judge Aileen Cannon said ruling in favour of Mr Trump would have been an "extraordinary step".
She will rule later on another Trump motion arguing that ex-presidents are shielded from record-keeping rules. Mr Trump, who has already pleaded not guilty to 40 criminal charges in the matter, attended Thursday's hearing. In a separate case on Thursday, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg asked for a 30-day delay in the former president's trial in New York on charges of business fraud

A group of female athletes on Thursday sued the National Collegiate Athletics Association for permitting male intrusion into their sex-specific sports and private spaces.
Spearheaded by the Independent Council on Women’s Sports, the lawsuit accuses the NCAA and Georgia Tech — the site of the 2022 NCAA Swimming Championships, where male University Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas won the 500 meter freestyle — of knowingly violating Title IX. That federal statute prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational institutions that receive federal funding, serving as the basis for sex-segregated school athletics.
The lawsuit, first reported by the Free Press, demands that males be disqualified from participating in women’s sports.

Manhattan prosecutors said they will not oppose a 30-day adjournment of former President Trump’s upcoming hush money trial after receiving thousands of new documents in recent days.
The U.S. attorney’s office has turned over 73,000 pages of records since March 4, almost half of which were produced Wednesday, court filings show. Prosecutors indicated more records are expected to be turned over by next week.
“Based on our initial review of yesterday’s production, those records appear to contain materials related to the subject matter of this case, including materials that the People requested from the USAO more than a year ago and that the USAO previously declined to provide,” prosecutors wrote.

As RedState reported on Thursday, Sen. Chuck Schumer decided to engage in a bit of foreign election interference by going to the Senate floor and proclaiming that Israel must hold new elections. That comes as the American ally gears up to finish Hamas off in Gaza once and for all. In the face of that, Democrats have faced significant pushback from their radical, pro-terrorist base. As Jennifer Van Laar shared in her initial report, Schumer's behavior is insanely inappropriate and telling.
Schumer's speech is stunning for a few reasons. First, we usually keep our attempts at regime change a little less public. Second, it reveals Schumer's evil focus

SpaceX’s next-generation mega rocket launched Thursday morning, thundering into orbit on a key test flight meant to demonstrate new technologies and techniques that will be crucial on future missions to the moon and beyond.
The flight, held on the 22nd anniversary of SpaceX's founding, was the rocket’s third and most ambitious such test, according to the company. The event was closely watched because the nearly 400-foot-tall booster, known as Starship, is expected to play an important part in NASA’s return-to-the-moon program. The rocket lifted off at 9:25 a.m. ET from SpaceX’s Starbase test site in Boca Chica, Texas. On this outing, SpaceX achieved two major milestones over previous Starship tests:

Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) denounced Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as an “obstacle to peace” in a Thursday floor speech and called on Israelis to hold a new election to replace the Netanyahu government amid the ongoing war with Hamas.
“Netanyahu has lost his way by allowing his political survival to take precedence over the best interests of Israel,” Schumer said in a 40-minute speech on the Senate floor, suggesting Israel should elect a new leader who can deal with the threat of Hamas.
Schumer’s call for an Israeli election comes as President Joe Biden and other Democrats are becoming increasingly frustrated with Netanyahu over the rising civilian

Former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says he wants to pull together a group of investors to buy TikTok.
Mnuchin, who also has connections to Hollywood, announced his plans on CNBC Thursday morning.
The House of Representatives passed a bill this week that would force TikTok owner Bytedance to divest the video platform, and while the bill’s future in the Senate is uncertain, potential buyers like Mnuchin are already beginning to pull together game plans, should it pass. “I think the legislation should pass and I think it should be sold,” Mnuchin said. “It’s a great business, and I’m going to put together a group to buy TikTok.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is far ahead of his political rivals, and right-wing parties would win another election if it were held today, according to a poll released Wednesday by Israel’s Channel 14.
The result led to speculation that pressure from the Biden administration has united Israelis behind Netanyahu as the only leader capable of standing up to the White House on issues such as a Palestinian state and defeating Hamas.
The poll was conducted in the wake of the departure of politician Gideon Sa’ar from the opposition Blue and White Party, a centrist party that governs with Netanyahu’s right-wing coalition in an emergency government of national unity.

PALM BEACH, Florida — Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively at Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday evening that he is “honored” to be the GOP nominee for president for the third straight presidential election, but he is concerned the United States of America is in “deep trouble,” as the “lunatic” Democrat President Joe Biden is still in charge for the next seven months.
“Number one, I’m honored to be the one representing the great Republican Party,” Trump said in a 90-minute-long exclusive interview at his luxurious seaside resort and club here in southeast Florida. “It’s very important. I thought I would be. I didn’t think it would be this fast.

CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig said Wednesday on CNN’s “Newsroom” that Fulton County, GA Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissing multiple charges in former President Donald Trump’s Georgia election racketeering case is “embarrassing” for Fulton County, GA District Attorney Fani Willis and her team.
Honig said, “I don’t think this ruling changes the type of evidence that the DA’s going to be able to introduce, but it does knock out some of the charges and look, it’s embarrassing for prosecutors. It’s a screwup by prosecutors when you bring a charge and then a judge throws it out before it even goes to trial.”
