On Sunday, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida ended his presidential bid and announced his endorsement of former President Donald Trump after landing just over 20% of the Iowa caucus vote. [snip] Nevertheless, party infighting only continues with online attacks and congressional hold ups threatening the unity of the GOP.
The Republican party needs to reset its priorities: There will be plenty of time to fight over budgets, abortion rights, and foreign policy after securing the presidency. Until then, any internal squabbles can be used as free ammunition by the Democratic party. Republicans will need to get their house in order to secure a majority vote in November.

The problem is the Gope doesn't want anything to change! If they are in power, they have to pretend to lead. It's easier for them to keep feeding at the trough with their Communist 'Friends' and whine a little, rather than do the Right Thing for Our Country. Afterall, they will have medical care and enough to eat, even if the rest of the country doesn't...

The GOP is not divided, it's dishonest. We the plebes are supposed to believe that they stand for conservative, individualistic, patriotic values. In truth, only a very tiny percentage of republicrats stand that way. Many are Democrats in disguise, many are wealthy do nothing to rock the boaters who need more cheap foreign, illegal workers to finish the job. They're nothing more than the political elite classists we dislike so much. It's why our nation is failing. Go along to get along...

Expect the fake media to create fake stories to scare away PDT votes.
Why do you think 'e.carol *' is a media darling right now?

Push out the RINOs, too many folks who pretend to be Republicans yet won't support us when it comes down to actually doing conservative policies.

The Republican Party is a private organization dedicated to its leadership's power and money. Nothing else.
Republican is not the same as conservative.

Some people view this as a BAD thing?!?!?!?
Both wings of the Uniparty need to be destroyed, and sanity and honesty returned to government and society.

Amen to this article. Everything can wait. The issue #1 for the country is that the Democrats want to rule with our votes or without. They are finished with democracy because nobody picks them.

Red meat for the anti GOP crowd, despite the author's reasoned call for unity to defeat democrats. Trump sits at the head of the GOP, not as a Party staffer but as its most likely presidential candidate for 2024. If one truly believes that the dems and GOP are the same, as in Uniparty, then how can one support Trump, as he willfully pursuing the GOP candidacy for the presidential election in November? If one thinks that Trump is a 'Republican of convenience,' pretending to be a Republican until he is elected, how is that different from being a dreaded RINO?

Sure, I like looking at the bright side. The trouble is that backstabbing and self-serving criminality are the order of business.
So, for every Donald Trump and Kari Lake putting up heroic fronts, traitors such as Barry Hussein and George Soros, the perverse enemedia, the Turtle with most of both Houses of Government, the Judiciary, turncoats of the Supreme Court, and, of course, China Joe's and his Executive Branch. Touch odds.

Republican voters aren't divided, they know exactly who they want as president and what issues they resolved. It's way past time the Rino's get in line and start pulling their weight instead of fighting the voters' tooth and nail.

If the GOP refuses to do the will of MAGA, it doesn't deserve to exist.

Below is a link to a rather interesting interview that The Telegraph (Steven Edginton) very recently completed with Victor Davis Hanson. The interview is 55 minutes long. If you are tight on time, play the last five minutes of the interview where VDH sums up where he thinks things stand regarding the November presidential election. I hope all republicans in congress and everywhere play this, play it again, and play it a third time to understand what it will take to ensure a Trump victory in November.

Democrats are street fighters who vote in lockstep.
Republicans are mavericks who argue among themselves and commend themselves for it.

It is up to us, folks, to bring it home in November. We have a candidate who stands for us all. Our whining and giving up is not an option. To do so is exactly what the dims and msm are looking for in us. We must figure out how to get our pubbies in congress re-focused and on the same page asap. Now would be a really good time.
