Elon Musk's rocket company SpaceX has transferred its incorporation from Delaware to Texas, the CEO and co-founder posted on X.
The move comes just weeks after a Delaware judge struck down Musk's $55.8 billion pay package as CEO of Tesla, prompting the billionaire to lash out against the state on social media, urging other companies to depart Delaware as well.
"SpaceX has moved its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas!" Musk wrote in a post on Tuesday, adding, "If your company is still incorporated in Delaware, I recommend moving to another state as soon as possible."

WASHINGTON — An FBI informant has been indicted on two counts of allegedly feeding the bureau false information about President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign.
Alexander Smirnov, 43, disliked Joe Biden and was arrested in Las Vegas after returning from a trip overseas, according to the Justice Department. The case grew out of the special counsel investigation being led by David Weiss, who is also leading the case against Hunter Biden. Weiss had been appointed by then-President Donald Trump as the top federal prosecutor in Delaware. The 37-page indictment alleges that Smirnov had been a confidential human source for the FBI since 2010

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) handling of the migrant crisis at his state’s southern border is catapulting him into the spotlight outside of Texas as the crisis plays out on the national stage.
Republicans in Washington have failed to pass legislation addressing the migrant crisis despite making it a top political issue. Abbott, on the other hand, has taken action, putting him at odds with the Biden administration. The governor’s border policies and subsequent standoff with the administration have given him a prominent platform in the conservative media sphere that he could utilize to his advantage as he considers his future steps within the GOP.

JPMorgan Chase and institutional investors BlackRock and State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) on Thursday announced that they are quitting or, in the case of BlackRock, substantially scaling back involvement in a massive United Nations climate alliance formed to combat global warming through corporate sustainability agreements.
In a statement, the New York-based JPMorgan Chase explained that it would exit the so-called Climate Action 100+ investor group because of the expansion of its in-house sustainability team and the establishment of its climate risk framework in recent years. BlackRock and State Street, which both manage trillions of dollars in assets, said the alliance's climate initiatives had gone too far,

According to a recent ABC News/Ipsos poll, 86% of Americans now believe Joe Biden's too old to serve as president. The mainstream media's fluffing of Biden and deflection to the fitness of Donald Trump hasn't fooled most voters, and that includes 73% of Democrats.
In fact, the mainstream media hasn't even fooled itself. Now that Robert Hur has exposed the Rehoboth Beach Emperor as having no clothes, Puck's Dylan Byers reports that White House correspondents knew it all along. In fact, they have little trouble discussing with each other, but balked at informing their readers and viewers to suit their own tastes:

Special counsel Robert Hur will testify about his investigation into President Biden’s handling of classified documents in a public hearing before the House Judiciary Committee next month, a source familiar with the plans confirmed to National Review.
Hur, who released a more than 300-page report on his investigation last week, will testify before the committee on March 12, as the Washington Examiner first reported.
The special counsel said last week he would not recommend Biden face charges for his mishandling of classified documents after leaving the office of the vice presidency, though he found Biden “willfully retained” such materials.

A former longtime friend and coworker of Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis testified on Thursday that Willis started a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade in 2019, years before she hired Wade to lead the Georgia election-fraud case against former president Donald Trump and more than a dozen other co-defendants.
The testimony of Robin Bryant-Yeartie, who became friends with Willis in college in the early 1990s and later worked with her in the Fulton County district attorney’s office, appears to directly contradict a recent court filing Willis made in which she and Wade claimed that they didn’t start a personal relationship until 2022,

A trial date has been set in Donald Trump's New York hush-money case.
Jury selection will begin on Monday 25 March, a judge ruled today, turning down requests for a delay from Trump's lawyers.
The case centres on years-old accusations that Trump sought to bury stories about extramarital affairs that emerged during his 2016 presidential campaign.
Prosecutors claim he paid off two women - porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal - as well as a Trump Tower doorman who claimed to have a story about Trump having a child outside of marriage. Trump denies having any of the sexual encounters.

Former Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski’s attorney has harsh words for Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) following his client’s testimony.
Bobulinski’s attorney Stefan Passantino wrote a letter Wednesday to Raskin, ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, accusing him of mischaracterizing the testimony his client gave Tuesday as part of the House GOP’s impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.
“It is with extreme concern that I see the Democrat Minority continue its abusive conduct and disingenuous mischaracterizations of Mr. Bobulinki’s testimony,” Passantino wrote in a letter obtained by National Review.

The U.S. used a multi-bladed weapon to kill Iran-backed Kataib Hezbollah leader Abu Baqr al-Saadi in February.
The U.S. targeted al-Saadi in Iraq on Feb. 7 out of retaliation for Kataib Hezbollah’s attacks against a military base in Jordan in late January that killed three U.S. troops. The weapon that was used to kill al-Saadi is a modified hellfire “flying ginsu” missile wielding six long blades, which was previously unreported in the aftermath of the strike, defense officials told The Wall Street Journal. The AGM-114 R9X hellfire missile, sometimes referred to as a Ginsu or a ninja bomb, does not contain a warhead and does not explode on impact, instead

A few days after the mostly peaceful protest against vote fraud at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, Disney CEO Bob Iger held an all-hands meeting announcing it was time for Disney to start “taking a stand” on political issues. At the time of this meeting, Bob Chapek was the Disney Grooming Syndicate’s CEO. Iger was serving in the ad hoc post of executive chairman. Eleven months later, primarily due to Disney’s entry into partisan politics and the divisive culture wars, Chapek would be gone, and Iger would be back in charge. In this video, which Christopher Rufo first reported, Iger is not at all subtle

LONDON/SINGAPORE - Global demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG) is estimated to rise by more than 50% by 2040, as China and countries in South and Southeast Asia use LNG to support their economic growth, Shell said on Wednesday.
The market remains "structurally tight", with prices and price volatility remaining above historic averages, constraining growth, the world's largest LNG trader said in its 2024 annual LNG market outlook. Demand for natural gas has peaked in some regions, including Europe, Japan and Australia in the 2010s, but continues to rise globally, and is expected to reach around 625-685 million metric tons per year in 2040, Shell said
