A longtime Republican National Committee member, Henry Barbour, has introduced two resolutions for consideration by the RNC board that the Trump campaign opposes as "absurd." The first proposal would enforce the RNC by-laws that forbid the national committee from taking sides in a primary. The proposed resolution would explicitly prevent the RNC from coordinating with a campaign until one candidate has won 1215 delegates, which is the number needed for the nomination.
"The Republican National Committee must serve as a neutral player in primaries," the proposal reads, pointing to RNC Rule 11. That rule states the national party shall not "contribute money or in-kind aid to any

If they could help sell a million Trump sneakers, that would work.

Trump stands a very good chance of winning (on appeal) all these lawfare suits and the obscene verdict for hurting the feelings of some lying woman. This is why we need universal loser-pays laws for civil and even for criminal accusations. Yes, some lawyers would make out like bandits but prosecutors and claimants might think twice before politically mis-using the courts for BS. I have mixed feelings about the RNC underwriting DJT's legal defenses.

No, the Democrat Party should pay, plus treble damages, for fraudulent prosecution.

Yes. Definitely. Because these so-called idiotic charges are being dreamed up by the demoncraps to destroy PT and the GOP. As PT has said, they aren't after him. They are after you and he's is the only obstacle between us and the Berserkers.

Should the Republican Party Pay Donald Trump's Legal Bills?
Why not. The DNC paid for the Steele Dossier. They paid to tie up the Trump administration for the majority of his term.

Yes, help with the legal bills, because he is only being sued for associating with the GOP.

FTA: “If you accept Trump's reasoning that THE LEGAL BILLS ARE THE RESULT OF A POLITICAL PROSECUTION designed to hobble the former president in seeking to be elected again, the RNC should pay all legal bills whether they're directly related to the 2024 campaign or not.” / A vast number of conservative journalists as well as social media posters have commented on the numerous assaults directed at President Trump since he won the 2016 presidential election as something never seen before in this country; therefore, the “reasoning” for the assaults being “political prosecution” appears to be an accurate assessment and deserving/necessitating financial assistance from the Republican National Committee. President Trump is taking the slings and arrows not only for fly-over country citizens, but for congressional Republicans as well. Just because President Trump is a man of personal wealth should not deprive him of RNC financial support; his personal wealth is his personal wealth; his lawfare assaults are due to politics.
For those who would argue the Elizabeth Jean Carroll litigation is personal, considering the timeline of Ms. Carroll’s FIRST legal action against President Trump was initiated in November 2019—years after the alleged incident took place in 1995 or 1996 when he was PRIVATE CITIZEN Donald John Trump, suggests the action in 2019 was politically motivated against PRESIDENT Trump. As a aside, helping fund Ms. Carroll are “known Democrat Party activists and mega-donor Reid Hoffmann” (who also backed Nimarata (Nikki) Randhawa Haley with a $250,000 donation but discontinued funding after her New Hampshire loss to President Trump.

I don't send money to the RNC, and I don't donate to billionaires. So, the RNC can do whatever they want. If Ronna's gone, hopefully the money won't be wasted on vacations and flowers now.

For every dollar to defend President Trump, set another dollar aside to investigate and sue all the DNC,etc. operatives to have ruined our 'justice system.' MAKE THEM PAY, one way or another. Stop giving them a free ride.

Yes.
Trump should recover what he has paid out.
They didn't just rob Trump, they robbed his kids--who from what I can see have
turned out very well. They seem more than capable to manage that fortune responsibly.
Wealth needs a legacy behind it for society to benefit.
Once the smoke clears there will be opportunities to recoup those expenses several times over.
If the party steps up now, it will have a share in the bounty.

If you agree that the prosecutions have nothing to do with 2024, then you agree that the Democrats did not steal the 2020 election . or you agree that Barack Hussein is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, or Joe Biden can tie his own shoe laces! It is unending.
