Former President Donald Trump crushed Nikki Haley in the Conservative Political Action Conference’s (CPAC) straw poll on Saturday. Trump destroyed Haley with a whopping 94 percent to her five percent. The poll concluded on the same day that Trump handily defeated Haley in the primary for her home state of South Carolina. CPAC also polled attendees about their vice presidential picks — which South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy tied. Just the News reports: Trump now stands as the all-time leader of the CPAC straw poll with seven wins, followed by Utah Sen. Mitt Romney with four, and Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul with three wins each.

I think Haley has been doing a fine job of humiliating herself. Just ask Gavin Newsom who sees her as the best surrogate the Democrats could ask for campaigning against Trump.

Americans for Prosperity Action, a Koch-backed group, has reportedly halted spending on the Nikki Haley campaign following her loss to former President Donald Trump in the South Carolina primary. Following Haley’s loss over the weekend, Americans for Prosperity CEO Emily Seidel said in an email to staff obtained by Politico that it will be taking “stock” of its spending priorities following Haley’s loss. The group will now reportedly focus on Senate and House races. “[Haley] has made it clear that she will continue to fight and we wholeheartedly support her in this effort,” Seidel wrote. “But given the challenges

Children attending government-run schools in Chicago, Illinois, might be a little less safe after a recent decision made by the city’s Board of Education. The board voted to remove uniformed police officers from 39 out of its 634 schools. The move has ignited a firestorm of controversy, with many Chicago residents arguing that this would leave students more vulnerable to violence. It is the latest development in the ongoing debate over whether schools should have armed personnel to protect students from would-be school shooters and other threats. A Windy City mother named Yalila Herrera blasted the decision during an appearance on "Fox & Friends," highlighting the concerns many parents have

Stealing cars is often more than a single person breaking into a car and driving off. In some cases, it’s a well-organized operation by highly skilled thieves. Surveillance footage showed a group of teens break into a Wisconsin Range Rover dealership last week. The group is suspected to be a part of a crime ring based out of Chicago. According to the video footage, there were nine masked suspects who stole nine vehicles with an estimated worth totaling over $500,000. Fox News reported: A group of teens believed to be part of a Chicago-area organized crime ring broke into a luxury Range Rover dealership in Wisconsin last week

Former President Trump cannot be stopped. Not indictments, not political witch hunts, not his mug shot going viral, or other candidates opposing him can put Trump in the bottom— and Democrats are panicking. Following Trump’s massive victory in the South Carolina primary Saturday night, President Joe Biden warned Americans what a second term in the White House would look like for the country. Biden attempted to fearmonger Americans into believing the United States will face a tumultuous future if Trump wins the 2024 election, despite polls revealing they trust the former President more on issues such as

An internal poll of Republican voters at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) found that Donald Trump again is their overwhelming top choice for president. Trump won the vote decisively with 94 percent of the vote to Nikki Haley's 5 percent. He also received a 96 percent job approval rating, with only 3 percent disapproving of his job performance as president out of the 1,478 poll respondents. It's the seventh year in a row that the former president dominated the annual poll as the choice for Republican nominee. He outperformed his March 2023 poll performance, where 62 percent of attendees listed him as their top choice going into 2024.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom thinks President Joe Biden should absolutely debate Donald Trump in the 2024 general election campaign. Biden has not yet committed to debate Trump this election cycle after the two went head-to-head multiple times in 2020. But Newsom, a top surrogate for Biden, suggested that the president is prepared to go against his predecessor and that suggestions he won't is 'pure projection.' Trump refused to participate in the primary debate this cycle because he claimed he was running as an incumbent and shouldn't have to go up against the B team.

First, California came for plastic straws. It did nothing meaningful for the environment, but it made lawmakers feel good — albeit at the expense of consumers. Guess what it will do to your wallet, Californians? According to The Center Square, a conservative publication, Democrat Sen. Catherine Blakespear, who represents a district in the San Diego suburbs, has introduced Senate Bill 1167, which would require chain restaurants to stop using paper or plastic single-use beverage cups.

And we can’t get to Net Zero—we don’t get the job done—unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution. You just can’t continue to both warm the planet while also expecting to feed it. It doesn’t work. So, we have to reduce emissions from the food system.” What a dilemma. If we feed people, we will continue to warm the planet.
