Opinion polls and voting are two different things. Only one wins elections: Unified voting. The country is filled with voting fools, on both sides.

True the Vote (TTV) declares a decisive triumph in their legal battle against Stacy Abrams’ Fair Fight, legal teams led by Marc Elias, and the Biden Department of Justice. A federal court in the Northern District of Georgia today affirmed that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution. In a resounding vindication, TTV successfully defended its actions of December 2020, aiding Georgia citizens in filing elector challenges based on data showing over 364,000 voters appeared to be ineligible to vote due to change in residency.

Harvard University President Claudine Gay’s resignation over plagiarism will be “just the beginning of the reckoning,” House GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik told The Post Tuesday — vowing that Republicans will carry out a “long overdue” cleansing of higher education’s “institutional rot.” “The Harvard Corporation should have forced this resignation immediately after the congressional hearing just a month ago, but they failed and it became clear … that her presidency was untenable,” said Stefanik, a 2006 graduate of Harvard College.

"I’ve learned my lesson from doing that," he told Politico. "Once they got in the White House, she … kind of disappeared."

Israel's Supreme Court struck down part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's controversial judicial overhaul on Monday, a move that could exacerbate political tension in the country as it changes its footing in the war with the Palestinian militant group Hamas. The judicial overhauls sparked months of protests after Netanyahu took office for a new term as prime minister a year ago. With its ruling, Israel's highest court overturned a law passed in July that prevented Supreme Court judges from overruling government decisions by declaring them unreasonable.

U.S. Sen. The latest version of the indictment against the Democrat in Manhattan federal court did not identify the member of the Qatari royal family, but it said the individual was a principal of the Qatari Investment Co. The indictment said the Qatari investor then considered and negotiated a multimillion-dollar investment in the real estate project planned by Fred Daibes,

Oregon state legislators, radio show hosts and GOP representatives are suing government officials to put an end to the state’s censorship of so-called “false election information.” According to a First Amendment lawsuit against Democrat Gov. Tina Kotek, Secretary of State LaVonne Griffin-Valade and Elections Director Molly Woon, Oregon’s election officials are negotiating deals with censorship vendors to silence “criticism of its election system” through a contract to “identify and mitigate” purported “MDM,” purported misinformation, disinformation and malinformation.

CBS floated some ridiculous story about President Trump asking advisors their opinion of Nikki Haley as a VP option. That story is nonsense. Anyone in the orbit of Donald Trump knows Nikki Haley is a nonstarter. CBS is known as the worst news organization for making stuff up. There is no element of their thin-gruel story [SEE HERE] that is believable. Here’s why… President Trump is known for remembering betrayal; he doesn’t always burn the bridge, but he never recrosses it. The Philosophical Faculty of Charles University and the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design are located in that area. The police department said the square has been sealed off. It urged people also to leave the surrounding streets and stay inside.

After more than two decades of living in New York City, I am used to some variation of that sentiment — especially since the pandemic. Normally, I laugh and move on. Sure, but it’s my rat-infested hellhole. For once, however, I had to agree wholeheartedly. Three years on from Covid lockdowns, the city somehow looks even shabbier. They argue that Democratic power players need to think — and spend money — in new ways, going beyond efforts that can be last-minute or superficial as they try to reassemble Biden’s 2020 coalition. “The days of the symbolic fish fry and one-time church visit are over,

Upon return to the White House, the President answered one question from the press when pushed on what was going to be done about the border crisis this year. 'We gotta do something, they gotta give me the money I need to protect the border,' Biden said, after officials revealed over 302,000 people crossed the border illegally in December.

Should our government decide “our democracy” is in imminent danger and it’s necessary to suppress dangerous insurrectionists like Catholics and soccer moms, would America’s federal, state and local police play along? It has long been common knowledge Federal agencies have been stockpiling enormous quantities of mil-spec arms, ammunition and other gear. Agencies like the Railroad Retirement Board, Department of Education and Fish and Wildlife Service have automatic weapon-armed SWAT teams. Apparently, railroad retirees, federal education grant applicants and Trout are a greater threat to “our democracy” than anyone imagined. Let’s evaluate the real potential threat:

It's been apparent for some time that Joe Biden isn't in any condition to run for president this year. He's in even poorer condition to serve another four years as president; hell, he's not in any shape to serve as president now. I've written a fair amount recently on President Biden's manifest unfitness for office, and going into the election cycle, he's just going to get worse. The question a lot of us are asking is, "What are the Democrats going to do about this?"Over at the Washington Times, Joe Navarro has some ideas. After spending three years largely ignoring the border, the mainstream press is suddenly all over it, with headlines blaring about a “surge,” “crisis” and “call for action.” Why now? Last week CNN reported that a “December migrant surge” at the southern border was the “largest in more than two decades.” Several other news outlets used similar language. The New York Times warned that “surging” Mexico border crossings “push U.S. resources to the brink.” In another story, CNN even described the situation as a “crisis.” Weirdly, the press is even exaggerating the current “surge.” Consider that CNN story, which says:

WASHINGTON — The Biden administration on Tuesday asked the Supreme Court to allow federal Border Patrol agents to cut through or move razor wire Texas installed on the U.S.-Mexico border as part of a contentious effort by the state to prevent illegal border crossings. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said in a court filing that Border Patrol agents have authority under federal law to access private land at the border and that Texas has no basis to thwart them from carrying out their duties. The Biden administration says the wire prevents agents from reaching migrants who have already crossed over the border into the U.S. The case arose when
