Why Americans No Longer Trust the Healthcare System

Original Article

Trust is foundational in relationships, whether between individuals or between individuals and institutions. A Gallup survey from last summer found, “Americans’ faith in major societal institutions hasn’t improved over the past year following a slump in public confidence in 2022.” (snip) Doctors, hospitals, and healthcare systems used to be held in high esteem, but no more. Aren’t these the “experts” in white coats? What happened to that trust? Why do only 1 in 3 Americans trust what was once a sacred healing profession? (snip) What is interesting is the partisan divide, with Democrats far more trusting in medical instructions than Republicans.

When your doctor starts asking questions about the size of your house, how many firearms you own, and other questions they have no business asking, it's time to question why. And just who is collecting the data?

Even before COVID, I noticed that various doctors were pushing treatments I didn't want. One doctor got furious at me when I declined the first shingles vaccine because I knew two people who got shingles days after being vaccinated. Another tried to shoot me full of steroids for a sinus infection when every sinus infection in the past had responded well to just a round of antibiotics. I began to suspect a financial element in pushing extra treatments. COVID confirmed my suspicions. Now I decline most "vaccines" as a matter of course, since very few prevent diseases, and instead promise "a less severe case." I have more confidence in my common sense and 60+ years of knowledge of my body than I do in most doctors these days. I think they're more loyal to their corporate masters than they are to their patients.

I was a paramedic for 12 years and an ER RN for another 27 years. Hospitals I once knew were great places to go for treatment became meat grinders with a billing center. The staff are overworked and underpaid. The upper echelons are overpaid and underworked. My wife and I haven't taken a single "vaccine" and never caught anything. Conversely, several of my "Karen" friends are having problems similar to those associated with COVID-19 syndrome. One person that I know "died suddenly" at the age of 34. Part of the Agenda 21 agreement was to reduce the world population by a sizeable amount. When 2019 came, it was apparent they were going to miss their goal. Ya see what happened from there. Right?

I have plenty of Medical Doctors attending to my various conditions, but I don't fully trust Medical Doctors aligned with corporate medical networks, which is about 80-90% of them. Reason being that during COVID they simply 'toed' the "Fauci Line" and parroted the "party line" about the science, vaccines, masks, social distancing, lock-downs, etc. I've never seen such behavior in all my life. Highly suspicious.

During Covid, there was a lot of conflicting info available. It was easy to find that a century of findings found that masks don’t work with virus, ven when properly used, and to see worse than useless mask usage on the streets and in medical facilities not following guidelines. It was easy to find that the 6’ basis was just an arbitrary doubling of the 3’,basis, which in turn was based ob (ideal case) modeling in the EU. We have a great ER…or shall I say emergency room, fully understaffed. I have little faith in political doctors, and worry that DEI and other current passions will destroy what goodvremains

Call your primary. You might get an appointment in 2 weeks. First thing they say is go to Urgent care or the ER. Go to urgent care and they treat you and then tell you to go see your primary when you are well. Be sick enough for a hospital stay. Go upstairs and you are given a Doctor. You don't get a choice, you get what they appoint to you, and your primary never see's you. But they tell you to see your primary when you get out, so you can wait 2 weeks for that. You primary does not work on their own any more , they belong to a group that pays them a salary. They are now 9 to 5 and can't be bothered with you unless you get there between 9 and 5.

The entire system is built on lies. Good men and women go into medicine to keep people healthy and to fix what is broken to the extent that it can be done. Big Pharma, the government stooges, and Big Food have conspired to make us sick with the modern American diet of refined crap. The unhealthiest people in America are the poor, and it’s not due to a lack of access to medicines and doctors. I quit their game. I eat keto/carnivore, avoid sugar and other highly refined carbohydrates, and get some exercise. It has taken me from 220 pounds three years ago to 165 pounds today. Just quit playing their game. They really are trying to kill you.

When they were giving covid advice based on financial incentives, that did it for me. I feel sure that two of my friends died because the hospitals were rewarded for using remdesivir. I know doctors were rewarded for pushing the jab. Many doctors cannot buck the CDC, or the corporate structure that they work under....which makes them bad doctors.

I don't trust doctors at all. I have repeatedly witnessed doctors and nurses make mistakes on members of my family. My own doctor has lied to me three times -- so far. This is why I have turned to alternative medicine. Consequently, I now know how to treat things that mainstream medicine does not. Add DEI to the medical system and you now have even more problems. As I've mentioned in the past, at an emergency room of a very well known hospital, I was met by a DEI doctor. She couldn't comprehend what I was saying, she asked the wrong questions and she ordered a somewhat dangerous test that I clearly did not need. So for the first time in my life, I walked out of a hospital and instead treated the malady on my own.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME. Lots of people got fooled once, and now they're on to the Liars. I check the 'WattsUpWithThat' climate website every now and then. They keep tabs on the lying 'Man-Made Climate Disruption' industry. They have some contributors who have the hobby of taking large data sets (like weather data) and trying to tease out patterns. One of them was looking at the Covid data early on, and wrote that "It stood out like a sore thumb" that places where people took Hydroxychloroquine to prevent malaria had almost NO Covid. Combine that with reports of doctors in other countries successfully treating Covid with Ivermectin and Zinc, along with some other stuff. Add in the reports of weird, previously unseen long fibrous clots in the veins of people who had received The Shot, then died. Then when the same Media that has lied to us about everything went on the 'Vax' frenzy, I figured they were lying. When ANY doctor, no matter how previously respected, questioned any aspect of the Clot Shot industry was 'cancelled', cut off from communication, and had their medical licenses revoked, I KNEW that there was something EVIL going on with the Clot Shots. I never got 'the Clot Shot', never will. Not getting any of the (what is it now, 9 or 10?) Boosters. Never will. I will also NEVER trust the CDC, NIH, Big Pharma, Big Government, or Big media.

A few years ago, I had pain in my leg and elbow that didn’t go away so I threw caution to the wind and went down the street to a group of docs since I haven’t had a primary doc in probably 35 years (an internist who was a friend of my husband). I only went to the gynecologist once a year as I was never sick. Anyway…this female doc starts asking me the dumbest questions and inputting my replies into a computer, which annoyed me, and then she says “so, how’s your sex life?” and I did a double take—WHAT? The look on my face must have said something and she moved on. I was embarrassed. Unbelievable. She sent me for x-rays, which is what I wanted, and everything was fine. But seriously, I haven’t gone back and won’t unless I’m bleeding out or have a broken bone. What an idiot. I try to deal with any issues with natural and holistic treatments. I hate doctors. No thanks.

Having dealt with military doctors for 2 decades and the VA now I've already had a mistrust of some in the healthcare system.
