The GOP Is Changing, And That’s Good

Do you remember your stupid high school government teacher, that insipid left-leaning strange-o in the bad sport jacket who taught you that conservatives don’t want to change and liberals want change and blah blah blah? Good gosh, there’s nothing worse than the unionized hacks infesting our schools and filling empty skulls with nonsense. But enough about public education. The truth is that today’s conservatives do want change, and change is coming to our party. The new Republican Party is, as that desiccated old pervert masquerading as our president likes to say, not your father’s Republican Party.

I like Mr. Schlichter, but I am not sure I agree with him. While I really like and admire J.D. Vance we really need him in the senate. He’s my senator and is doing excellent work! I also, like Ric Grennell, but I believe he could be very effective in President Trump’s cabinet. People are sick of having gays used as virtue signaling and choosing him as VP would be seen as just that. There are many good men in the senate. Rand Paul and Josh Hawley are two and I believe would make an excellent choice to replace the old turtle reprobate. By the way, how do we know that McConnell was the only guy that could have given us good nominees for the SCOTUS? What we do know is that Mitch CCP McConnell did tremendous damage to a sitting President for spite and his own gain. Therefore, I am not inclined to throw accolades his way even if he kept Garland off the court. If Mitch wields the power the author believes him to possess, the choice will not be a good one. However, Republicans have to make the best decision. Throw down the gauntlet and choose someone who will do the will of the people and not be beholden to a foreign government, a hostile one at that! It’s time our leaders boldly declare by act and deed that they are in office to serve the American people and put this country first.

Most of the established Republicans have not changed. They either need to change fundamentally or be replaced. Tom Tillis, Lindsay Graham, and John Cornyn come to mind. I doubt they can change since they have been wallowing in the feed trough for so long.

losing Hong Kong Mitch is that "one small step for man and one giant leap for(republicans everywhere)" now = to the remove the 3 chosen Apostles (Cornyn, Thune, Barrasso) that HK Mitch has lined up to take his place and that will be the completion of the "giant leap for mankind" or = maybe the republicans in the Senate who don't align with these 3 or HK mItch should caucus separately and split the delegation so that they have no connection with the RINO's and Trump Haters

I always love Kurt's articles and this one hits home again. I would love to see J.D as a VP Candidate. We need Young Blood to take over this Country. Yes, Trump is old, but he's only going to be there 4 years, then J.D. could be President for 8 years and we would see REAL change in this Country. As for who is going to take over the Speakership, I hope it's not any of the OLD Guard. What have they done for us? Not much! I would hope to see a Young, Fire and Brimstone kind of person take over that spot who would slash and burn the Senate and make them into a Body that would actually DO something for this Country instead of just have meetings and never actually get anything done!!

I disagree with the 50/50 split. There is massive fraud and cheating going on to get to that 50/50 number. Just watch 2000 Mules, Let My People Go, etc. They ignore laws, make up laws, run dems as conservatives, censor, bribe, blackmail, imprison and outright cheat and steal (and murder, if necessary). If all that was fixed I think the split would be closer to 75/25 which is why they have to steal it every time in every way.

"The GOP is changing", not fast enough for my liking. President Trump needs to pick a VP who is as much like himself as possible. Exactly who that is, I'm not quite sure. Cornyn is my senator too. A snake no doubt and he must be kept out of the "leadership" of the Republican Party. Hopefully poster # 11, we can primary his sorry *ss in '26, but it will be tough. We'll see how many votes little nikki gets in the primary today. That'll be a baseline for how many votes will be needed to rid ourselves of cornholio next election.

The Republican Party is now the America First MAGA Party. WE hijacked it. WE own it. It's ours now. Next order of business, after we re-elect Trump: hijack the Deep State and set everyone in it to tuning out America First MAGA policies and programs. Got a war in Ukraine? Sorry. We're busy here at home. Middle East explode again? Sorry. We're not done with our own house yet. Need more money for NATO? Sorry. We have a border wall to finish.

What to know about Super Tuesday and why

It’s almost Super Tuesday when voters in 16 states and one territory will cast their ballots in the 2024 presidential primaries. Here’s why the day matters — and why it looks a little different this year. It’s traditionally the biggest day nationwide for primary elections and caucuses before the actual Election Day in November. Until now, only one or two states have held primaries or caucuses on the same day. This Tuesday, voters in 16 different states and one territory (Get it? “Super” Tuesday.) will be choosing who they want to run for president. Some states are also choosing who should run for governor or senator for their state,

Highway signs welcome drivers entering North Carolina to “the nation’s most military friendly state,” and veterans here know they’re being courted. But in a state where camouflage-colored appeals have become commonplace, recent efforts by progressive groups to cut into what has long been a reliably red constituency face an early test on Super Tuesday. Among the 16 states and one territory casting ballots in Tuesday’s 2024 presidential primaries and caucuses are some with the nation’s highest rates of active-duty service members and largest populations of veterans:

It's almost certain that a woman will be the next president of Mexico, i.e., la presidenta. For others, she is a U.S.-educated environmental engineer. President Biden was inaugurated Jan. 20, 2021. Weeks later, Feb. 2, he issued the executive order that began the unraveling at the border in earnest. The border crisis isn’t something that happened to Biden. It’s not a product of circumstances or understandable policy mistakes made under duress. No, he sought it and created it, on principle and as a matter of urgency. It wasn’t a second-year priority or even a second-quarter-of-the-first-year priority. The new president set out in his initial days and weeks in office to destroy what President Donald Trump had built, most consequentially in the Feb. 2 executive order. Our founders saw our various states as places to experiment with governance. Each can test ideas to see what works and what doesn’t. Citizens can provide feedback by migrating to those places where things work the best. I doubt that our founders expected an experiment to see if a communist state can coexist in a capitalist country. But New York has decided to conduct that experiment, seizing the means of production via lawsuits. During her campaign, New York attorney general Letitia James made the Lavrentiy Beria pledge to find a crime and “get Donald Trump.” It turns out she’s a woman of her word.
