Good riddance. That was the farewell message from former President Donald Trump to late night host Jimmy Kimmel as it appears the latter’s talk show could be coming to an end.
Trump took to his Truth Social outlet to make public his regards, saying: “They could get a far more talented person, who would also get better Ratings, for 5% of what they are paying this Loser!” (Snip) Trump’s words of farewell came after a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times saw the 56-year-old talk show host — who is gearing up to host the Academy Awards for the fourth time — revealing his current contract might be his last.

^Not that I ever watched, but yes, according to written reports.
Every late-night host is a flaming leftist. I am asleep long before their product comes on.

Kimmel was funny when he was teamed with Adam Corrolla and they did non-political funny bits, including girls in bikini's jumping on trampolines as they went to commercial. On his own he was just another leftist that thought he was cool. Unforunately, he wasn't funny and and he wasn't cool. He was just another Hollywood leftist bashing DJT while ignoring the mentally disturbed biden.

The only late-night hosts I've watched were Carson, Leno, Letterman (before he became a leftist dimwit), Fergeson and O'Brien. The ones on now are nothing but leftist echo chambers with hosts infected with TDS. Kimmel and his contemporaries have long ago lost half of their audience with one getting out of the game last year in James Corden. I guess now it's Kimmel's turn and like PDJT I say good riddance.

We used to watch “Win Ben Stein’s Money” and Kimmel was a member of the troupe. He was an a** then and nothing has changed.

Watched Jammy when he was on Win Ben Stein's Money. And the NFL gig. But, stopped when he started lecturing his audience about politics. I want to be entertained. Not lectured. Heck, I'm old enough to remember Jack Paar. He and his guests talked about life about which politics is only a part. Paar with Oscar Levant, Judy Garland, Selman Diamond, et al were hilarious.

Good riddance. I loved Carson and Leno was good, but these latest pukes are unwatchable, untalented, unfunny.

Re #3, I never knew that Kimmel was 'teamed up' with Adam Corolla. Corolla is a sensible, funny conservative, and I can't imagine that Kimmel, being the hateful, unfunny leftist that he is could ever even deal with Corolla.
There must have been a good bit of tension when they worked together. I've run into Corolla on various other shows a few times and he is funny, and I was surprised when he came up with some common sense comments showing a conservative view, too.

Kimmel was pretty good when he was Ben Stein's sidekick on the game show. And I think he did a pretty good sthick on one of the NFL pregame shows. But he lost it after those. And unwatchable on ABC.
Hey, even Al Franken was funny when he was on SNL.

Does Trump have to comment on if a leaf blows across the road? Seriously, the old adage of, "act like you've done it before and belong there", would go a long way to winning over independents.

Retirement, eh? Just as the call to release Epstein island visitors and videos of them on the island reaches a crescendo.

I'm old enough to remember Joe Pine and Bob Dornan as late night TV hosts.
