A critical examination of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training programs suggests they often make racism in the workplace worse, according to a report by David Haskell, an associate professor of digital media and journalism at Wilfrid Laurier University. In “What DEI research concludes about diversity training: It is divisive, counter-productive and unnecessary” — written for the Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy — Haskell argues DEI training, widely used by corporations, educational institutions and government agencies, is doing more harm than good when it comes to countering racism.

So picking new groups and saying it is okay to discriminate against them is not an effective way to stop discrimination? Who would have guessed! Next you will tell me to judge a man not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character.

It reinforces difference in skin color. Please stop this cra? If racism is so prevalent, how did Obama win two terms? Troublemakers. Stir that pot.

"Anti-racism" is hate-white people racist training, pure and simple.
Totally racist.

Being unfairly targeted and accused of wrongdoing because of one's skin color will, indeed, make one bitter and cynical.

Gee what a surprise. Whites resent being called racist when they are not. Blacks learn that all whites are evil and it is ok to hate them.

But post class self assessment says the classes work. The results have nothing to do with brow beating and threatening people's jobs if they answer "wrong".

M an: Isn't that the truth. I sat through a session of this garbage for about 2 hours before getting so angered I walked out as this racist black lady went on and on with a biased spiel that turned my stomach.

This all started with the election of The Magic Negro. He set race relations in this country back 60 years.

Racism is like an open wound that never heals. It might get a big ugly scab on it IF YOU LEAVE IT ALONE. Pick at it and it becomes worse than ever no matter how long you leave your hands off it. Don't touch it! It doesn't heal! Racism is the same.

Who, in their wildest dreams, would have though this could happen. I'm shocked.

It’s human nature to resent anyone who is unjustly attacking you. But the left has absolutely no grasp of human nature.

Those of us who had to endure the Social Actions brainwashing sessions in the Air Force could have told you that 40 years ago. Even those who walked into the classes indifferent left resentful. But you had to be willing and able to ape the party line or the punishment was more classes, a career stalled or even eventual discharge.

Struggle sessions straight from Chairman Mao's playbook. Def. from Wikipedia, 'Form of public humiliation and torture used by the Chinese Communist Party in the Mao era'.

When I was working, I resented having to sit through hours (sometimes days) of listening to blacks dressed in designer duds, wearing lots of gold, toting designer bags telling me about how whites (particularly white men) oppress minorities, gays, and women. What really torqued me off was knowing that they were paid thousands of dollars for every hour they spent in a Federal agency (I used to see the bills). It was quite a lucrative gig for them. I had one coworker whose husband only worked during Black History Month going all over giving speeches about how racist the U.S. is.

Was hired by a major bank iIT department IN THE 90’s after 5 years of consulting there. Sent me to Diversity Training! Gave me a manual of bad words! It was like pouring gas on the fire! Our entire project used as many of the words that we possibly could for over a week! Laughed our butts off!

I worked for a large firm that did a lot of business with the federal government. To qualify for those contracts, an AA program had to be in place. Typically, it was 8 hours of white male bashing. Got old after a few years.
